We used The Knick for our wedding hair and makeup services and I have nothing but great things to say. Kira, their wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing and extremely organized. I had to make a last minute change with only about a month left before the wedding due to a bad trial with another salon and Kira found a way to get us two amazing hair stylists and makeup artist (Christina and Jill). I am so happy we made the switch. We couldn’t have been happier with our hair and makeup. We received many compliments from guests and all my girls told me they loved their hair and makeup! I myself have never felt more beautiful in my life! The stylists went above and beyond and were very accommodating/flexible with plans the day of. I came here yesterday for their 100 Acres massage. Susan was my massage therapist, and she did a phenomenal job! She got to all the areas I was having issues with on my body. I immediately booked an appointment the same day for my parents and I because this place was amazing! In addition, they had a cozy waiting area for people to sit in! They had a great selection of teas and coffees to choose from. They also offer wifi!

Hi, not on reviews… pretty much ever. Even if I really like someone, something, or someplace. BUT, I’ve had a shoulder impingement (both anterior & posterior—w/ 2 steroid injections) for over 6 months, closer to a year. I’ve been in PT for about 6 months (on my third now), and I haven’t seen as much progress with not only relief, but range of motion with PT as I did after my massage here. I got a deep tissue massage with Sarah (hilarious by the way), and she was amazing—so knowledgeable and skilled—just amazing. I cannot recommend her enough! Also, salon was cute and clean. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is inside the hotel entryway, btw. I wasn’t sure my first visit.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut at The Knick! It was obvious my stylist cared about doing an excellent job and giving me a hair style I would be happy with long after I left the salon. The staff was friendly and the Salin it self is beautiful. I highly recommend *one note- they only accept cash tips.

My fiance and I had a couples massaged booked with Kelli and I forgot the gentleman's name but they were both amazing and I loved how professional the gentlemen that did mine was as he let me know if at any time I felt uncomfortable about the area he was working on to just let him know. His professionalism made me feel extremely comfortable! We are both highly satisfied and are excited to become regulars!

10!!! I finally found a hairstylist that I trust with my hair, I have had bad experiences in past with other stylists , who only cares about making a buck and rushing you out. Larissa is the best👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 she listens and takes her time making sure that I am happy with my style 😍 I definitely will be coming back. This was my first experience at Knick Salon and Spa, and I was able to get in for a massage with Von. I had felt terrible for two days after sleeping poorly and had a really stiff neck and knotted up back. Von did a fantastic job--I left feeling very relaxed and well taken care of with my individual needs addressed. The staff member at the front desk (I did not get her name) was very professional and welcoming as well. I will definitely be going back to check out more services from them!

Most recently my mom and I have had massages by Sarah, Cathy, Jessica and Susan. I cannot speak highly enough about the service they provided! I went to the Knick Salon & Spa as a first time guest for a hair cut, deep conditioning treatment and style after I purchased a Groupon. I was a little worried I may not receive the same treatment as other full-price paying guests but I was clearly mistaken. DeAnna was my stylist and she did an excellent job!! From listening to what I wanted out of a fresh cut and style (definitely more than just a trim) to offering refreshments and light conversation throughout the appointment, I was very impressed. My hair turned out great and I will definitely be back at the Knick for future services.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff was flexible and awesome to work with, and so accommodating to our group on the day of my wedding. Deanna listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She fixed all the minor issues from my trial and spent as long as it took (close to 2 hours) on my bridal updo. It lasted all night and looked amazing in pictures. Sabrina did my makeup and made me look like a rockstar! I could not have asked for a better experience and I'm so grateful to everyone who helped me feel beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you!!

I went to the Knick Salon about a month ago and got a hair cut from Deanna. I wanted to keep my length but add a bit more layers. She knew exaxtly what I wanted and gave me just that. Deanna was very easy to talk to; it was like I've known her for years! I love going to a salon that where the stylist understands your idea, is friendly and personable and is great to talk to. The salon itself is very comforting and everyone else is very welcoming. I will definitely be going very soon (maybe this week) to get something else done by Deanna.

