Leslie was professional, quick and a good conversation. However, she left patches of hair on my backside that I asked to be taken care of during my wax (if their was an up charge it wasn’t mentioned and would have been fine). So I’ll have to take care of those myself. Otherwise a positive experience.

Let me share with you my AMAZING EXPERIENCES! I had a eyebrow treatment and a facial. Takiyah took time before the services to ask me detailed questions, she inquired as to what I wanted/preferred. I'm very picky about my eyebrows, when I saw my finished eyebrows I was stunned they are PERFECT!!! They are looking better than they've ever looked! It gets better, next up was my facial and I literally feel asleep during my facial. Yes, it was that relaxing and soothing. My skin is GLOWING. The products she used, her technique and the ambience of the spa are TOP NOTCH I won't go anywhere else for my face, body and waxing needs. Valentina was amazing! She made me feel extremely comfortable and talked me through the process of the services. I would definitely recommend using her again. The receptionist was also very friendly and personable. Their credit card machine wasn't connecting when I was in. She was flexible and allowed me to grab cash and come back to provide payment. As always I'm pleased with the friendly faces and family treatment during my appointment. I was there as a model for a trainee and she was very kind and professional. It had been a while since my last appointment and the pain level was pretty high. She took good care of me and Karla gave great advise to her as she was performing the procedure. Too high priced but the girls are nice! If you're looking to get your teeth whitened there just do not expect a drastic change in brighter and whiter teeth! It's not like going to the dentist where it's one service and you're done.. I have been 2x and still would like to go 1 more time to see if I get that brightness I really want.. fingers crossed 3rd times a charm.. and no my teeth were not crazy stained just the norm!

I have never had a bad experience at Wax Bar in the two years that I have been coming there but my appt yesterday with Madeline was fantastic! She is professional and friendly and, even after a break of 2+ months for the “quarantine” she got things cleaned up quickly and completely. I’ve seen Laya several times for different services. She’s is absolutely wonderful, very professional and always makes me feel comfortable. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for 20 years and she seriously does them better than anyone else ever has! I’ve seen a few other Waxperts here as well and I’ve always gotten the best service and care, especially when waxing more sensitive areas. The staff here is always friendly and the facility is very clean and well maintained. I’d highly recommend this place. No matter who takes care of you, you will be in good hands!

I've been here twice for a Brazilian and both times, the women who did my service were really cool and personable. I've noticed other wax places are more in to getting you in and out in 15 minutes, but I like that they take their time here, so that they don't miss hairs that may need plucked, post-wax. My favorite thing is that they have a TV overhead so you have something to focus on while your having your wax. It's no frills, but I like that the people here make you feel comfortable during the wax.

The arm/shoulder massage component was a nice perk, extended and well done compared to elsewhere, where it's more of a quick cursory rub. Left super relaxed and my skin looks great! The girl I spoke with on the phone was so nice and they were extremely accommodating giving me three options for appointment times including the time I requested. When I arrived at the salon I was greeted by a beautiful blonde named Tess and she told me she would be my waxpert! The salon itself it’s extremely clean, smells really nice, and they have TVs in the rooms! Tess was extremely professional and finished my Brazilian really fast! Karla is very knowledgeable when it comes to waxing and the aftercare. They provide you with a card with instructions. I wish I would have had that when I went the 1st time somewhere else. Theres a TV in the room playing a comedy movie and it made it less awkward and more comfortable.
