Jordan FoxOverall, fine experience. Took great work to prep the nails. Only complaint is I’m not sure if too much polish was applied but my gel manicure started lifting after 3 days. It’s coming off in layers. I did not pick it, I was opening a can and noticed the layer lifting.

This has been my salon for close to 20 years and I would not go anywhere else. Manuel is a top stylist, colorist and cuts great styles. Tiffany does relaxing and top notch manicures and pedicures. Jen is a top estitician and will take care of your skin needs all year round. And the front desk staff makes each guest feel at home. mark cadyI truly like my haircut. Stylist was polite & engaging. My problem. I’ve never paid more than $65 for a simple haircut. Last time I was there it was $65. Now a simple haircut is $110. I was shocked. I believe this way more than justified. I know we’re all trying to survive the current COVID situation but $110. Just too much

OMG, The customer service here is amazing.
As soon as I posted they called and asked what they could do. They explained that the first time I was there I received service from a junior stylist. The second time I got a senior stylist. Thus, the pricing difference.
They send me a $50 gift card towards future service.
I'm truly satisfied at the fact the the ACTUALLY CALLED to ensure my happiness. I will be back [with a junior stylist] in the future. Thank you Mary, you are a great asset to the origination

Chelsea is a great stylist and I never get bored with my styling. She really knows what she is doing and has amazing skills. It is worth every penny. Alisa LegrisDenny Kemp Salon is the best! Very upbeat, rock, LA, art vibe. The staff is incredible and takes care of you before you even start your appointment. The stylists are very talented and professional. Joe S does my color and cut and he recommends treatments that will improve my hair. (When he washes your hair it's more like getting a relaxing head massage) 😄 I always leave there happy and feeling pretty! Thank you to everyone there, love you guys! 💙
