Erin is incredible! I started going to Erin for waxing when she was recommended to me by my hair stylist. As a plus size woman, I was looking for someone that I could feel comfortable with and I was very nervous about it. Erin made me feel so unbelievably comfortable from the very first second I met her. I would never go to anyone other than Erin for a wax. Then I decided to try lashes and I fell IN LOVE with them! I see Erin about every two weeks for fills and they’re always one of the highlights of my week. She’s always professional, on time, listens to what you want and delivers beautiful results! No matter what service you try at Flutter, I know you won’t be disappointed.

I came to Erin after a low key traumatic experience of cutting my lashes off with a lash curler....three months before my wedding. Erin absolutely saved the day: she was able to get beautiful, long lasting extensions on my ruined lashes that helped them grow back strong and healthy. Erin set up a timeline and plan to make sure my lashes were wedding ready, and helped me transition back to my natural lashes easily. Erin is knowledgeable and constantly educating herself even more about her craft. She is incredible at what she does, but beyond that, she is incredible at connecting with people. I looked forward to every time of my 2+ hour sessions (especially the one the day before my wedding, which is really saying something considering how stressful that time period is) with Erin because it meant a chance to catch up and talk, vent about life, and encourage one another. She is the best at what she does, and cares deeply about her work and clients. I cannot recommend her enough.

I used to always use strip lashes, when I started to see eye lash extensions come to light I started to follow a bunch of estheticians. I liked most of their work but Erin stood out, her lash work was AMAZING! It was exactly what I had wanted! Erin and I had gone to the same Beaty school so I felt very confident she would be able to understand what I want. Once I got to Flutter, I was just in awe, Flutter is the cutest extremely clean spot. Which helps making my appointments something I highly look forward to every two weeks. Erin and I have great conversations, so not only do I have a great time chatting my services do not fall short of anything less than amazing! Since starting to go to Erin she does my lashes and my brows! I highly recommend her she listens, she’s great at giving advice and she’s extremely talented. You won’t be disappointed!

erin is literally the most warm and friendly goddess there is. her laugh is contagious, as is her kind spirit and open mind. i’ve never met someone that makes an hour fly by so fast. i feel like we could talk all day, and it would only feel like 20 minutes. her work is incredible and i trust her with my life.

First time I’ve ever had eyelash extensions so I was pretty nervous. My natural lashes are pretty scarce so I wasn’t sure there was anything that could be done...Erin did such an amazing job and put me at ease! My lashes look AH-MAZING every time! Erin is absolutely talented and knows her stuff!!!

I couldn't be happier with my eyelash extensions! Not only do I feel polished while skipping mascara and eyeliner, I get compliments on my lashes daily. The glue she uses doesn't have a harsh smell like others I have used in the past but it also holds onto my lashes much longer. Her new space is beautiful, bright, comfortable and inviting. She is such a warm and caring person with exceptional customer service. I cannot wait for my next appointment with her.
