i got a perm with abigail pros: she’s nice and did my perm even though the power went out in the entire block. i think it looks nice, it’s only been a day though cons: she’s really rough, i never had anyone pull on my hair so much got perm solution in my eye and was kinda dismissive about it. i got a chemical burn on the forehead no shade, i hope you’re a little gentler with the next clients though! i think the towel added to the irritation on my skin while i was catching the perm solution on my face, maybe there’s a softer alternative?

Abigail is amazing, she does a wonderful job every time. She gives great hair advice and uses quality products. I feel very safe , everyone wears a mask throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this salon!