This is the second time I have been to the salon. The first time I cut off 14" of hair and doanted it, and it was my first time ever having my hair cut in a salon. It was a fantastic experience. The second time I went, I wanted to change my look again, and I was again just over the top satisfied with the service. The price of the experience is very affordable. I also enjoy that my stylist, Theresa, was very honest and helpful in choosing the right style for me. I referred my mom, who is a hairdresser of 20+ years, and purchased a gift card for her to go and get her hair cut there as well, and she is very excited to do so. I love the products and the atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone!

This was my first visit to the knick spa in Milwaukee,WI.I had such an amazing experience at the knick spa for my pre-birthday pampering!!! I loved the service by Carly who did my haircut/color/style and I am beyond happy with her work. I will definitely go see her again. Also, Steffany did an amazing job with her spa services. Both these girls made me feel so comfortable and were very professional and I had a blast hanging out with them before my birthday trip to Boston. I went to Knick Salon for the first time because they had a deal through Groupon for full highlights. My experience with them was great. As soon as I walked in they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The place was very clean and not too busy where I felt over whelmed. I was getting my hair done for my son's baptism and I was gonna have over 100 guests and I wanted to look great. Thanks to Knick Salon they did just that. Helped me look great and recommended certain products I needed. I would recommend people to go to knick salon for their hair and I'm sure all their other services are just as good.

I had a 90 minute massage with Lindsay at the Knick, and it was one of THE BEST deep tissue massages I have ever received!! Lindsay is very knowledgable about the body and could find all my tight spots, and really worked on them. She asked me questions, listened to what I wanted, then delivered exactly what I wanted. The staff was very friendly, and even though my appointment started a little late because of their previous appointments, they apologized and made sure I got the full amount of time for which I paid. About 3 months ago I went into Knick for a haircut and highlights package I had bought through Groupon, and received the best haircut and color EVER from Deanna. I just recently went back last week to have my color redone to do something a bit more fun and funky, and Deanna delivered yet again! I've received nothing but raving compliments on my color which is wonderful to hear. My cut was done so well the first time that I'm actually waiting a bit before I get it cut again, as it is growing out nicely. I moved to Milwaukee a little over a year ago, and I am sad I hadn't found Knick until recently. This is definitely my go-to haircare shop!!! My next task is to try out their spa services :)

I took my sister and I here for facials before her wedding. She received the Blushing Bride facial and she had a great experience. I had an express facial (30 mins) with Larissa, and she was AMAZING. She definitely gave me a little extra time and even used hot rocks. She had great tips for me and my skin without trying to give me a hard sell on their products or other facials. After the facial was over she said I should sit down with my sister in their cute waiting room and made us tea. We will definitely be back!

We were on a strict time limit and they delivered amazing services within the time we allotted. Wonderful hair stylists and make up artists, particularly Deanna and Sabrina. I had a facial here. It wasn’t life changing, I’ve facials that left my skin feeling amazing right after. This facial was good enough. I also liked the aesthetician recommendations on my skin, that was really helpful. I would come back maybe to try another type of facial. Also they are the one ones in Milwaukee that offer organic / natural facial treatments, as far as I know.

I scheduled a mother/daughter facial as a belated mother’s day gift and I had a fantastic experience with Steffany. I highly recommend Steffany and the Knick Salon and Spa. The lobby of the hotel is well kept, and the waiting area of the salon is comfortable and stylish. We were offered wine as we filled out or forms, which was a nice way to begin relaxing. The session itself was fantastic—heated massage beds were a nice touch—and Steffany (and her partner, whose name escapes me) kept the perfect balance between chatting and relaxing silence. I picked up an alpha hydroxy acid peel which was recommended and I loved it. I will be back.
