Good haircut for the price. But I had only gone to this location to use a coupon that I had. It was clearly still within the dates and location requirements. The woman refused to even look at the coupon that I had and said she could not take coupons. When I tried to explain what the coupon was and that it had just started today, frustrated, she turned to her colleague and said “like, I don’t even know what else to tell her besides we’re just not gonna take it. I’ve never even heard of that one” nonetheless it was still a decent cut for the price.

I love having Carter cut my hair. She does the best job out of anyone who has ever cut my hair. Her fades are flawless. To top it off, I feel happy & good leaving the chair feeling all fresh & cleaned up after she is done.

Mostly have had a good hair cuts at this place. Only one bad one. I go in the morning usually, when there is less customers. I use ask for the same person each time until the store moves them or they find another place to work. then I tip better for each good hair cut.

Only thing that can be a pain is the wait if people have the app and set up an appointment before you. Staff is very good and friendly. I only take one star away for people that don't love installing an app. Add touch screen for self check in so if there is one person cutting hair they don't have to stop what they are doing to focus on line of people walking in.

My son regularly has his hair cut here despite living 40 minutes away. (His dance studio is nearby so we’re always in the neighborhood.) He has really fluffy hair and it’s hard to get a great looking cut. We’ve tried other salons closer to where we live but keep going back to Avenir because it’s better! Usually, he just waits for the next available stylist. At his most recent visit, SHARINNA cut his hair and it is his BEST haircut he’s had yet! She tamed his fluffy hair AND made it look super cool by adding a design on the side of his head. It’s not something my son or I would have ever requested so it was a complete surprise. But, we love it so much that I want her to cut his hair next time! He has gotten SO many compliments on this hair cut and it’s only been a day! Thanks!

This was the best haircut ive ever gotten, i didnt expect something if this quality from a great clips. I am blown away. I had a barber named Mike, this man was friendly knowledgeable and helpful, when he saw that a line was building up he moved his break back so that i wouldnt have to wait, as a customer there is nothing i respect more than that. Great haircut, great service, i will be coming back.

Very rare to find a wait here, and the staff are all friendly without being annoyingly chatty. Prices are good and the haircut itself was honestly one of the better haircuts I've ever gotten.

Great haircut everytime. Love that they know my preference when I check in. With the APP, there's never a wait! Plenty of street parking. Even the magazines are current. Nice, really really nice!

Pros: They're cheap They're close to downtown You get a good haircut sometimes Cons: They're inconsistent and you don't always get a good haircut Staff are pretty hit or miss and can be friendly and talkative or awkward and cold.
