Got me in right away. I had a full set of lashes applied by Ally and they look great! I set up two more appointments before leaving. ;) Edit: One week later & I saw another lash extension professional for evaluation. Lashes were covered in too much glue and too hard, causing difficulty keeping clean. I ended up paying to have them removed. I found a professionally trained & certified person to add a full set that were feather-soft. Ally told me she was grandfathered in and did not have to obtain formal training on lash application, per the state, & it turns out her skill is not quite up to licensing standards (yet). Ask, ask, ask about training, folks. This was an EXPENSIVE lesson to learn.

Pompadour is literally amazing. From the minute you walk in, you're greeted by a bunch of wonderful women who are not only incredibly skilled at what they do but some of the friendliest people you'll ever met. I have stylists that have never even had me as a client remember my name and say hello to me when I come in and they're all genuinely lovely people. I've been having my hair done by Steph Perry for over two years (she is a miracle worker when it comes to hair color, wow-ee) and have yet to have a single even mediocre experience with her. You have a very specific hair dream you want? She's got you covered. Walk in indecisive as all heck and don't know what to do? She's got ideas. I get compliments on my hair just about every day. On top of that she's an genuinely charming, funny, and darling human! If you're looking for great service and a super comfortable/warming environment, you've totally got the right place.

I absolutely LOVE all the services I’ve had done here. Anna, the owner, is a fabulous human and she always went out of her way to work with my busy schedule and hair wants. I trust her implicitly with my extensions. Alyssa, one of the other stylists, is also amazing and I adore the way she did my lash extensions. I highly recommend Pompadour and the stylists there. As a bonus, the space is beautiful and trendy yet tranquil. Getting my hair done was truly “me time”.

I got a partial foil and haircut with Bella a week or so ago after feeling like my haircut and color was "blah" and needing some TLC. Bella did an amazing job adding some subtle pops of lighter pieces in my hair, I wanted the color to add dimension while still looking natural and she did just that. Not to mention the cut, she did an amazing job and was able to keep my naturally thin hair looking full while adding in some face framing pieces to give my hair movement! Overall an excellent stylist and love the vibe of this salon!

I had a Groupon for a Full Foil, Haircut and Style with Amber and she did not disappoint!! She had tons of tips and advice on how to care for my hair outside of the salon, which I appreciated so much. My hair looked fantastic for my trip to Vegas and I received so many compliments! The environment of this salon is fantastic too; it’s decorated beautifully and the employees are helpful to each other and the customers. I felt very relaxed and comfortable there like I was a regular. I will definitely be returning!

Everyone on staff is super friendly and welcoming. The feeling in Pompadour is calm and unpretentious. Ann is fun to talk with and does some amazing things with my thick wavy/curly hair. She's the only stylist I've seen there, but from what I've seen the other stylists all do great work, too. The prices are super reasonable for such high-quality work, as well!

I’m very picky of where I go to get my hair cut. I finally found the salon and the hair stylist that I been searching for. Bella did an amazing job cutting my hair the way I wanted to, and she blow dried my hair like no one has done before. Especially because my hair is thick and I have a lot of it. I’m so happy that I found this salon and Bella the perfect stylist that can handled my hair. I highly recommend!!! 😇

I love this salon. The staff are friendly, energetic and personable. The custom decor is interesting, fresh and comfortable and the space is open with lots of natural light. Amber is a top notch stylist and talented colorist. As a new client, I immediately felt confident with Amber’s skill and judgement even though I was requesting a major color change (transforming from all over brown to natural silver/grey). My hair looks amazing!

I have been looking for a place in Minneapolis for EIGHT years and I finally found my go-to salon. I can book online, which is great for my crazy schedule. Alyssa was amazing! She fixed my hair after it was cut by someone who had no idea how to work with my hair type. I have longer, thick, tangly, kind of curly hair and everyone wants to chop it off! Alyssa did not take off my length but I did leave being able to run a brush through my hair with ease. She also did a great job dying my hair and cleaning up my brows. I've had lots of compliments!

Brittany is magical! Went in with my groupon for foil and cut. Didn’t really know what I wanted but gave ideas on updating my cut and asked for suggestions for foil. Told her I was style challenged and gave her control. She did an awesome job. My hair lays so nice and has movement and the color is beyond anything I would have expected. Everyone there was so nice, nice relaxing feel in the shop and just an overall terrific experience. Will be back!

I absolutely love this salon! The owner, Anna, came to my rescue when my former stylist informed me that she had double booked my wedding day a few weeks prior to the wedding. My bff had been seeing Tori at Pompadour for years and Tori connected me with Anna. Tori colored my hair in a rich chocolate and Anna gave me a good clean short bob cut about a week prior to my wedding. On the day of the wedding, Anna came to my home to style my hair and brought a talented makeup artist. It felt like having 2 friends in my home giving me the bridal look I had dreamed of. Anna created gorgeous finger waves in my Bob and they gave me the retro-glam look I desired. Anna has been my stylist ever since and I always love salon days. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming and full of laughter. My current cut is a super cute mash-up between a short, choppy bob and a long pixie. I've had so many compliments on it and absolutely love it!

Anna is both the owner of this amazing salon and a stylist! If you have not gone to see her yet you should. I have been going to Anna for years, she listens to everything I want and somehow is able to improve upon my vision! She is excellent at bringing dimension into my blonde hair and she is able to give me the best cuts I have ever had! Anna traveled with me for my destination wedding and did a gorgeous up do on me and also did my bridal party! I have referred her to many of my friends and she has done hair for their weddings as well! She does some of the best classic up do's and is also extremely creative if you want something with a twist! I have also had my eyelashes and brows waxed and she does a great job! You will leave feeling gorgeous! Plus, Anna is always fun to spend time with. Her new salon is homey and unique in a great neighborhood, with fun places for lunch, wine or coffee before or after your appointment! I would not see anyone else, it is just a plus that her new digs are super cool!

I’ve been going to Alyssa since I moved to the twin cities two years ago. I went through Instagram with my hair stylist from home and once she saw Alyssa work, she was like, “that woman knows what she’s doing”. Boy does she ever. She balayaged my hair to perfection for a year until I wanted to go back to my natural color and short and Alyssa was so excited to take on the challenge. She is the absolute best —I book my appointments three months in advance to make sure I get her on a Saturday!

AMAZING OWNER! I bought a Groupon for there and still haven't been there to use it but I had a problem with another salon I went to and needed my hair treated for what they did and she (the owner) not only gave me advice on how to handle the situation but also offered me a free moisturizing mask treatment for my hair that costs around $100. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT with such a high class place and I BELIEVE this is the type of situation that screams Class act!

Went to Pomadour per recommendation from a friend who had a coupon from Groupon. First off, the decor is adorable and the stylists are so sweet. I went to Brittany who was "practicing" her balayage to gain more experience, so I got my color and cut at a crazy discount. Though Brittany was practicing, it was the best experience with a cut and color I've had yet! She did the cut and color in under 2 hours, which was the quickest I've had yet. I'm obsessed with my hair! Would highly recommend.
