I love honeycomb so much. I showed Tracy some pictures and she worked wonders. I’m one week out from my last appointment and I can’t stop looking at my hair! I feel like a new person. Also the salon itself is adorable and they aren’t going to try to oversell you anything you don’t want.

The only question I asked myself after I left the salon - why didn't I visit this places earlier? Aileen is just AMAZING! She did a fantastic job with my hair (I came for a haircut), we discussed some of the ideas. She is a great listener and genially seems to be a professional who cares about their clients. She also gave me suggestions on how to style. The place itself is so nice, great waiting area, everything is sparkling clean! Masks are optional but staff and clients were wearing masks, which made me feel safe. Would definitely love to come back and will make sure to spread the work and to recommend Aileen and the salon! Thank you!

I have had such a wonderful experience at honeycomb! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The shop is extremely stylish and stocked with super unique fun/funky products. The hair care products have been completely game changing for my hair, I'm so delighted with the results. Not to mention, best haircut of my entire life!! Could not recommend enough.

Honeycomb salon is the place to go to if you want the nicest vibes and beautiful haircuts in town! Aileen has been cutting my pixie hair for a year now and it has been nothing but pleasure seeing her. My wife has been going to Amanda to cut her curly hair, and has always been pleased with the results as well. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

I went for the first time this week and Aileen was my stylist. She did an excellent job with my haircut, I love it. My hair is wavy but my length I thought was pulling out my curls, the way she cut my hair brought out my curls and waves in a way I haven’t seen in years. She also showed me how to style my hair in a low maintenance way so that I could replicate what she had done. The products they used were also super high quality and smelled amazing. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Honeycomb to anyone that is insecure, shy, down to earth, or just wants to be around good people. Everyone who works there, including the owner, is humble, genuine, and kind. After checking (before COVID-19), they offer you a warm cup of ethically-sourced tea while you browse their product wall. They then discuss your style ideas, wash your hair (scalp massage included), and get to work. I get my hair cut once a year around my birthday; I'm self-conscious and do not like being touched. This place makes me feel effortlessly comfortable and happy. I strongly recommend Jenna Benjamin for hair cuts.

Even after moving out of Minneapolis for the past five years, I still book with her when I make return visits. She is way better than the three curly specialists I tried in NYC! Everyone who works here is not only exceptionally skilled, but creative and excellent to be around. I've always been in love with my hair after coming here, from everything to simple cuts to full bleach and color work. Klara is a true wizard with hair and is a wonderful person to be around. I always leave feeling gorgeous and get compliments on my hair wherever I go. This place was recommended to me by a stylist friend, and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I got my "Covid Hair" shaped up today and I can't express how much I appreciated the experience. From being conscientious about safety regarding the virus to the welcoming environment to my hair cut with Erin! Absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Super cute and clean salon. Highly recommend. Went in for a free 15-minute consultation before booking my color. I wanted to dye my hair fun colors without bleach touching my scalp (I have very sensitive skin). The stylist was super knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with me to figure out a style and colors that would work within those boundaries. She also figured out that I wanted panels instead of foils (based on photos I brought in). When I returned for the color, she was friendly once again and she's clearly an expert. I didn't have a particular color scheme in mind, so I went with her suggestions. After two hours, my hair was so cute, fun, still professional, and totally damage free, and my scalp was spared. She also trimmed the back of my head for free (I have short hair). All for $70 plus tip, which I thought was a great price. I've been maintaining the colors at home with great success using box colors. What's really impressive is that after about three months, one of the original colors is just starting to get faded--I haven't had to touch it up yet! (I've been touching up the other colors by recreating the panels she used.) I plan on going back in in a few months for another professional color. I highly, highly recommend this salon. Totally worth the drive if it's out of the way for you.

This was my first time at Honeycomb and I had my hair cut by Danielle. I can honestly say that this is the best haircut I've ever had! I was going for quite a big change in my length, about 8 inches, and she gave me the exact style I was looking for. It literally couldn't have turned out any more perfect. The products they carry are so yummy too! I absolutely had to bring some home with me and my hair hasn't looked or felt this good in so long. I'm so thrilled to have found a salon and a stylist that I can go to for all of my hair adventures!

First time visit last week. Very warm, friendly staff. Klara is fabulous. She will really work with you and make suggestions for your best look. Very sweet and knowledgeable. I love my cut and color. Prices not out of line for level of service.

This salon is amazing because it houses Daniel and Melissa, two of the best stylists in the Twin Cities. Both me and my teenagers ( boy and girl ) have our hair done here. Each of us has a very different personal style and our stylists have a great sense of what we want, we always leave happy. If you're not sure what you want you can ask for some advice and leave looking amazing.

Honeycomb is a comfortable, friendly salon. I followed my stylist here from another salon and really like it. It is street parking, but I have never had to park more than a block or two away, and can usually park within the block. They also sell a nice variety of hair products. If you're looking for a new stylist, Laura is amazing.
