In case you were wondering...Emily Angelo is still the best. I lived out of state for a while and was relieved to get in with Emily when I returned. I have coarse-ish, wavy-ish hair that is starting to gray and that I hate to style with heat. I show up not knowing what I want except for my hair to look better. Emily gives me a gloss and cut that are exactly what I wanted but didn't know how to ask for. It grows out beautifully (at least in my opinion, which I suppose is the one that counts), is easy to air-dry with just a touch of product, and keeps me smiling. Already looking forward to next time :)

I saw my stylist who has recently moved to DOME, Emily Angelo (@emlyanglo), and it was lovely! Emily is, per usual, an amazing stylist who makes magic with my mixed curly/wavy hair. The space itself is in a wonderful location with plenty of bright light, and the products they use have very subtle smells and are perfect for folks who don't want unnatural stuff in their hair.

Got my hair done by Madoka- a lot of friends go to Madoka because of her expertise in different textured hair. I have very coarse rough hair and she cleaned up a lot of the dead ends - I got the perfect haircut that compliments my natural hair texture. Also the inside of the salon is beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere.

Tanya is amazing with curly hair. I usually have to restyle my hair after a cut (even at salons that cater to curly hair). When I leave Tanya’s salon my hair looks amazing!! The cuts grow out beautifully as well.

I followed my stylist to DOME and I’m glad I did! The space is open, beautiful and welcoming. I booked my appointment online and used the self-service check-in app on the iPad in the comfy waiting area. I’m looking forward to my next summer appointment when the garage-like doors will be open. Got wavy hair like I do? I recommend a dry cut from Emily! The artwork is awesome too! Park on the street for free or at a meter. ♥️♥️♥️

Emily is truly fantastic! You could fly to NYC and see an over-priced exclusive stylist or just hop over to Dome and see someone better, more thoughtful, and more skilled. She seems really versed in approaching each client uniquely and is professional, super smart, and chill. The space has very good vibes. Highly rec.
