I came to get my hair done by Cindy! She is amazing at what she does. Cindy normally works with an assistant and I personally enjoy this as it ensures accuracy (plus your hair gets done faster)! I wanted extensions plus to get my hair a darker color as a trial for my wedding in February. Cindy/Brenda exceeded my expectations for these services. I love the color and since I never had extensions before- I didn’t know what to expect. They both made me feel super comfortable and I even asked if we could go a little darker in color- they did it no questions asked! Both of them did a great job and I will definitely be back for their service. Thank you Cindy❤️

I LOVE Nathalia!! She has skill and such a good vibe!! I booked one day before supper last minute but she contacted me the same day and went over my hair history and what I wanted very hands on I loved it !! She actually listed to what I wanted and also advised me with the best choices for my hair color and hair health. Her pricing was really reasonable really good price point for the quality work you get. She might be under charging if I had to be honest. The salon was beautiful you get the luxury feel of it. She really takes care of you making you feel rich boujee. The salon is beautiful the BUT THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY BAD ABOUT IT is one of the stylists had her kids there crying running around took from the whole luxury experience of coming in the salon to relax to here hear her kids I love kids but I take that time so me and that really takes from all of that. Please leave your kids at home not professional and ruins the experience for everyone. 10 out 10 recommend booking with the Columbia goddess Nathalia !!

Had my balayage done with Nathalia and absolutely loved the experience and the final product. She listened to what I wanted as far as color and how important keeping my hair healthy was so she stayed on top of the bleaching process making sure no one area became over-processed. She made sure to set aside sufficient time to be able to give her full attention to my hair, even texted the night before to get to understand my hair goals and what I currently had. I have really dark natural hair that she was able to beautifully transform. I feel like a whole new person! The salon was also great; clean and great atmosphere!

I literally came here all the way from Kentucky just for Harlequin’s color services. She is incredible. I had my hair done with her last year and she was amazing. I went to someone else back home on the east coast who was supposedly one of the best in the area, and it did not compare at all. She’s the best! So happy to come back, she did the highest quality work yet again. This place has the best!

I love the environment here, everyone is so friendly and sweet. You’re offered a beverage when you check in, and the waiting area is comfy and cute. Natalie P has cut my hair twice so far, she’s so sweet and knows what she’s doing. This is the first professional salon that I have been to, I picked whoever was available next and got matched up with Taylor M. She is incredible and so easy to talk to. She helped me fix up my botched haircut from great clips and got me feeling confident with a haircut and style! Would highly recommend this salon. Harlequin is the best! She did my highlights & was super attentive. She gave the BEST shampoo massage & was so sweet. She curled my hair exactly how I like & took cute pictures to help me show it off! Her station was so clean and she even sent me home with a few products to try, and new recommendations. It gets very busy here but obviously it’s because they’re good! I had my hair done twice already by Harley and everything was above my my expectations considering I have naturally very dark brown hair. I got a cut and balayage on my 6 month old grow out and she did amazing! Will be coming back and made her my go to hairstylist! Everyone is warm and welcoming also.

I’m new to the area and this was my first time at The Hair Standard. I just got a haircut but it didn’t feel like just a haircut. Natalie P was my stylist and she was AMAZING! While she was shampooing my hair I got a nice little scalp massage. Natalie totally took her time with my haircut and even gave me instruction on how to work with my new bangs. I haven’t colored my hair in a while (I’m going natural) but if I decided to start coloring my again I would feel very comfortable doing that at this salon. I’d tell anyone to go here for sure!!!

My work doesn't allow for making appts a couple months in advance. Ryann is so amazing its impossible to get an appointment with her. Made an appointment with Skylar and she worked miracles on my hair after it had been butchered at a different salon. Showed her pictures and she asked questions and went to work with some innovative ways to make my hair look amazing. Everyone at Hair Standard is amazing and friendly, best salon in the valley by far!

