I had such a great experience at this salon! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Brad made sure to walk me through the whole process before we began, and made sure to listen and understand exactly what I wanted done with my hair. He also incorporated his own style within my wants, and our ideas blended perfectly! Brad and the other employees at the salon made me feel so comfortable and confident in my new haircut. I left the salon feeling SO happy! 12/10 recommend. :)

I always love getting my hair cut at Lovely with Tina! The space is clean, smells good, and everyone is friendly. These days its hard to get exceptional customer service, so it’s a treat to walk in to Lovely and be acknowledged and greeted! And Tina is amazing. I keep coming back to her because she is so consistent and also listens to me about what I want to tweak every time. Fantastic salon, fantastic customer service, fantastic artistry. Love!

This was my first time at Lovely so I didn’t know what to expect. I was blown away and so glad I made this choice! From the time I arrived until the time I left I felt well cared for and appreciated. My appointment with Shay was so great - I don’t even have words to explain how glad I am that I chose her for my first ever massage. I happily re-booked. Reception staff were a delight, and seeing my name on the sign as I walked in was such an unexpected special touch. This was money well spent, and I really commend your team.

My first experience at Lovely was a good one! Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked through the door to the time that I left. I love my cut and color by Sam! The undercutting that she suggested along with the contrasting shades of color helped to add depth to my very thin hair. It was great to go to a stylist with the experience and confidence that produces a great outcome! Looking forward to my next visit.

Going to Lovely is something I look forward to because I know it's going to be a pleasant experience every single time, from the first interaction at the front desk through... well, I guess the final interaction at the front desk before I leave. But the environment is pleasant, the music is good (especially good recently), you get a compliment from the Hailee nuclear reactor of positive energy, and so on. But when I leave the salon and head home, and get compliments for the rest of the evening from my wife about how good I look and that it's the maybe the best haircut I've ever had... That's why I go to Brad. Also the great conversations with Brad. But mostly for the compliments from my wife.

I walked into Lovely a bit early. As I sat waiting I listened to the ladies chatting and laughing. My anxiety started to kick in; I was so tense and stressed. Tiffany came to get me just in time. She asked what I wanted and I caught my reflection in the mirror... UGH...make me beautiful I asked. She started with a scalp message. I closed my eyes, took deep cleansing breaths, and when she finished I wiped away tears that streamed down my cheeks. I've been so stressed and didn't realize it. This was my first visit to the salon. My stylist was wonderful. There is such a calming feeling you get from the decoration. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into everything, from the barn door to separate the rooms to the stones in bathroom sink. My next visit will have to include the spa.

Everytime I go into Lovely I feel rejuvenated! I have gotten my hair done here for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm welcomes and offered a beverage and to have your coat hung up. The salon is clean and always smells amazing, not to mention the calming sense it has. The overall aesthetic is in one word: relaxing. Which is exactly what I want to do at a salon! I go to Samantha to get my hair done and absolutely adore her! She does a fantastic cut and color! She really listens to what the client wants, while also providing her professional opinion. She is the nicest person and makes others feel welcomed, cared for and beautiful. Throughout the process, you're given a completely relaxing experience and a wonderful conversation! 10/10.

After my hairdresser of a few years decided to change career paths I was devastated and desperate to find somebody new. After much research and deliberation I decided to give Lovey salon a try -- and I'm beyond happy I did. The moment I walked, everybody greeted me and were SO nice and welcoming. The ambiance was so cute -- I felt relaxed and in a very aestheticly pleasing environment. I have ALWAYS walked out thrilled with my cut and/or color. While I have only worked with T. Marie, and can only stay great things about her, all stylists there seem to do a phenomenal job and are lovely to work with. I should mention however, that they are maybe ever so slightly pricey, but definitely worth it in my opinion and I plan on going there indefinitely -- I have found my forever hair salon.

I had my hair cut with Tayler and she did such a great job. This place goes above and beyond a typical salon. They start all haircuts with a ridiculously relaxing scalp massage. They use essential oils and warm towels. They make sure you’re super relaxed, I felt like I had a spa treatment not a haircut. Plus she listened to exactly what I wanted, and knew how to treat my wavy hair. 10/10 😍

I was greeted with a smile immediately upon walking in. The check in process was easy and quick, and was offered a beverage (water, coffee, tea) right away. I was lead to a stylist chair, where I waited not more than a minute or so, to have an equally warm greeting by David. I gave a general idea of what kind of cut I was looking for, and he immediately knew the questions/clarification he needed to complete the look. I left smiling and feeling great. He nailed the haircut I was hoping for, and had great conversation with him while he worked. I look forward to seeing him, and visiting the Salon again.

I had an amazing experience with Rachel for my first appointment at Lovely. Upon arrival the salon staff were very friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is super cute, has a nice relaxing environment, and had great music. They use Aveda products which always leave my hair feeling great as well! Nice, personable, excellent at what she does! Well worth the $! Treat yourself! (I did not like the chair though. Wish they had one a bit more comfortable, that reclined.)

I absolutely love everything about Lovely Salon. I first started going to Lovely two years ago. I made an appointment to donate my hair. When I got there Hailee, my stylist told me my cut would be free since I would be donating my hair and they would take care of donating the hair for me to Locks of Love! From the moment I walk into the door to the time I check out and leave, everyone that works at the salon is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. In the past if I can't get in to see Hailee I make an appointment with another hair stylist. Everyone is amazing, I have yet to have a bad haircut or experience. I recommend this salon to all of my girlfriends! I started taking my five year old daughter in for haircuts shortly after I started going to the salon, and she always looks forward to her appointments. Lovely is truly a one of a kind salon. Brit is by far one of the best nail artists in the city! She takes pride in her work and it definitely shows each and every time she does my nails. She is a stickler for perfection. As usual, Brad provided an exceptional service for me today. From the first massage of my shoulders, to the hand massage while I was processing and finally the neck massage at the shampoo bowl, I found that much of the stress from my week was gone! Top that off with excellent color and a fade to die for… My hair is fierce! This part of the review is no reflection on Brad. Please be very careful when making an appointment at Lovely. Pay attention to your confirmation texts and emails and verify your appointment start time. You may find you have a problem! For the second time in a handful of months, I have had an appointment canceled and given to someone else! This is extremely frustrating because I plan my life around my appointments. Instead of making it right and canceling the appointment of the person who got put into my slot and giving me back my standing appointment which had been booked for months, I am instead required to adjust my schedule for a few days later if I still want the service. This does not sit well with me!

This place really knows how to treat their customers! My first visit I arrive to find out the person I was scheduled with called in so I was switched to another stylist. They apologized and offered me a beverage things happen no big deal. I met Brad. We go over what I'm looking for and the appointment starts with a scalp massage and a shoulder rub. I'm in heaven! I love my cut! Brad gives me styling tips and I decide to schedule an appointment for coloring and highlights. Brad took the time to go over my choices offered advice but allowed me to make my own decision without being pushy in any way. While the color was taking I was treated to a hand rub. And my color turned out beautifully! Then Brad finished me off with a little lipstick and gloss and sent me on my way feeling absolutely fabulous! This place is worth every penny!

The staff is friendly. The decor is calming and pretty. Be on the lookout for " accidental" mistakes, such as forgetting to honour a coupon or booking the wrong service, that result in up charges. The environment really is beautiful; and, the nail technician was responsive to my concerns and needs.
