Love, love, love my daughter’s hair! Emo did an amazing job. Very neat work and quick. My daughter loves her hair too. She said it looks just as tight as when I braid her hair, “but it didn’t hurt,” lol. We will definitely be back. Fatou has a comfortable & nice shop… great job.

I took my daughter to Hair city to get box braids and it was one of the best decisions I made! Everyone was super nice and so helpful! We loved the box braids! This will be our new salon! Would highly recommend their salon to anyone! 10 out of 10!

Pretty satisfied with my hair service, but I did not like how my hair was handled when she was combing it out I felt that she was too rough. Also I was told that my hair would cost $30 but when my hair was finished she charged me $50 for two braids and I didn’t add any hair. She also told me that if i wanted to add hair it would be 50, I did not add any hair all I got was a wash and two braids on my real hair.

Great first experience! Very accommodating as availability came open before my appointment I was given the opportunity to schedule a day early. I was in and out in 3hrs with medium knotless braids.

Me and my daughter have been going to this salon and Fatou for about 4 years. She's become like family. She's professional and I am always satisfied with her services. Her and her braiders are some of the best in the city. They are quick and their work is always neatly done. Fatou also specializes in natural haircare and she helped me transition. She's my go to person for me and my daughter's hair. We love her!

I will not go to anyone in the city except for Hair City Salon. I have been a client of Fatou's for years and she is always punctual, warm, inviting, and engaging and best of all she does AMAZING work!!

I started getting my hair washed/cleaned and braided by fatou for more than 2 years. I will not go to any other shop. Not only does Fatou and her crew of ladies braid your hair but they also wash and take care Of my natural hair before hand. I always know when I call her she can fit me in that next morning or whenever I want last minute or not. I never ask for a certain person to take care of me bc I know whoever does my hair in that salon has been approved by Fatou. Highly recommended!
