Steven is a master stylist and colorist! He is amazing and I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else. Both intuitive and skillful - precise and artistic. You can tell him what you want or ask him what he thinks. I would do the latter because after his careful consideration you’ll realize it’s even better than what you could have imagined. He has a way of customizing the right cut and color that is unique and perfect for you. He surely has a gift and the added bonus is that he is such a wonderful human being - it’s an all around pleasure to go see him! Do yourself the favor of becoming a client of his!

Both my mom and I have been going to Steven for 5-6 years and we leave feeling confident every time!! He is fantastic and does a great job of helping you pick colors and styles that complement your complexion and features. I have very dry, sometimes unruly curly hair and he manages to keep it so healthy while providing me with styles that are unique and on-trend. Plus, he gives amazing advice and product recommendations! From blonde to highlights to dark with tons of layers, I have never left disappointed, and I always enjoy coming in just for conversations with Steven! He is the best.

As a Nationally Certified Master Colorist his technique is flawless, achieving a perfect icy or pearlescent tone every single time. Steven’s extensive knowledge of varying hair textures, colors and conditions allows him to recommend what is most attainable for your hair type. By following Steven’s recommendations, in the salon and at home, my hair is healthier than it has ever been setting his expertise apart from countless other stylists. I have made my bi-monthly trips, a 1.5 hour commute, to Steven a priority and better yet a destination. The cost of his services are comparable to that of New York or L.A. However, I will pay it time and time again for the quality of service and professionalism that Steven provides. If you are in the Twin Cities or surrounding area and want a transformative color or style and don’t mind paying for an exceptional standard of service, do not hesitate to book Steven. His 22+ years of experience will not disappoint!

Emma is amazing. She has a gift and it shows in her creativity and her style. She is extremely personable and listens! I had no idea what to do with my hair, she listened to my thoughts asked questions then showed me pictures of different styles on line. We discussed what I liked and she recommended styles that would go with my particular hair type. I was thrilled with my outcome and am so glad I found her. Also one of the best boutique salons I have been too. Beautiful inside and many product options. I did meet the owner Lisa, who is also fabulous. After speaking with her, it was a pleasure to hear her story and find out, she works hard on the business and has hired amazing stylists to care for the clients. Great Spot! Don't wait make an appointment you won't be disappointed.

I have had haircuts all across Minneapolis, actually, I have had haircuts in several different countries and - honestly - my haircut at BHA might be the best I have ever had! My stylist offered me great suggestions as my hair had changed in a way that my former style no longer worked for me. She took the time to explain her vision, cut it with scissors to add texture and volume, and the hair products they use smell amazing! I left the last hair place I tried feeling pretty down because my hair looked thin and dull after the cut. I left BHA with so much confidence and I am so happy with my hair!

Such a great experience! I just moved to the Twin Cities and recommended Leanne, who is incredible. She gets my hairs looking exactly what I ask for every time. I have gone here three times to get the Cezanne smoothing treatment done on my hair and I am always sooo happy with the results! I have super thick, course, wavy hair and this treatment cuts my blow dry/straightening time and leaves my hair smooth and much more manageable for like 4-5 months! The best part is that this treatment is chemical free and so I don’t have to worry about exposing myself or my family to weird chemicals. Steven is the absolute BEST! I highly recommend him for this. I’ve seen him every time I’ve been there and he is fabulous!

I came across Bespoke & Meg through a special that she was having for cut and color. I have an asymmetrical pixi-ish cut and wanted blackish hair with deep purple highlights. I was really nervous because I have had bad experiences with other “master” stylists just not knowing how to cut and color my style. But Meg! She walked me through every step of the process and explained what she was going to do with my hair. She is extremely friendly and really listens & makes sure you are comfortable and confident in the work that she is doing. The finished outcome was exactly what I wanted, and I felt so good leaving the salon knowing I found a hair home. Steven is the best hair stylist I have ever had! I've always had a hard time finding a stylist who can get my color right (pearly, cool light/white blonde) and he nails it. The process and product he uses are gentle and high quality so my hair is also the healthiest it's ever been while blonde. His haircuts are amazing too! Would definitely recommend!

