I cannot believe how lovely, experienced and helpful the two women working were when I recently visited this store. They greeted me visited with me and were very knowledgeable! They helped me pick out just the right length and color extensions and then she even took the time to put them in for me. I cannot recall their names but one of the gals was the manager and the other in charge of marketing as well as worked in the store. I was very impressed with both of them and I love my new hair. I highly recommend this store and the owners of this store need to know how wonderful their employees were to work with!!! Lisa

Went here this morning and I wish I could remember the lady's name that helped me & my friend, cuz she was awesome! She found the perfect wig for my friend & was so friendly & knowledgeable & helpful. It was a great experience!! I highly recommend this shop!!

I have never purchased a wig before. An really needed one for a cosplay costume I have. The staff and people there were so helpful and kind and helped me make the right choice for the costume. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a great wig that won't break the bank. Amazing experience and will certainly go back when I need another wig.

I went in there on a Tuesday night and was treated great! I forgot names but it was a nice guy and a lady with pretty pink hair. They were knowledgeable and patient and it was almost closing time. I would recommend them very good quality wigs and service!

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to the great employee who helped me & my mom find a wig for her while she just began losing her hair due to chemo! This meant so much to both of us, that she felt welcome & not judged while she just began experiencing rapid hairloss. They made her feel comfortable and more confident leaving with great hair that fit her face perfect. Good selection. Very knowledgeable, patient, helpful & friendly staff. The customer service is considerate, knowledgeable; the hair extensions are quality and offer many choices. I just tried the newer "tape in" method--Le Prieve. WOW..... amazing. I will not go back to using fusion tips. These are undetectable! I was even able to put them in myself. (Don't tell my hair stylist) :-D

Purchased my first cosplay wig here. I've never worn a wig and had no idea how to put it on or tighten it, but the clerks walked me through everything. I wasn't treated poorly for not knowing - they were very warm and helpful, and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions.
