I look forward to my hair appointments every time. The atmosphere is so chill, friendly and relaxed there. Alex is the best. I tell anyone and everyone about Piccola salon and spa. The first time I went and told Alex what I was thinking and she accomplished that!! I was able to donate my hair and received the color I was wanting! I absolutely love getting my hair colored here and for a great price.

I have been going to this salon for years I get my hair cut/color, eyelashes, eyebrows, facials and now a spray tan. The staff are all INCREDIBLE and oh so talented. The salon is beautiful with a very inviting and relaxing environment. Very professional. They are a great group of women. I highly recommend.

Alex is amazing!! When I first came to her last May, my hair was beyond fried from being blonde. She told me in order to get it healthy & the way we would want it to be, she would have to cut a decent amount of it off & we would have to start fresh. Her honesty about my hair & her dedication to the task was amazing! As hesitant as I was to start, I’m so glad I listened to her! Since seeing her, she has taken me back to my dark roots & has made my hair SO healthy! I guess I should have just listened to her husband 5 years ago when he told me to go see her!! On a recommendation from a friend I reached out to Piccola Salon for their bridal hair and makeup services. I’ve had really bad experiences in the past with make-up artists that didn’t know how to work with my skin tone, but Antoinesha at Piccola was super sweet and reassuring in her response when I expressed my concerns that immediately booked. Afterwards, it only made sense to me to get my haircut and other services done there as well.I have to say I absolutely loved every one of them! Mo did a wonderful job with my haircut, Sierra made my eyebrows look wonderful after my first ever brow lamination, and Antoinesha managed to make my eyelashes full and beautiful and still look natural. I highly recommend the team and I can’t wait to see what they do for my wedding!

Alex at Piccola did the hair styling for my May 2021 wedding. The final results were absolutely gorgeous!!! I have very fine, thin blonde hair and she managed to curl it in a way that it lasted way past midnight. My sister, MIL, and flower girl's hair were just as beautiful. She's a very nice, friendly person and she brightened my big day! Highly recommend.

I started going to Piccola Salon based on a reccomendation from a patient. I am so glad she told me about this place! Everytime I leave I am fully satisfied. I prefer a natural golden blonde with some cool that is easy to grow out and they nail it each time. I have also had my eyelashes done by each on of the girls and each one does an equally great job! The last thing I would say is the energy of the salon is so nice; meaning you can tell they all work together as a team and they welcome you into their family. If you are looking for a new place pick this place. Plus it a one stop shop with all the services they offer!

I utilized Piccola salon's amazingly talented hair and makeup artists for my wedding. All of the most important women in my life were so happy with the beauty these ladies were able to exemplify for such a special day. I think the best way to explain their success, was at my trail, I swore i wanted an updo - we tried it and it just was not me. Savannah suggested a pony tail, and I could not have been happier with the results. I would highly recommend these ladies as they traveled to my house and truly helped each of us feel so comfortable and beautiful in our own skin on my wedding day! Thanks again ladies!

I have been going to Piccola for probably 7 or 8 years now and see Alex for all my hair needs. The salon is beautiful, open, and welcoming. The staff and Alex are so friendly, kind, and genuine. A trip to the salon feels like catching up with an old friend. I am natural light brown/dark blonde and have gone darker and platinum with no issues whatsoever. I have thin wavy/frizzy hair but a lot of it. I have had a Brazillian Blowout here in the past and plan to do it again soon! Alex did hair for my best friends wedding and will be doing my wedding in Oct 2023. I look forward to having my make up done for the first time as well at the salon, but what Ive seen so far its always flawless. I could never recommend this place enough, and if I ever moved out of state I would make it a point to travel back to have my hair done.

BEST salon ever! Owner’s Savannah and Alexandra can do anything and their style, knowledge, and sense for business and trends are way beyond their years. Additionally their newly hired team members are just as awesome, and show an equal amount of pride and professionalism, in their abundance’s of new skill sets. Hair, skin, brows, lashes, weddings, ....they can do it all! The salon atmosphere is warm, relaxed, comfortable, and friendly. I’m happy to say I’ve been going to Piccola since they opened (7 or 8 yrs ago?) and they by far beat all other stylists and salons I’ve been to.

Wedding review: We had four ladies (two hair and two make up) the day of and everyone was so kind and professional! Everyone looked GORGEOUS!! They seriously did such an amazing job! Sierra has been doing my lashes for several months now and she's so sweet. She also did the makeup at my wedding for myself and my bridesmaids. She was suppose to bring an assistant to get everyone done on time but the assistant was sick and didn't make it the day of. Sierra handled it perfectly and still got everyone done and did such a great job. Myself and my girls looked beautiful and the makeup lasted all night. Love this place. I've got long baby fine hair and it's hard to make baby fine hair look fuller. I've never had a bad cut from them. They listen to what you want; tell you what works; what won't; what the outcome would be for each option. My mom just went for the first time and now her hair is easier to manage and doesn't look as thin as before.

Highly recommend Nicole for all your waxing needs! I recently moved back to the area and was in need of a new esthetician. After 5 years of Brazilian waxing with the same person, making a change was hard, but Nicole put me at easy, explained her technique step by step, and bonus: she uses AMAZING high quality wax for a nearly pain free experience. Regardless if you are a newbie or a veteran waxer, you cannot go wrong with Nicole!

I booked with Piccola Salon for my wedding day and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! Alex did an amazing job with my hair, as well as my 3 bridesmaids. She was responsive, timely, and a blast to work with! On a side note, I have also gone to the salon for my routine cut and balayage, and they have always done an amazing job! In fact, I recently moved to IL and have considered driving back on multiple occasions because I love their work. I highly recommend going in with a vision of what you want for your special day and ensuring they can meet your goals. In my opinion, it is well worth it to pay for the wedding hair trial! Overall, Alex was super accommodating throughout and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend working with her if you can!
