My first time here was absolutely fantastic! The salon is so aesthetically pleasing! I was greeted with warmth and smiles! And Itzel (the hairstylist) was so sweet, skilled and professional! I love the way my hair looked and felt when I was all done! The environment is very relaxing and they had great music! I highly recommend this salon because I for sure will be coming back!

Thanks to Mackenzie at Salon Blanc for my hair transformation I love it so much! The salon is so beautiful and Mackenzie was so knowledgeable and helpful (trust me I was asking 1,000 questions along the way after some bad experiences in the past). Prices were affordable and she kept me informed the whole way through as to what she was doing and why, and most importantly she was transparent about price (if I needed toner, that was additional, etc). I love it so much Mackenzie thank you a ton!!! can’t wait to come back to Salon Blanc for future needs!

Only good hairstylist to go to here is FEMALE ALEX. Everyone else seems stuck up and full of themselves. Conversations are easy going and fun. In my life I have only trusted two people to not mess up my hair. My Chicago stylist and Alex. She will get you styled right. Also my roommate who has textured hair had an amazing service. It’s hard to find a stylist that’s able to do black hair and white hair.

I usually like to give my reviews if it find the place really worth visiting or if it doesn’t deserve the penny I put in. I have been to many saloons in Milwaukee over the past one year after I relocated. I haven’t found any saloon as good as this is in every way for the price they offer. It’s clean and people are very professional. The products they used on my hair are really good and they did wonders for my fizzy hair. Carissa did an amazing haircut and suggested me an amazing toner for my previous balayage hair which I am extremely happy about. I asked her to give me entirely new look with regards to haircut and she’d did (I must tell that she had a subtle magic in her hands). She also mentioned why she was using the products on my hair through which I gained some knowledge of selecting apt products for myself. Importantly, I got an early appointment as I called which is why I liked the place even more :) Haircut -awesome Products- excellent Results- great!

Kenzie at salon blanc is AMAZING and truly brings a plethora of knowledge to her profession. I love her and won’t trust anyone else with my hair again. She gives you exactly what you want. After years of searching for the right salon, I was blessed to meet Kenzie. She is a hair GODDESS. On a different note, I was recently in the salon and was disappointed to see that staff were still required to wear masks in July. Considering the mask mandate was lifted in June, that seemed a bit extreme to me.

I had an amazing experience at Salon Blanc. If you want to get your hair colored here, I highly recommend it! I had Alex color my hair and he definitely didn’t try to rush the process. He took his time to pay attention to every detail in bleaching my hair. I especially appreciated how thorough he was, and how he made sure to explain what he was doing step-by-step. He was super patient with me and made sure I was satisfied with everything before moving on to the next step in the process. I always look forward to my appointments with Kenzie! She’s been keeping my blonde perfectly platinum and icey for years. My color, cut, and style look great every time. I have really long, fine hair as well, so she’s also mindful of protecting my hair from further damage and breakage. I love socializing with her throughout the appointment! You can tell her anything! Alex has been cutting and styling my hair for several years now and I would follow him wherever he goes! Luckily his new salon is super cute and convienent! There is natural lighting which is very important for hair color (the place I used to go was in a lower level with no windows and your hair looks completely different in artificial light). It’s been really hard for me to find someone who can cut and style very thick long hair. Alex spends time making sure the cut is perfect and I always leave feeling beautiful! If you are looking for a hair stylist that really cares about the client and the experience, come to see Alex!

Had an appointment originally for a balayage which was Mackenzie’s specialty but upon consultation we both agreed staying dark and adding a red hue would be best for my complexion. She gave me great tips, did a great job washing and constantly asked if i was comfortable and applied the color quickly. Although she could’ve gotten more out of convincing me to do the Balayage she was honest about her opinion which i appreciated ! It was a great experience and i will be back!

Alex has given me multiple hair cuts and I always love them! He constantly is educating me on how to keep my hair healthy and what we should do that day to make my hair healthier. My only complaint is during check out they never tell me why my total is the price it is. I always expect it to be over $100 but I would still like to know what all I am paying for.

I’m normally not one to write a review, but I just had to write Alex from Salon Blanc an awesome review! My hair looks INCREDIBLE! I’ve been struggling to find a good hair stylist ever since I moved back to Wisconsin 3 years ago. Everyone makes my hair too bleachy, has a weird reddish tint to it, or just doesn’t do a good job. I usually come home, look in the mirror, and see everything I don’t like. I went home yesterday and absolutely just loved my hair!!!! It’s perfect! It’s everything I wanted!!!!! I’m soooo happy that I finally found my hair stylist here! Everyone needs to go see Alex! You’ll thank me later!!!!!!

Go see him, seriously - especially if you want someone who is not afraid to experiment on your hair, if that’s what you’re into! And also, he does excellent eyebrow threading which for me is much less painful than waxing.

Went here to get a men's haircut three times. Each time, the staff were super friendly and professional. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job. Definitely worth the money. For the men's haircut, they offer a free touch up around two weeks after. Very happy with their service.

*Revised at Bottom* I, along with a good amount of my friends, have gotten our hair done by Alex for a while now and followed him to his new salon when it opened. We were pleased at the beginning with the quality of work and time/effort that Alex put into each appointment. Recently, we have been disappointed however. Maybe he is overbooked or more worried about the quantity of clients versus the quality he is providing. The last time I went in for my hair he listened to what I wanted done but then seemed to have rushed the process. He cut my hair inbetween working on another ladies’ and had someone else help wash/blow dry my hair while he did other things. Getting my hair done in a salon like this, and for a price like this, isn’t something I do often and it’s a big treat for me - very disappointed to be rushed through and not getting to feel relaxed or pampered. Aside from this, I wasn’t happy with the outcome. I was looking for some highlights but hesistant at the amount I wanted lightened. He said we could do just a few and I could always come back in a few days to add more if I liked the color (making it seem as part of my treatment). I did like the highlights and wanted more but after following up and making a second appointment, I left without any further treatment after he wanted to charge me full price for an entirely second treatment. On top of the ‘miscommunication’ on the payment, I was mostly disappointed with the cut of my hair. It was very uneven and choppy - I’d assume from him rushing through. *Alex thoughtfully gave me a phone call after hearing about my concerns with the salon and service and offered to help me out with my next appointment. I will be rebooking with him on a day where he has more time than the last and I look forward to it because I know he is very capable of doing a wonderful job. I appreciate his phone call and time he took to address these issues with me as it shows he does care about his customers.

Highly recommend going to see Kenzie if you are in need of a Brazilian wax! She is very welcoming and knowledgeable for anyone who's new to waxing.
