Best barber shop in the Twin Cities, by far! John has been in business for 25 years and his staff is amazing. After moving here 7 years ago and getting haircuts by my mom, whose been a hairstylist for 40+ years, I can’t tell you how many barbers I gambled with in the Minneapolis area and the talent doesn’t match up. Miss Le is my go to. Best fade I’ve ever had (sorry mom😬). My two sons go here as well. If you’re looking for a quiet, laid back old school style barber shop, stop in and see John and his staff. I would let any of them cut my hair.

Not the most fancy or attractive looking interior or exterior, but the barbers are some of the best in the state - and the prices are very competitive. The barbers are all so welcoming and friendly as well! If you're looking for a local black barbershop to support, you've found the one! I cannot recommend this one enough. - The only improvements that I would recommend would be in terms of their website.

I bring my 6 year old son to get his hair cut here and have been for a few years and he absolutely LOVES it!!! The staff is soooo AMAZING and they really get down to his level with conversation and joke's!!!!

My husband was a first time customer today and now says he’s going to be a lifetime customer! Jeff cut his hair and did a fantastic job! Very thorough and paid close attention to everything he was doing! The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly and outgoing. Hands down best cut I’ve seen on my husband! We will definitely be back with our sons!

One of the best barbershop I've ever seen to. It's quick, get in and out. The prices on haircuts are very reasonable compared to a lot of barbershops around the metro and Twins cities. $20 of any style haircut? You can't be that! I'll definitely recommend this barbershop to friends and family

Recently moved to the area and have been looking for a barber since. I came across this shop online. After having haircuts in the metro area for a while, I have never felt this welcome and had a great cut as I did here. Jay had great conversational skills and gave me a very clean haircut. I would heavily recommend this place if you want to have a great haircut and a good barbershop experience.

Since moving here in 2009, I’ve been searching for a quality barber. Let’s just say I found him here! Jay(Jae) cut my hair and it’s by far the best one I’ve received here! Highly recommend this one...Above and beyond my expectations!!! No doubt! I could go on & on about the quality/time that was put into my cut! Go there, you won’t regret it! 😊

This shop is currently by appt . & have implemented COVID-19 safety protocols. Everyone was wearing masks/face shields. Customers are required to wear one as well. I loved my service, shop was clean with friendly staff. Barber Leontay cut my hair. He listened to what I wanted & did an excellent job!

I have been coming to this barbershop for last 4 years and use to go as child with my grandfather 25 years ago. The level of service and professionalism is through the roof and has never changed through the years. With my hectic work travel schedule I have had to rotate between John, Anthony, Ms. Le, and Mr. Lee, and I am VERY comfortable with all barbers giving me a fresh cut because they all are capable of giving me the consistent cut I want. Definitely recommend this barbershop!

Went here for the first time today. I have curly/wavy hair which is difficult to cut, and usually gets messed up so I didn’t have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when Jaee was done. Nice clean lines and tapering. Attention to detail. Top was a little shorter than expected, but I also didn’t specify it. Will be returning. Thanks Jaee!

Mrs. Lee is very great at haircut, barber cut, and giving out ideas and option especially if you are never comfortable with setting out a hairstyle you never tried before. I'd recommend her to anyone who would like a different hairstyle.

I'm new to the area and looked up local barbers. I went to a different barber in the area, I won't say the name. My hair cut was so bad I had them stop so they wouldn't mess it up any worse. I asked for a 2 on the sides and they went with no clip. I called Mrs Le and she got me in right away and hooked me up with a great haircut. I was so worried I would have to shave my head, but Mrs Le saved me. She is my new barber and I will be going nowhere else. Thank you Mrs Le and everyone else there that day that got a good laugh at my first hair cut.

John and DeVonna are great people and they other barbers on staff there are high quality and professional. They're the only place in the north metro I've been able to find that can do a quality military regulation hair cut and straight razors job. Highly recommended!
