I could not have been happier having Marissa style my hair for my wedding day, as well as my maid of honor's and would highly recommend her to anyone for their wedding day. She is so talented, professional, prompt, and an excellent communicator. She was quick to send me her information and details I needed to know, helped me stay on top of things by booking a trial right away too! She was able to 100% capture the look and feel I wanted for my hair style by talking with me and looking through a few photos. Not only is Marissa extremely talented at styling, she is kind and thoughtful. You will feel like you are in good hands immediately!

I hired Daisy and her partner Paige to do our makeup for my wedding. As a person that doesn’t wear a lot of makeup or really have a clue about it, it was important in finding someone to really make me feel beautiful and not overdone. I could not have been more happy with the amazing job that Daisy did on my wedding day. She is so talented and knowledgeable, was on time and well prepared, she also is such a kind person and makes you feel so comfortable. I truly would recommend her to anyone!

I would highly recommend Marissa for bridal hair. She did my hair for my wedding (as well as one of my bridesmaid’s) and she couldn’t have done a more phenomenal job. Marissa really listened to the vision for what I had it my mind for my bridal hair-do. She excels with communicating to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied with their hair. Marissa is confident and efficient. She made sure everything was an enjoyable and relaxing experience!

Daisy and Shannon were so great to work with for my wedding day! They had such great communication with me throughout the entire planning process. They arrived on time and finished early, so we had plenty of time for pictures. Everything looked the exact same from my hair and makeup trial, so I loved the consistency. I couldn't have asked for a better duo! Book them RIGHT NOW if you haven't already!! They will be the most worry-free decision you will make with wedding planning.

I LOVE FOLIA! Not only will you go there and get a great hair cut/dye/style you go there for great conversation, and an amazing environment full of plants and life. I looked forward to visiting especially in the winter, it is a magical oasis. I see Nora, so does my husband and occasionally my toddlers. She always does an amazing job and chats through options or any changes I might want to make. She is an absolute ninja with 2 little boys who do make it easy to cut their hair. Overall I would just go here to hang out if it was an option because the space is so amazing. Their plants also always lure me in, and now they even have plant care info that is easily accessible. Thank you for this amazing space!

I was referred to Marissa by a friend (who's hair is always amazing), and I can't say enough good things about her! She took time up front to really understand what I wanted (and what I didn't want) before beginning. She was super thorough and really pays attention to detail. What I loved most is that when I left she made sure to tell me that if there was something that seemed out of place or that wasn't quite right as I was getting used to my hair, I should reach out and come in for a tweak. For a people pleaser like me, that permission was so nice to have! On top of this, the salon is great and as a really awesome vibe. Highly recommend!

I used Dani, Nora, and Addie to do my wedding party and I hair for my wedding day! They were on time, patient, and did a beautiful job on us ladies. Their talent is more than words describe. Daisy also did all our make up and did a wonderful job. As a person that is uncomfortable in her skin at times, they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I would recommend their services!

These ladies came and conquered for my big day! I was so pleased with my updo and makeup! Shannon and Daisy made me feel like a damn queen! All the girls in my wedding party we’re pleased as can be and they looked amazing! Even my mother in law loved her hair (and she’s hard to please). When I tell you my hair and makeup looked the same hours before the wedding and at the very end of the night I mean it! They obviously use quality product! Did I mention Shannon scheduled me in the day before for a blow out so I looked good for my rehearsal dinner too? She also understands different types of hair and texture and knew this would help my next day hairstyle hold! Daisys makeup skills are on point and she’s as sweet as can be! I legit looked famous and I appreciate her so much for respecting my natural request but also making me look glam! I was so pleased that I even booked a Haircut with Shannon for my honeymoon and I’m still in love with it! I’ll be going back soon for another trim! The environment is amazing in there and the ladies are all gems! Highly recommend!

Had to leave a review because I am just so happy with my hair. I came over from another salon with Gianna (who rocks) and she was booked out so she sent me to see Sara. First off this place is such a cool vibe inside with all their plants. You can buy them too! Feels very spa like. The atmosphere is so refreshing and the girls are very uplifting. You can tell they all love what they do and doing it together. They carry super nice products and really care about the health of your hair since stress has definitely taken a toll this past year! Thank you for making my hair pretty again!!

Shannon went above and beyond what I was expecting for my first time visiting! She was honest with my hair goals and what we could do with the time given. She did everything I wanted plus some. I finally found my new hair lady in Milwaukee after searching for two years. I’m so excited to come back, and maybe I’ll even buy some plants too.

Finding a good hair stylist is like trying to find a good doctor. Wherever they transfer, you want to make sure you go too. My sister and I have been clients of Nora for a few years now and have not a thing to complain about. She is personable, professional and oh so talented! Nora's qualities as a stylist has never disappointed. I would recommend others give this place a try if you're tired of looking for "the" stylist.

I have been looking for a place to get my haircut in Milwaukee for 4 years! I have wavy fine but dense hair (trying some curly girl method since covid). Used to wear it straight but trying to get my curl/wave back. I moved here from the South & have wanted a bigger hair cut change for about a year now. I went to some other places over the 4 years in town & I just got blah haircuts with no change even when asked (not awful but not great). I am sooooo happy to have found Addie Suhaysik!!! I was able to show her some ideas of what I was looking for and BAM !! Probably the best haircut I have had in years (well 4+ for sure). Totally recommend her if you have a wave and are looking for someone to help you out or do something different! This place is so cute too! Overall a huge win! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

My stylist, Tyler, just started at Folia in January. Beautiful building. Maybe historic? Lots of stylists. Tyler moved from Salon Thor where he worked for 10 years. I like the wash and cut that he gives me so I wanted to follow him. Walker's Point vibe.
