Atomic house of hair is such a welcoming and fun environment. This salon is extremely good at communicating with their clients when it comes to appointments and scheduling. I had my hair cut by Jenn and she is so talented! Jenn gave me exactly the style I wanted but fit to my face and hair type. I feel fresh! I can’t wait to get my hair cut again and try out new styles. Im so glad I found this place. Thanks again!

Caylin is fantastic. I am always looking for someone I can actually trust my curly hair to, so it was such a relief to find her. She listened to what I had to say and took her time and paid attention to details to give me exactly what I wanted. I never really like what my hair looks like after I walk out of a salon--I always have to go home and wash and style it myself to even figure out if I like the cut, so I often don't know whether I like the cut till the next day. But my hair looked fantastic walking out of the salon. I'm very happy with the cut.

The salon itself is super cute. I was told to text or call once I got there and they'd let me know when it was time to come in. I got there 5 minutes before my appt time. I called and texted a few times and got no response. So, I walked in and waited a few minutes at the desk that was unattended. I had to say, "Hello?" to make them aware that I was there. Somebody finally came around and told me that my stylist was running about 10 minutes behind. Then it turned into 20 minutes. The hair cut I was given seemed mediocre and rushed probably because her next guest was already waiting. I won't out the stylist because we all have our "off" days but I won't be back.

I had such a great time with Amber at the Germantown location!! She was super kind and talked through what I was looking for, asked for inspo pictures and we made a plan together. It was my first time at this studio and could not have asked for a better experience! I love my new hair, it's exactly what I was looking for.

This place is fantastic! I had my hair cut my Caylin, and since my hair is fine but curly it's usually hard to cut, but she did an incredible job!! I had my hair cut dry per request, which was so nice of her to honor, but after she finished cutting my hair, she recurled it according to my curl pattern BY HAND! That's right, no heat! I looked AMAZING. The products they use are also great. Plus, their COVID precautions were very strict, so I felt safe and so did they. And they have great hours!

They are helping me build a better relationship with my hair and really know what they're doing. Lilly was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone when booking my upcoming appointment. Very happy with my experience with Jenn! I needed my bob shortened and a bang trim, and she was very thorough with making sure it was tidy and even, explained the products she used, and made sure I knew how to use them. I don't normally schedule my next appointment day-of, but this time I did!

I love this place! Finding a new salon after a move is never fun, but I am so lucky that Atomic House of Hair was recommended to me. Brian is a fantastic colorist/stylist AND a great person who I love chatting with the whole appointment. I've heard great things about the other stylists, so it seems like it'd be hard to go wrong here. Everyone is so friendly, and they really are experts!

Very friendly and a great cut. Kathy and I both got our hair cut at the same time. The place is very clean and that take every precaution to make sure it's COVID safe. Will definitely be our regular stop from now on.

Nothing can describe the skill and artistry I experienced from Amber and Brittney other than black magic. My noggin was graced by Glinda the Good Witch of hair. If you haven’t booked your appointment yet, this is your sign you should.

I've been to a few salons in the Highlands over the past several years. Thankfully, I finally landed at this fine establishment. Jessie has really helped me find a good style, and has helped me to learn how to manage my, sometimes annoying, curly hair. I love the hospitality (always offered a cup of coffee) and the ambiance (good music, great art, fun conversations and usually a cute puppy to pet). While there are other good salons around town Atomic has earned my loyalty and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Atomic House of Hair is outstanding! I've been getting my hair cut by Jessie for almost two years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Jessie "gets it." She listens to you. She listens to your hair. It's top notch experience and care here. My partner has been getting her cut by Amber for the same amount of time and her hair looks and feels great after every visit. Melissa will greet you with her smiling cheer at the front desk or on the phone. It always feels like a slice of home walking into the salon. The hair products are exceptional. It's hip, it's chill, it's clean, it's friendly and there's coffee :).

Omg best experience ever. It is queer friendly. I came in told Amber that through covid I did some self discovery and am Non-bianary and so wanted to have something that could reflect that. Haircut was great and had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. They look amazing! And best part, they asked me about my pronouns and corrected someone about them. I've found my home.
