I finally found a hairdresser who will look at a reference photo and actually be able to execute desired results. Jen H. did an amazing job of translating what I wanted. It's worth every penny to have the peace of mind that someone is going to do a good job! Before and after below. I ended paying about $375 after tip. Thank you, Jen!

I tried Kuva on a whim because I hadn’t been happy with my old stylist. I asked the super kind receptionist to recommend a stylist that is amazing at feminine pixie cuts and he knocked it out of the park!! I cannot say enough good things about Jen!!! She really listened to what I asked for and executed it SO well. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best cut I’ve had in years. As we thought we were wrapping up, I decided I wanted it shorter and she was totally game. Jen is so sweet and easy to talk to. 20/10 would recommend :)

Holy smokes Chloe gives me the best haircuts I've ever had. The woman knows her stuff. Not only is she a wizard at cutting curly hair and epic shags, but she's kind and gentle and listens to you. She makes sure you're comfortable and has an uncanny ability to set the water temp exactly right. She's really the best. I keep going back for the same haircut and I love it.

I came in to see Jennifer for first time for color correction after a bad experience at another salon. Jennifer was amazing and took the time to help me decide what would be best for my hair. She is very talented, caring and she saved my hair!! I absolutely love my new balayage. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be returning to see her.

Scarlette has been making all of my hair dreams come true since the spring of 2017 (although it feels like much longer). I love that she is up for anything and is super knowledgeable with the different color techniques. Whether I ask for coral or lavender to my latest lilac roots with rainbow prisms throughout - everything has all turned out great and I dont even mind the hours I spend in the chair to accomplish this. She also introduced me to the magic that is Olaplex and has now saved my processed/ bleached hair forever. After being 'fired' as a client by my hair stylist mother, I found Scarlette through the recommendation of a friend and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I see Jen H. at Kuva and she is amazing! First off, the space itself is gorgeous. They have some great greenery inside that instantly makes you feel relaxed and cozy. Stations are well spread out and they've had a wonderful COVID protocol in place. Now onto Jen! She absolutely nails my hair every time. She's enthusiastic about my requests and asks the right questions to make sure we're on the same page before getting started. Her coloring skills are out of this world - I feel like a million dollars after I go see her! She's also taught me a ton about how to properly care for and protect my hair color. I can't say enough good things about Jen H. and Kuva. Definitely recommend!

I spent a significant amount of time searching for an experienced colorist and am so glad that I chose Jen Haffeman. I went from 25 years of coloring my hair dark brown (started going gray at 25 and was 100% gray by 40) to having the most beautiful, healthy blonde hair in 5 hours with Jen. I have gone back twice for root touch up and toning and my hair is so pretty it is just unbelievable. I am a high school teacher and my students comment on my hair all the time. Two friends have since visited her and feel the same way. You can find her work on Instagram and it is just as beautiful in person! The salon is a lovely and relaxing space as well.

Hey luxury, what's Poppin??! Boyy did I feel served and pampered in this salon. It was my first time and I booked again. Not only is there an entire living wall of greenery, but complimentary wine, tea, or coffee. The chairs they use to wash your hair have a foot rest, they use warm towels for your neck...I mean cozy relaxation is this places forte. I saw Kasenja Sass. So happy I did. Incredible conversation, and great listener. She saw my face, picked a length. Did the dang thing. And I feel incredible. I'd imagine you would get a similar experience with anyone, but....do yourself a favor and book Kasenja.

I just had my hair done by Jen H. at Kuva Salon. The salon was recommended by a friend, and when I needed to select a stylist I chose Jen for the many positive reviews she has received for working with fine, straight hair. The salon is lovely, Jen was super friendly, and did a fantastic job with my hair! She listened to what I wanted but was also happy to do her own thing when I asked her to do what she thought was best for my hair. I really appreciate trusting a stylist enough to say "do what you think will work best." I will definitely be using Jen as my primary stylist.

Scarlette is an amazing person and stylist! The sweetest nicest person ever, and so talented at her craft! Her color creations are unprecedented. She is extremely honest about what will work for you and what won’t, and she’ll never set your hair up for failure! Every time I see her, my hair is smoother and softer than it ever has!! I would follow her to any location. Kuva is a beautiful salon with a cozy vibe. You’re always greeted and offered coffee, wine, beer, or water.

The most serene and lovely salon ever. Jennifer Manger my Stylist is incredible with the scissors. Outstanding haircuts. She is excellent with precision styles. She also is great with color. Go across street after and try the chicken salad sandwich at La La Luncheonette and Ice Cream. The lemon popsicle with/thyme is yummy.

I’ve been going to Kristine for a couple of years now, and she’s absolutely amazing. I have long wavy hair and she just knows how my hair works. The cut and color is always spot on. The new location is gorgeous and relaxing, and the plant wall is a sanctuary during the frozen winter months. Highly recommend!

My hair has always been 'my thing' and she’s the only person I’ve been able to trust through all my phases of color and cut. I’ve gone from long to short, dark brown to bleach blonde, and everything in between. She is phenomenal with color and can do anything with cut. Plus, she is always up to speed on the best products and what is best for your style and hair-health. There’s no stylist in the cities I recommend more!

Scarlett is a potions master! She is an artist at painting your hair and providing you with tips and tricks on maintaining your hair and color in its best condition. I’ve never had more beautifully colored hair than when I have seen her, (she is the only person I let color my hair now after having been through many other colorists.) I always have such a relaxing time when I visit, she is very gentle on your scalp and a very calming person to talk to.

This is a beautiful brand new salon with a mission of “giving back”. They have a gift shop where they sell the wares of local artisans. They have beer and wine on offer as well but I was there in the am hours. This is the fourth salon that I have visited Jen Haffeman (formerly Jen Beissler) in. Yes. She is THAT good! She also just happens to be a beautiful human being as well. When she was out of work for 5 weeks I had to see someone else and my hair is still recovering! I have fine blonde hair and it is not easy to work with. Jen is an easy 5 stars. I’d give her more if I could.

Covid-19 "feel fabulous", and know you are "SAFE" This wonderful group has it down, to a science. Literally! Fabulous in every aspect! Amended below regarding Covid-19! Bottom line, it's safe, GO GO GO! Gorgeous live wall, very upscale, very posh. The very best stylists in the metro area. Go here, & leave feeling like a movie star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent product line too! These people really care, REALLY! Amended, All of the above still is the same, if not better. Big shout out to opening up, June 3rd, when not many were opening up. They have safety DOWN. it makes for a different experience, but it is for safety. You can be sure, your safety comes first, all services are STILL excellent, and getting better & better. I know the stylists want to be able to do so much more that Covid-19 govt rules allow. Go, get pampered, get that Covid-19 hair back to beautiful, as that's exactly how you feel when you leave! Best Covid-19 "cure" for hair blues.. Great job Kuva!
