Hairclub of Louisville is overall a very welcoming place. From the time you walk in for a consultation to the time your treatment is over, you Are treated with the upmost respect and made to feel apart. Everyone that works here are by far professional and friendly. I enjoyed my experience with the hair club of Louisville and would encourage anyone seeking hair regrowth treatment.

Everyone is so nice displaying great attitudes!!! It is very rare today to receive such good customer service. Lorry is absolutely terrific!! She has a great personality, genuinely cares about her clients and is incredibly talented! Hair Club should do everything to keep her happy because you have a real gem of an employee and an exceptional colleague!!! I have been a client for awhile and feel like I have a very good friend as well!

I was really nervous checking this place because you never know who tries to take advantage of you nowadays. Not only was Hair club incredibly welcoming and kind but was very patient and informative about my needs and what I wanted to do. They never were pushy or trying to get me to just "sign up." As for the stylist Richard, I couldn't have asked for better talent or personality. He really makes you want to get into your next appointment as soon as you can. This place has been life changing for what it's done for me and they people here who care. EDIT: Even three months later with this company has been amazing. Anytime you are unsure of your hair they are always willing to bring you back in and make sure you leave confident and looking the best you can. I've already had three different hairstyles with them and have been nothing but admired from the public. Thank you again hair club for everything. In the future I hope to work closer with this company and even get the chance to model for them. Much love, Chaz.

Every single person I’ve ever spoken to has provided nothing but exceptional customer service. During this pandemic, especially as a new client, I was very concerned I would be left in the dark to fend for myself—but this has not been the case. The manager Kristen, and Stylist Richard have kept in contact and ensured every single need I have is satisfied with flying colors. Richard kindly sat on a Skype video call for 1 hr and 45 mins very patiently teaching us how to apply and cut my new hair from home. We could not have done it without him. Hair Club gives “you get what you pay for” a whole new meaning—it’s obscene and borderline predatory. I payed $3500 for the first 6 months of service which includes 3 sets of hair. After the 6 month introductory period I’ll be charged $350-$600/mo for continued service. So don’t forget to bring your wallet 😅

Honestly, if I were to write everything that was incredible about this place then I’d be here a very long time. So I’ll try and round it up. The staff are amazingly friendly (Brittney in particular) and you feel welcomed instantly. I almost didn’t attend my appointment because going bald is something that has bothered me for years and I wrongly assumed I’d be judged. But I’m so glad I followed through with my appointment and never looked back! After meeting with several companies that offered similar services I knew that Hair Club was the one! There really isn’t anything out there that they can’t help with when it comes to hair loss. Every single person that can walk through that door has the potential to walk back out with a huge smile. The only thing that could get in the way is yourself so don’t let that happen. I promise you won’t regret it! The whole process from beginning to end is so pleasant and relaxed, they take so much into consideration that wouldn’t even cross your mind but ultimately makes all the difference! Anyway, I could big this place up all day but I’ll let others discover it all for themselves. Best thing I ever did!
