I went in for a silk press with a treatment. This was my first visit with the Beauty Lounge. My stylist was Saba, she was professional, hospitable, and very fun. Saba did an amazing job and I also love the whole professionalism about the shop from the time I entered til the time I left. Definitely will be returning. The prices are amazing as well. Great job all around Beauty Lounge the whole staff is amazing.

Natalie is fantastic! I felt so incredibly beautiful for my maternity photo session. She did my hair and make up in a way that enhanced my natural features while making me look and feel my best. She is very talented and I look forward to returning to have my hair and makeup up done by her for future family photo sessions.

Natalie Deeble has never let me down. Whether it's a haircut, highlights, making my hair pink or purple, or recommending hair treatments, she always makes me look fantastic and I trust her 100%.

I had trouble finding a person to do my curly hair since I began growing it out and my friend suggested this place to me. I'm so glad they did! Very professional and very good at what they do - pampering your hair. Love to support a black owned business too. Highly recommend!

Had my bridal makeup trial and makeup on the day of my wedding for myself, my mom, and two bridesmaids. We all looked AMAZING, Melissa did such a good job! She made us look glam yet natural, which is what we wanted. And she is such a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend her for your makeup needs in the future. The pricing was also very reasonable in comparison to some independent makeup artists I had looked into. I got my nails done there by Gisselle as well and they came out cute and absolutely perfect (gel polish, did not use fake nails). Gisselle is also very friendly and very talented with nail polish. I would definitely recommend her for both a manicure and pedicure!

Natalie did my wedding makeup and it was phenomenal. I did a trial with her a couple months ago, immediately booked her and then asked her to also do my maid of honors makeup. My maid of honor and I have completely different complexions and she did an amazing job on both of us. I got airbrush makeup (game changer). I still cannot believe I found her and in a city that I don’t live in! Seriously she is the best no matter your ethnicity or complexion. She even beach waved my hair for me last minute after she did my makeup (I decided last minute that I wanted to wear it down and had not booked bridal hair). Thank you so so much Natalie it was perfect and you were also super fun!

Erica is simply wonderful. Had a curly cut and she was so intune with my hair goals, shared helpful maintenance tips and products, and all around excellent service. The salon is a whole vibe; clean, boho chic style, and inviting space. Like their wall art says "you belong here". Big ups that they have people wash their hands prior to service. Definitely recommending to my people and will be coming back to support.

Yesterday was my first day and someone was there to greet me when I walked in, my stylist for the day Natalie was very personable and knew exactly what I wanted for the color of my hair and she nailed it! (I went from very dark hair to lavender within a couple of hours). It’s nice going to a hair salon that feels super inclusive and inviting.

I have been searching quite sometime for an experienced natural hair stylist. Dre is absolutely awesome! It was clear from the start she knows hair! She took the time to suggest natural styling options and appeared genuinely excited with my choice. Style was great! Sisters (or anyone) if you are looking for a friendly, professional, experienced stylist that you can tell will be creative (only if given the reigns) you MUST check out Dre. Although Melissa did not do my style I watched her styling clients and its more than obvious she knows what she is doing. Feeling fortunate to have found The Beauty Lounge!

I love the Beauty Lounge! Beauty Lounge did my and my bridal party’s hair and makeup at my wedding, and they did a fantastic job. They were friendly, stayed on our wedding day timeline despite a very big party, and everyone’s hair and makeup looked gorgeous. I’ve also been to Beauty Lounge for a haircut and balayage. The salon is so cute with a great atmosphere, and I loved my hair! Highly recommend.

The first time I met her I was really nervous she seen my hair go from really short to medium length!! They can do just about anything and they will be honest with you too! She keeps a really good conversation btw!

Loved my hairdresser and loved my hair! The lounge was cute and hip hop music kept it upbeat and fun- but it didn’t go with the contemporary Victorian decor at all and was really out of place with the design. The staff were excellent and sweet and generous. The lost star is due to the impossibility of finding the salon, as I drove in circles around the street made of brick, hoping my tires could handle another spin. I also suggest answering the phone instead of straight to voicemail- just bad for customer service from a hospitality perspective Thank you to the staff!

Went for the first time and saw Dre. Loved using the steamer. Dre was able to tell me more about my natural hair and provide tips for healthy hair. Dre gave me a wash, deep condition, trim and blow out. Two weeks later, I'm still loving the way my hair looks and I haven't had to put anymore heat on it, as I've continued to wrap it. Highly recommend.
