BEST WAXER/THREADER EVER! I’ve been coming to Jyoti for years. I would drive hours to get my threading and waxing done here if I had to. She always provides a comfortable, enjoyable experience. She is extremely professional and friendly. Her quality of services are beyond impressive. She makes this experience quick and I think she has magic hands because it’s the least painful waxing and threading I’ve gotten in my life. These appointments are typically something someone would dread but going to Touch Up I always look forward to her services and conversation.

I walked in here hoping for a fix and she said she couldn’t fix them “today” honest lol), but over time she could fix it; agreed they were uneven and told me to stop “Plucking”. Lol. Clean and friendly. And takes appointments on line.

She knows exactly what my eyebrows “need” and I am ALWAYS pleased with the results. She is so sweet and considerate. The best thing she could have done was opened her own salon and I am so happy for her. You will not be disappointed. I haven’t personally used her other services, but I have always heard great things from friends who have. I always recommend her for eyebrows and she will make sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving her chair. She has great quality wax that is close to painless which is amazing since I do a full body wax.
