I love this salon! Great atmosphere, and THE BEST stylists. Every time I get my hair done here I leave beyond impressed and ready to show off my hair!! Holly Cline has been cutting my hair since I was a little girl and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to get my hair done. I trust her and all of her stylists with my hair! Even if she is booked she always gets me in with someone else and everyone does a great job.

Cute salon next to LouVino! Carry Amika and Kevin Murphy products. Took my 8 year old for hair cut and style. Jasmine was sweet, attentive, and gentle! Will definitely be returning!

Been going to the salon... and now the spa. It's all about the wonderful staff and amazing natural products!! Holly does a great job on my hair and I love the spa services. The espresso body wrap is a real treat! Take the time to pamper yourself. Once you do it, you will realize you should be doing it every month! So relaxing!

Strands Spa is amazing!! I have had both a massage and a facial, and both services are incredible! Before each service, they allow you to get in a robe and relax, followed by a complimentary foot scrub. By the time you get your massage or facial, you are already relaxed so you can fully enjoy your service. At most places, you get taken to your room and your service begins in a few minutes, making it hard to relax until well into your service. At Strands Spa, they take time and care into making your entire experience and atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable. Additionally, all of these added features do NOT add to your total cost! I pay the same amount for services at Strands that I have spent at multiple spas around Louisville, and Strands certainly gives you the most for your money. Strands Spa is now the only place I will go for massage and facials!! Highly recommend!!

Ginna Sarmiento was very courteous and caring. Her shampoo was so relaxing and I was very happy with my trim and blow out. Definitely will be back to this nice salon!

Very clean and friendly atmosphere! Easy to find! Courtney made the visit very comfortable. I was done with the waxing in 15 mins. They also use a hard wax, which was less painful compare to the soft wax and strips. Courtney was informative about the waxing process and ease my mind by talking to me. Will refer friends and families to Strands Salon, Spa!

Holly just did my hair and my daughter's hair. I have been putting off getting my hair cut for months because we just moved here and I didn't trust anyone to do my hair. Holly did a fantastic job. So happy with the results. The salon is lovely and everyone is so friendly. Will definitely go back to Holly. Highly recommended.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband because let's be honest, I probably care more about his long hair than he does. It's pretty great. After trying out several different barbers, he visited Strands to see if they could manage his mane a bit better and they more than delivered. The salon itself is very nice and clean, and the staff is always very friendly. This Middletown salon is perfect for men, women, and kids. Can not recommend highly enough!

Fantastic customer service! They can handle anything from my simple but tight cut to my wife’s cut and color. I went alone for a long time until my wife switched from her larger salon to Strands. Can’t wait to treat the family and myself to the spa.

She has built a place that is as much her clients as it is her own, a warm and inviting spot on quaint historic Main Street in the heart of Middletown.
