Had such an amazing experience at Azana! I received the best massage I have ever had from Mary! She took her time to get to know me and target all the right areas! Some areas I didn’t even know were sore! I will absolutely be returning and I suggest you take the time to come here as well! Even if you choose a different service, the facility is beautiful, professional, and focused on your comfort! 5 stars!

I always love going to Azana for relaxing services. They definitely provide a spa like feel and environment on the second level. There are men and women "locker" rooms to change in to a robe with other amenities including showers. I love getting there early and sitting in the relaxation room prior to my service. Ell did an awesome job with my facial last week. Very relaxing and my skin felt very refreshed!

I’ve been going to Azana for years and they have never disappointed me! I go for bimonthly massages and always leave so relaxed. Last week I had another prenatal massage, they have bolsters to help keep pregnant women comfortable and had essential oils added. Azana will always be my go to gift!

Azana is where to go if you want a relaxing spa day. I went for a massage and Rebekah worked wonders on my back. I was so relaxed and left feeling a weight off my shoulders. Tays dermaplaning was amazing, my skin was so incredibly soft afterwards. Lidija provided me with a facial that also was relaxing and I left glowing! Then I finished my day with a pedicure and manicure. Celina left my toes looking amazing and same for my fingernails. This was to get ready for my wedding and my nails were a main feature with how BEAUTIFUL they turned out! Tay organized our bridal party so that we all got to hangout while getting ready. No one felt rushed and we even had some wine! Tay thank you for coordinating!

I visited Azana for the first time last Friday and I received a massage from Mary and a Facial from Shelly. Right when I walked in I was greated with smiles, got checked in and was given a short tour since I had not been there before. You change in their woman's locker rooms, which is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. You put your stuff in a locker and are given a robe and sandals to wear. Then you go to the relaxation room where it's dark, warm and relaxing. The person doing your service comes to grab you and takes you to your room. I had Mary first for my massage, She was great and the massage was wonderful. Only semi negative thing I would say is that the room I was in for my massage was so cold. The bed was right by a window and its winter so I don't know if there is much that can be done. Maybe a heater in the room or a heating pad on the bed? But at times I couldn't fully enjoy the massage because I was so cold when my back and arms were uncovered. After my massage I had a Facial with Shelly. I'm SO glad my last service was the Facial, not only was the room warm and she had some heating pad or something on the bed but she was so knowledgeable and the Facial was Aahhhmazing as well as the scalp and arm massage. Shelly's hands were so soft and whatever she was putting on my face felt so good and smelled wonderful. I booked another Facial with her before I left, I will be back in January and I can't wait!

I have been going to Azana for quite awhile now (at least 6 years) and have always been fortunate to have Roxanne as my hairstylist . From the get-go, she was top notch and has and continues to go above and beyond especially for my picky blonde requests! In fact she specializes I was told in blonde hair so it was a win when I was able to get her as my stylist. Roxanne is always professional, but fun and down to earth. Having my hair done by her is truly an enjoyment. The owner of the salon I have also spoken to on other occasions and she is truly a breathe of fresh air and I can see just why the business is as successful as it is because of that . I have gotten my brows done from Tay as well and had other services (massages) too from other members. Overall, I would recommend Azana time and time again and any stylist there! Anyone that walks out of there always looks great! No doubt all of the stylists are great at their craft. Aside from all of that, the salon is always warm and inviting ! Two thumbs up and a sure five star in my book!

Sophie is my go-to hair stylist! I spent the greater part of two years trying several salons and hair cut establishments, but Azana has great atmosphere! The spiral staircase behind the front desk, and the pedicure stage is so beautiful. The spa upstairs is relaxing and inviting. There are showers and lots of toiletries in the locker room.

Very happy with Roxanne. I had left Azana for about a year. When I returned, I tried a new stylist. Roxanne also gives great advice for hair products. Almost two months ago, my stepfather passed away. Roxanne squeezed me in the day before the funeral. I was extremely grateful to her for that. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I came to Azana for a color correction and haircut following a pretty intense bleach disaster. My hair was in such terrible shape it seemed unsalvageable — it was incredibly fragile and very uneven. But Azana and Sophie came to the rescue! First, the receptionist I spoke with was very understanding, very knowledgeable, and was able to fit me in right away. But most importantly, Sophie did an AMAZING job fixing my hair! She exceeded all of my expectations and truly pulled off something akin to a miracle. I did not utilize their spa services and I'm not a usual person that goes to salons and spas. I went there for a haircut and Crystal did a great job layering my hair and giving me a side bang. Sorry not the greatest selfies. I'm also not a selfie taker. 😝 I would go there again to get a haircut as it's hard to find someone that can cut my hair to how I like it since it has a natural wave and does crazy things sometimes.