I love Bespoke Salon. My stylist is Leanne Radosevich and I highly recommend her! We have conversations about what I am looking for as far as style and color and she is very knowledgeable and helpful! I always come out feeling like I am looking my best! She is honest and will tell you if the style/color may not be best for you and will tell you why. This is something I truly appreciate.

Natalie has been cutting/coloring my hair since she was a student at Aveda Institute. She is extremely dedicated to her clients and she makes sure you are 100% happy with the end result. I got married this summer and she listened to what I envisioned for the color I wanted day of, and took the time to ask questions and look at the pictures I brought in. She is confident in what she is doing and pays attention to detail. She made sure I was happy with the color when I left the salon. She told me if something doesn't look right or if something needs to be fixed to call the salon and she will make time to fix it. I highly recommend Natalie!

Skillful! Talented! Professional! I relocated to Minneapolis for a job opportunity and was extremely apprehensive To have to find yet another hairdresser. I came across Bespoke after an online search, spoke with the owner Lisa and described what I was looking for in a stylist & colorist. I should mention that for me hair is everything and I am very particular with whom I entrust my locks. She recommended Steven Priola-Fairchild. He took the time to consult with me and put me immediately at ease. He is trained in Sassoon and Toni & Guy methodology, and is a certified national master colorist. After our first visit, I knew he was the one. I booked out our monthly appointments a year in advance, and our visits were the highlight of my week. He’s fun to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about giving his clients the absolutely perfect cut & color. I have since moved to a suburb of Toronto and can say without a doubt that his is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, and sadly, I suspect ever will have. I’m tempted to fly to Minneapolis. Hopefully this review will help someone else find their stylist for life! Thank you again Steven! My hair and I miss you so much!

This review of Bespoke, and more specifically--Steven--is a long time coming. I live in Ohio but travel frequently to Minneapolis for two things: 1) work and 2) (perhaps more important and definitely more fun) to see Steven at Bespoke for color and cut! He is without a doubt the best of the best. I've recommended several colleagues to Steven, who have all become loyal clients. He is a joy to know, and his artistry is infinitely worth the premium investment. The salon itself is designed to perfection down to the finest detail--modern and trendy, warm and inviting at the same time. I breathe a sigh of relief each time I arrive, and that's only partly because I wait WAY too long between appointments (sorry, Steven). Absolutely love and recommend Bespoke without reservation.

Steven is really the only colorist I've ever met who can actually own the title 'master.' He nails a gorgeous, vibrant platinum silver-blonde (my thumbnail is dated) every time. The color doesn't ever fade between visits. I guess some would say the prices are up there, but to me it's a matter of finally finding true value. I also drive 20 miles one way to get to Bespoke, but if Steven were to move out of state I'd probably need to look into chartering a plane. His work is absolutely the best.

I drive all the way from St. Paul just to see my Bespoke hair artisan, Ebony Davis. She gives me superbly fantastic color upon which I am consistently complimented. I also have Kristen do my eyebrows, and believe it or not, they keep their shape for up to 8 weeks. She is great. The other salon staff are quite pleasant, and always offer me coffee or tea just the way I like it. The atmosphere is quaint yet stylish; and they have a nice selection of magazines. I highly recommend Bespoke...particularly Ebony and Kristen.

Love love love this place! As someone who has a lot of trust issues with people coloring my hair, even in high end salons, this was the first place I felt open to trusting the opinion of the stylists because they gave reasoning as to why they thought a certain tone would look better on me! Originally I went for a free balayage for a class they needed hair models for, but their care and attention to detail brought me back and they now have a loyal client out of me! I see Emma and she is so fun and willing to brainstorm ideas of how she can help you look your best, I highly recommend her. For the first class treatment you receive there, it really is so reasonably priced! I’m so thankful I found this salon and a hair stylist who knocks it out of the park every time!

