This was probably the best experience I have had going to get my hair done in such a long time !! First of all my service started at the bowl with the best wash and scalp massage ever. I literally was falling asleep in the chair ! No one who does hair ever washes hair anymore so this was so nice to be in a salon that actually washes and cares for hair. Breonna was amazing and super sweet and easy going ! She did an amazing job with my feed in braids !! I would definitely recommend them and I will be returning ! I can’t wait to come back for my next service ! Thank you KRS!!

Kim is hands down the best waxer in all of the US! No exaggeration here! I came to Kim as a referral from my husband. I wanted a Brazilian wax and he assured me KRS was the place to go. I had an awful experience a few years ago at a different salon which scared me away from ever doing this again... but hey I trust my husband so I went to see Kim. She made the whole process so easy and comfortable. She talks you through every step and her awesome sense of humor helped ease my nerves. This was a polar opposite experience compared to my last one. I am now a forever client with KRS! You must check them out! If I could give them more than 5 stars I most definitely would! Not to mention.. the salon is super cute! Great environment overall and such kind people.

No Complaints. KRS is an amazing salon & I walk out of there in love with my hair and brows. The atmosphere was great, the service is professional, and they have a nice and cozy full bar for you to relax with a drink on the inside. Before I left I made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks to have my hair done again, and to do a full facial 😍😍😍 this time I only got a wash and style with the stove irons NOT FLAT IRON & I love love love how Tiffany did my hair she is very talented so I'm going back to get a full weave. I also got my eyebrows waxed and which was also an awesome experience which I also love love loved so I book an appointment to come back for a full facial. The hostess, the bartender, the stylist... everyone makes you feel right at home. 💕💞❤

This was my first time ever getting waxed and I got a Brazilian and full legs. Kim was amazing! She started out with the Brazilian and walked me through everything. She told me when a pull was going to be “small or big.” The atmosphere was so pleasant and relaxing. I was there today for a Brazilian wax. I loved it. The place is really nice and clean. They were all welcoming and smiling. I got my waxing done by Kim. Kim is really really nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable. I spoke to her on the phone last week to take the appointment, she texted me the day before to make sure that I was still coming. This will be my salon for now on. I love them! I went in asking for a hair color but not knowing what I wanted since I had never dyed my hair before. The stylist worked his magic and created beautiful highlights that I just adore. As a recent transplant to Wisconsin I know this is where I will keep going to get my hair done. I've gotten so many compliments. Also, the salon itself is fantastic. Easy to get to with great style. You really feel like you walked into an experience. I highly recommend them. Plus I got my hair pressed and it's been almost a month and it's still straight with body.

I've been coming here for about 3 years now and I'll never look back. It's a very relaxing and soothing environment. Kim's experience speaks for itself. She's very knowledgeable on waxing and skin care and I value her opinion whenever I have questions. I also get my hair done by Chris. Today was my first time going there as moved to WI a few months ago. I was in for a relaxer touch up and Chris did my hair. He was fast, yet thorough. I got a relaxer touch up, trim and style. To my relaxed girls, this is definitely one of the good spots to go to. And their prices are reasonable. I will be going there more for future hair needs.

Kim is amazing, she does the best wax I have ever experienced. No bumps, no burns, and everything is super sanitary, never double dipping. I am glad I found her she waxes my lip, brows, and my daughter's sideburns and brows to perfection! Also, the drinks at the bar are good, Kim Possible is delicious.

The first time I went was for a facial. I was greeted after about 2 minutes, which is above average. Then I was told after a few minutes that my service would begin after the room was set up, about 10 minutes. I was led to a dark room, soothing and inviting with a pretty chandelier. I booked a peel, but was talked out of it by the owner, Kim. She assessed my skin and medical history and decided that a (less expensive) facial would be more appropriate. She asked me about allergies and then chose the appropriate products for me. The facial included exfoliation, manual and enzyme, black head extraction and many moist, warm towels and Kim's soothing touch. When I tell you that I felt like I was in heaven- I'm not exaggerating. I'm going back in 10 weeks for a peeling. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I'm happy that I found a salon in my neighborhood that I could bring my daughter to, which I did thi morning, and is prompt and professional (this morning we were greeted and service started immediately). I couldn't be happier!

Love love love! Went here to get a Brazilian wax with Kim. I couldn’t really take the pain of the wax off the back. Kim simply suggested a deluxe. This was a simplified version of the wax. She of course didn’t have to offer that but since she new I couldn’t take it. She gave me a deluxe. And it’s beautiful for sure. Will definitely be coming back for Kim!!

I only come here for my waxes, Brazilian and underarm. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very quick. I'm in and out in a snap and she makes sure to clean you up afterwards. I have tried other places and they left a mess down there and not all the hair was taken off. I highly recommend seeing Kim, especially if you're a Brazilian virgin. She will make you feel comfortable and walk you through every step of the way.

I had a last minute cancellation with my original hairdresser and KRS was able to work with me squeeze me in the very next day. The atmosphere was clean and very professional. The stylist Lena Cole that did my hair gave me a touch up, a roll brush dry and trimmed my ends and it was perfect!!! No extra added product to my hair to weigh it down like other salons do, which I hate. My experience was great and The price was extremely reasonable as well. I would definitely go back. Also, I got a mini scalp massage as my hair was being washed. BONUS!

I have been going here for nearly a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the establishment and the owner. I have only been in for Bikini waxes and for my very first time the owner Kim made it very comfortable for me and walked me through everything I would experience. Today was my 5 yr old daughters first salon visit. There were a lot of tangles and tears. My stylist Star and everyone in the salon was very sympathetic and didn’t make me feel like chickening out and running away! In addition to a beautiful space with a calm atmosphere the staff all felt genuinely compassionate. I have never had my hair relaxer last so long in my life. It’s going on 7 weeks now and my hair still looks as good as it did when I left the salon. I was looking for a waxing place and KRS popped up and ended up reading how they don't tolerate any type of hate and disrespect towards your gender, race, religion etc and I said this is a place I want to go to! I am so happy to know KRS!! I have more to say about my experience there, but FIRST: Kimberly blew me away with her engagement with my queerness! I am used to people being "fine" or whatever when I mention my partner, but Kimberly was so skilled in her follow-ups that I wondered if she'd been trained as an ally. In this context, she mentioned that she wants to spread the word that she does waxing, including brazilians, for all genders, y'all. I have been getting waxed for twelve years, and I have never had a clinician be so clear about their intention to serve :) If I could give Kimberly ten stars, I would. Now for the dets on my service: My wax was over before I knew it (literally) because 1. Kimberly's skills 2. lavender wax! 3. chatting. It was, officially, fast for a full-leg wax on my fuzzy self (under 40 minutes), but it was also so enjoyable that I wasn't ready to be off the table. Can't wait to go back (but the dang hair isn't growing back...not a complaint).

My son went into the chair looking totally shaggy (he was well overdue for a cut) and Chris worked his meticulous magic. It's the best haircut my son has ever had! I went to KRS for a brazilian wax by recommendation from a friend. KRS is noce because they offer many services (make-up, hair, waxing etc). I have had waxes in the past (once or twice) and they were unpleasant. The esthetician, Kim was amazing! She is so pleasant and professional. She changed my mind about waxing and now I am a regular at KRS. I give KRS my highest recommendation. I love this place!