They made my situation right! I got a Brazilian and eye brow wax. My eye brows did not turn out good at all BUT they fixed them for free and are giving an eye brow service for free to make it right! Ali has been cutting, coloring, and reviving my hair for the past few years. She is amazing! After years of leaving salons in tears because I didn't like the results, I turned to my tried and true box color - totally killing my hair. Ali has helped me bring its health back, growing more than ever. I always trust her instincts and let her do what she thinks would be best and I am ALWAYS pleased. We've done fun, bright colors, new cuts, bangs, and of course my classic look. On top of the quality and consistency of her work, SHE'S FAST! My aesthetician, Reece, was highly professional, made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I very much enjoyed my lash treatment. I will be back for more services with her and have received LOTS of compliments on her lash treatment. She made my visit to Azana wonderful. I would have rated my entire experience a 5, but the check in ladies were not nice at all. I was told to "go up stairs" for my service. Since it was my first time to the salon, I didn't know what that meant. When I told this to the woman, she pointed to the stairs and that's all. I wouldn't have thought much of it except I observed everyone after me getting a tour of the spa. Not sure what this was all about, but a reminder of how to treat customers would be good learning experience for them.

I always went there for my haircuts. Always was very happy with the service. I just received an email about policy changes. Changes on how you book an appointment, now they require a credit card just to book an appointment. They will charge you if your late by 15 minutes or if you are a no show. Or if you don’t cancel within 24 hours. I have never been late or missed my appointment but I do feel offended by this. I most likely will go somewhere else.

Andrea gave me a shellac manicure and my nails looked horrible coming in and beautiful leaving because of her! She took the time to get rid of all the cuticles and nasty peeling, really making me feel special. It may be 'just her job' but to me this was a wonderful 45 minutes of relaxation, pampering, and to get out of my head for a short time during the day. She also recommended a color that I wouldn't have gravitated to normally but I LOVE IT!! I will DEFINITELY be going back to Andrea! Thank you!!

I visited May 5, 2021 brining my mother for pedicures for a Mother’s Day gift. We enjoyed the professionalism, cleanliness and enjoyable atmosphere. My mother enjoyed a wine with her service. This was delicious per her report. We left with painted nails and relaxed legs/feet. I will be going back when I can. Sara was excellent For pedicures and I recommend Rebecca for massages.

I have been coming for some time now and have my favorite people! I only wish they would make the robes nicer (like the white one in display) and I got a dip manicure about 2 weeks ago thinking it would last a solid 3ish weeks. After 4-5 days the dip was coming off near the nail beds and by day 7 one nail was completely free of any dip. Heartbreaking especially for paying so much for it. I hardly did anything for them to be coming off.

To say Rebekah is amazing is an understatement! I have seen her a few times now for deep tissue, and I can't help but schedule the next appointment after every experience. Rebekah tends to your specific needs and is soft spoken. I often have a hard time relaxing in my daily life and today during my massage (deep tissue-90 minutes) I felt more relaxed than ever, I think I may have fallen asleep at one point. I work a physically demanding job which puts an excessive amount of strain on my back, but these monthly visits to Azana Spa to see Rebekah, have changed my life! I look forward to my appointments and brag about her every chance I get! Looking forward to my future appointment! I firmly believe in you get what you pay for and with Azana Spa you will not be disappointed.

I’ve gone to Azana several times since it has opened and have always had a fine experience. This time was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and each service was exactly what I wanted. Customized to my needs. I like to be social but also want to enjoy the physical nirvana. Each person got it. Friendly but silent for the most part. I feel wonderful!

The day before my deep tissue massage I put on a 20lb weighted vest and did 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats. By the time I arrived for a massage, my muscles were sore! Lisa gave me a deep tissue message for one hour (during which I fell asleep twice, snoring and all) and I left Azana feeling great. I especially appreciate the locker room and hospitality, thats not too common at your chain style parlors. I'm training for the triathlon season and will certainly be returning.