Just like another reviewer stated, this is a long time coming. I've been seeing Steven at Bespoke for two years now and couldn't imagine seeing anyone else! When I first walked through the doors, I had a severely botched balayage situation (from a series of different salons) which left me desperate for help. Steven not only masterfully transformed my hair, but he did so with a witty sense if humor that makes me sincerely enjoy every minute I spend in the salon. Steven is truly a master at his craft, and I'd recommend him to anyone who wants outstanding results.

I recommend Meg Mitchell for men's haircut. How much money do you need to throw at getting a decent haircut in this city- this much. When I went to the place that charges less people asked me if I cut it myself. You have to ask yourself, is a professional looking men's haircut worth the price?

I came here just this last week during the covid crisis and businesses re-opening. What a weird time, having to wear a mask while you get your hair done. Anywho, I am new to the area and was looking for a haircut after a good year or so (I used covid as an excuse but i needed a cut long before covid struck ). I found this salon via google reviews and not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars for a darn haircut. I was scheduled with Emma and was excited for the cut. When I arrived, the place was spotless and everyone was wearing a mask. The space is huge and there were only 6 of us in there...maybe 7? I am a nurse, who works at bedside, and their cleanliness is top notch. I had zero worries that the place wasn't well taken care of and it was obvious staff and customer safety was very important. On to the cut, Emma did amazing! I asked for some convoluted haircut that was like a combination of a couple while struggling to find the right words as to what I wanted. Somehow she read my mind or something because the final product was exactly what I wanted. I found my new hair home and already booked my next cut with Emma. Highly recommend this place!

I just started getting my haircut by Steven Priola-Fairchild, and he is a pro! He listened to what I wanted and yet had great suggestions. He clearly is an expert at what he does and took lots of care and skill to perfect the fade. Loving my new look as a result. This salon was top notch and I’ll definitely be coming back. They have a great selection of interesting men’s products too, as well as a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks while you wait.

I'm not originally from the cities so finding a new salon--even with online reviews--took me a while. Its important to me to find someone who will help me get it *just* right, and Leanne knows her stuff. I've been seeing her for about a year and she checks and double checks that your cut is correct--twice--both before and after your hair dries--which I love. By no means "expect" a stylist to do this, but I think it shows that she's invested in making sure it's done right every time and detail-oriented enough to notice if it's even the slightest bit off. Also, whether I want to be "boring" and keep it all the same or go for something different, Leanne gives me time to decide/explain so I don't feel rushed and we're both on the same page. --Also, I have a design background so I want to mention the atmosphere and attention paid to creating a stylish and luxurious space. The front shop is supplied by a nearby boutique, but there is a variety of magazines, framed photos, and books that hint at an interest in design, whether it be interior, fashion, architectural, cosmetic, or otherwise. It's just a bit of icing when you can tell someone has put their heart and soul into a place and are actively trying to curate an experience rather than just hanging some stylish photos on the wall, setting out some People magazines, and calling it good.

I have been going to Bespoke for a few years now, and I always had a great experience! They have a great staff that is friendly, and knows what they are doing. From the moment you walk into the front door, you feel welcome. Recently, I started seeing Steven Priola Fairchild. He is SO versatile! Seriously – whether it is giving me a high and tight fade or cutting my teenage daughter’s hair – he is the best! You walk out of the place feeling like a million bucks… And on top of it – he is a master colorist! My daughter recently went to him for a color. She had gotten a streaky highlight job from another place, and bawled for days. Finally, I called up to Bespoke, and they had me talk with Steven, and he saw her THAT DAY! He sat her down in his chair, asked her what she wanted, and then said “life is too short for such a pretty girl to walk around with a bad color”…lol! He made her feel so at ease, and when he was done, she literally cried tears of joy. He was a lifesaver! #teamstevenforever

Bespoke is an interesting place to try for a men’s hair cut. Walking in the door they offer you a drink - scotch even. They reason they get three stars is cost. I paid $72 for a 30 minute hair cut ($60 cut + $12 tip). They did a good job with my hair cut but not great. If you work in the area and need a fast cut this place could be for you. However, I likely will not return.
