I thought I'd give this place a try, considering reviews as well as the location being close to me at walking distance. Jeanne was the one that cut my hair, and from what I understand is the main hairdresser. Great service, and she definitely knows what she is doing. I was very happy with my haircut. She was very attentive and made sure I was happy with it before I left. There was no fuss when I asked for extra layers in the back, and I have had hairdressers seem annoyed when I ask them to change something after they think they're done. Ardmore also has tanning beds and they actually have A LOT of products. Ranging from any brand of shampoo and conditioner you can think of, to general needs like tampons and hygienic products, to Yankee Candles! I would rather shop there for some of these things instead of going to Walgreens! The Walgreens by Marquette University is so expensive! So if you're going to school or living in that area, I'd go there! Very reasonably priced as well! Before and after photos as well so you can see the difference in my hair. I'll definitely return.

Owner and I have been a long time friend. She was a mentor to me. I believe her son and I. Go all the way back to the elementary school days. At Roosevelt elementary in wauwatosa. And not only wish her the best. I also wish a long time friend courage and praise. We were best friends at one time. Sharing living space on weekends. He had traveled with me. To my biological fathers home. Most of the time was not a friendly place to I. And I'm certain cause some alarm. As to what kind of person I would grow to be. I had such a great experience at this salon and would recommend it to anyone. My hair stylist was so personable and gave me great insight on the cut I wanted. My hair cut turned out exactly how I invisioned and she even gave me tips on how to style the new cut. Super fair price as well.I will be recommending this to all my friends!

It was amazing!! Haven't had my hair cut in about 3 years bc I'm always scared to go to some place new but the owner who cut my hair was great, made me feel comfortable, & held a nice conversation with my mother & I!! Also very friendly & fast. She knew exactly what she was doing & she did an amazing job!! I'm extremely satisfied & will return!! 😁

The price is very reasonable, and the stylist is nice. However, she tore my skin while waxing my eyebrows and my haircut is completely crooked. Plus, she adds the tip to the total bill, and did not tell me this until after I had run my card. She is much more interested in talking to her clients than actually cutting their hair, but the quality reflects the price. Not the worst salon, but definitely not the best.

I have recently tried the Ardmore Salon, and I had a great experience. I had my hair cut and my gel nail polish removed. I set up my appointment online, and received texts for confirmation of my appointment. This salon offers many services, haircuts, waxing, tanning, and nails. The rates seem very reasonable. All in all, I started my appointment on time and it ended during the estimated appointment time frame. The next time I need a haircut, I will be going here.

I got a very nice hair cut she did. I strongly recommend people to Ardmore salon. She is very good at treating customers. I was looking my hair on glasses while I was walking to my home after haircut. That's a very good experience once we get a nice hair cut.

I enjoy using the tanning and nail services here. I feel both have reasonable/competitive prices. I am rough on nails, so I was impressed that my gel manicure lasted for 2 and a half weeks without chipping. Very patient, flexible with scheduling, and great overall service!

I love Ardmore! I have curly hair, so it's awesome that I have a hair salon so close by with a hair dresser that works with curly hair. Jeanne knows what she's doing and always does a great job. There's always been availability with appointments and the prices are fair and reasonable. Plus, the location is so convenient as a Marquette student.

Prices are unbeatable anywhere else. I have gone here numerous times and every time I have been pleased with the services they provide. They are very professional and make you feel like you are at home during the whole visit. Also, Ardmore provides a wide array of products like toothpaste, shampoo, and other products that allow for customers to save a trip to the grocery store or convenience store. I would recommend to anyone looking for low prices and quality services/products.