I've been to Azana twice now: once for a hair color and cut and then for a haircut. I was not too pleased with how my hair color turned out, it was not what I expected/wanted. The same goes for the haircut, I was anticipating it being a bit more accurate. Overall, still a good salon but I do not think I will return.

I visited Azana for the first time today for a manicure and pedicure. The convenient location and ease of parking made the beginning of my visit stress free. When I entered the spa, I was quickly greeted and checked in by a friendly staff member. I waited for about a minute and was taken back quickly to begin my service. I was offered multiple types of drinks and accepted a water which was given to me in a Styrofoam cup. I'd noticed the coffee was served in reusable coffee cups, so I was taken back a bit by the Styrofoam...honestly, I expected a glass cup. Other than that, the service was quick, efficient, and a quality job. I would recommend Azana, but would suggest that management consider investing in glass or nice plastic cups (or even paper cups). This would maintain the top quality look and feel of the spa. Overall, nice and relaxing atmosphere where I felt pampered.

One of the best haircuts I've ever had, even if it's about 2 inches shorter than I would have liked. Krystal was very sweet, and fast. The salon faces a backdrop of trees lining the ample parking area behind the building. My friend raved about the massage he received in the upper level spa. With its friendly, subdued atmosphere, and reasonable pricing, this one's a keeper.

My girlfriend and I visited Azana this past Saturday for our very first full spa day. We purchased the Tranquility pkg which consisted of a massage, a facial then the salt glow body scrub followed by a spa lunch. After lunch we had our manicure, pedicure, hair wash and style and full makeup application. The day was nothing but pure perfection! Not only is the building beautiful but all the ladies we dealt with were 100% upbeat and friendly and absolute pure professionals on top of it. They absolutely with out a douby made us feel like queens for a day! Whether you visit for one service or one of their great spa packages I guarantee you will not regret it. We are already planning our return trip and can not wait! Thank you Azana and all of the wonderful ladies who made our day so special.

I had high hopes with Asana Spa for my bridal party last October and now it is one of the few regrets I have about my special day. I had hair and makeup for myself and 4 bridesmaids done and every one of us agrees that we were not impressed with the results. While there was nothing wrong with the customer service side of things, we all were underwhelmed with how our hair and makeup turned out. We all had pictures of what we were looking for, and ended up with very different looks than we had wanted. Especially as the bride, I felt like I could've been given a more experienced stylist for both hair and makeup because the end results I could have easily done myself. While we were booked well in advance, I felt like our time there was rushed and the stylists could not take the time with each of us to give us what we had wanted, even though we all had simple requests. I choose Asana because of their reputation and how close they were to our venue, but wish we had gone with another salon for needs of the day.

She is very helpful in offering up product and services to best suit me and my difficult to manage hair. I enjoy my time spent with her as well as with Reese for personal care services. The beautiful relaxed atmosphere is also a bonus.

Love this place! I've been coming here for the last 4-5 years for facials/various skin treatments/waxing services. SJ and Elizabeth are my go-to aestheticians I've been seeing the last few years--they're the best! The entire staff is super friendly and it's very easy to schedule your appointments online. Some of their services may be a little pricey, but they often run seasonal or holiday customer appreciation promotions where you can purchase gift cards and get an added $20-25 for every $100 you spend (which is obviously nice for frequent flyers like me who like to stock up on this deal).

I went in to have gel removed and a manicure. I was concerned about the removal process because of having a bad experience in the past elsewhere where they scraped the gel off and ended up causing my nails to peal horribly. My manicurist, Debra was diligent in carefully removing the product and followed with a fabulous manicure using vynlux. Would definitely return

My service provider was very nice and capable. However the actual pedicure set up was bizarre and awkward. They don't have foot spas. Instead you climb steps to put your feet in sinks. No massage jets.

Not only did Azana work to personalize & offer package deals for our group, they reserved an area for us with couches and tables/counters to arrange a spread of mimosa & bakery items that we brought in for the party. They were so organized and prepared to serve us--I was THRILLED! The hardest and most nerve-racking part of hosting a party are the things you can't control, like service by businesses. Love their tipping system and the fact they have an atm inside is a huge help. Not crazy about their website and bookings but everything else is a 10/10 in my book.
