This was my second time having Latoya work on my hair and she is amazing! She's fast, professional, and knowledgeable. She does not "forget" you under the dryer or at the sink like all other places I've been in my life time, she checks on you and asks you if your doing ok while waiting for your deep conditioner to heat or your hair to dry. I can appreciate that teaches as she works. Latoya will check with you before she trims your hair and will encourage you to and help you to make the healthiest decision for your hair. I can tell she actually likes her job and gives it her all each time and I appreciate that. She got me In and out each time with quality results, and I can't count the amount of compliments ive gotten on my hair! I workout multiple days per week and this is the first silk press ive ever had that still looks and feels fresh! I will be back !

I had a 12:00 appointment today with Latoya,I was very insecure about my hair, patches and spots were missing.Not only did she make me feel good inside by telling me she got me and she did!!! I absolutely recommend her especially if your hair is damaged,she also talks to you,crack jokes and ask you serveral times during the appointment how you feel,did that hurt,how u want you hair,she is truly genuine and cares about her clients

Over all its a great place. The owners are amazing very professional. But don't go to Latoya she's very unprofessional, never shows up on time your in the chairs for hours. She does so many heads at one time she forgets your under the dryer. Very unprofessional VERY. EVEN THROUGH SHE DOES GREAT WORK. JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

My first time booking an appointment with Prenasis Hair Gallery and I booked with Latoya for starter locs. It was my first time going with that style and I have to say, Latoya did a nice job styling my hair. I appreciated her checking in on me while I waited for my turn and also loved our conversations while she styled my hair. Latoya is a wise and strong lady that gives good advice on both hair and life lessons. I look forward to working with Latoya again. Overall, the place had a chill atmosphere along with positive vibes. Not to mention playing good songs throughout the shop.

I enjoy being there because I receive much more then just a hair cut. I feel so comfortable when I enter the shop, it's clean and the environment is great. I have been a client for over 4yrs and have grown a lot sitting in Fonz Styles chair. He is more then just a barber, he's a leader, motivator and, life coach that speaks value into people lives. He has spoke wisdom into my life, encouraged me to be confident & brave and not allow people to take advantage of my kindness. I have definitely grown since becoming a client, plus my hair is always on point. Each and everytime I get a cut or style I leave out feeling amazing. The staff Tremain, Terry, Evon are always curious, professional and also down to earth. I consider everyone to be more like family so, I will continue to be apart of Prenasis as a client and will not trade them for the 🌎.

There's not an environment like "Prenasis Hair Gallery". for the past three years I have been attending this shop. You're greeted by many of the stylist while walking through to your waiting area. I enjoy the atmosphere, I am able to bring my child and leave her in the safe playing area for the kids, while services are being rendered.. OVERALL this shop is very professional, with great staff.

Especially the master stylist I came to her with my hair nappy and unhealthy ready to get a relaxer because I was not knowledgeable of how to properly care for my hair.After getting my first silk press I fell in love with my crown. I've been a customer for this salon for over 6yrs and i absolutely love it. The atmosphere is warm and kid friendly. play area with tv for kids, tv in dryer room, and great music. in the summer they also sell nacho's and hand squeezed lemonade!!! the owner and also a stylist is very nice and you will always leave pleased. she makes custom wigs and sells human hair so its really a one stop shop.