Went to 3 stars because I left a bad review of the worst experience I’ve ever had with my hair and no one reached out to say anything. Harley did an amazing job though I’d give her 10 stars. She did a beautiful warm brown color on my roots and caramel face framing to freshen up my color! Great hair cut too which is hard to get with super thick hair.

Going to Hair standard and getting a cut is always one of the best parts of my month. My only complaint has to do with the website and booking. I'm never able to select a Men's cut and always have to pick a different cut if I even want to be seen. Or I have to set up in person. The service I receive and the location itself are great, but this has always kept my experience from hitting the next level I know it could.

Laken is absolutely awesome! So personable and poor lady always gets an arm workout every time she deals with my hair. I was so nervous getting as much taken off as I did but she had a plan and gradually walked me through each step. Best haircut I’ve had in years! My stylist, Nathalia, was a bit late due to perfecting the prior client’s haircut but she was really sweet and apologetic and took her time when working on my hair. She actually cut my hair the way I asked for. The receptionist was also really sweet.

UPDATE: Cindy has been my hair wizard for awhile now and she’s always done an impeccable job with my hair. This last visit I came in to refresh my balayage. Unfortunately, I used some purple shampoo that turned parts of my hair green but Cindy was able to correct it. Thank goodness! My hair is a prefect ashy blonde. She is now at their new location on Sahara and Fort Apache. Highly recommend Cindy! 1ST REVIEW: I’ve been to the hair standard twice to see Cindy to get color done. The salon is very open and beautifully decorated with high ceilings and modern architecture. Cindy is a amazing! She is attentive with the bleaching process which I appreciate since I have a ton of hair. This last process she transformed my hair into a ashy brown to grey/silvery ombre. I love it sooo much. Highly recommend booking with her.

Nathalia is amazing! The last hair stylist(in another state) butchered the color of my hair and I wasn't sure if we could fix it the way I wanted because there was red in my hair. From the moment I booked my appointment, Nathalia was very communicative. She made sure she understood what I wanted and communicated how we were going to get there. To be honest I wasn't sure it was going to look as amazing as it came out. By far the best hairstylist I have ever had. She educated me on the product that she was using and what not to use. Bailey & Blythe are truly talented and I am so grateful that my daughter and I found them! -My Daughter had never had her hair colored before and these awesome ladies took amazing care of her! She was so excited about her new hair and they made it an experience to remember. They were able to pull what my Daughter wanted and what her Momma was willing to allow together and her hair came out stunning. -Another stylist had been doing my hair and she was not able to match my roots properly and my grey never seemed to be completely covered. I reached out to Bailey & Blythe and they booked me shortly after. They were so awesome about fixing the issues I was having and I was beyond excited with the results. They are true artists and have mastered their craft. -I had Covid in December and fast forward to this Month, my hair is shedding pretty bad and it is thinning at a rate that has me pretty upset. I contacted the girls and they got me in the next day. They helped me cover some of the damage that the shedding is causing, gave me some extremely helpful tips on taking care of my hair going forward. Most importantly they were so extremely kind to me today. I was a pretty pitiful mess going in to the Salon. I was greeted by them both and they showed true compassion for my situation. Talked me through the emotions and gave me hope and made sure I knew what they were doing every step of the way through the process. First and foremost as Stylist, they are the creme de la creme! You can not go wrong when you book with them. As human beings, the kindness they showed me today was above and beyond and we need more people like that in this World! I will forever be appreciative!!

This is my 2nd time at this hair salon and I was impressed my first time but this time, my experience was amazing! I made an appointment with Nathalia (which was so easy to do since you can book online) and before my appointment I already knew that the customer service I was going to receive was going to be great. She texted me the day before asking if there was a specific style (cut) or color I’d wanted and to share pics of any ideas I had. I did and she definitely delivered! Natalie was great. I didn't have any real idea of what I wanted when I went in. I was all over the place in terms of color ideas, but I did want something close to my natural root color, that required less maintenance and upkeep, but not too dark. She suggested a color and at first I was nervous (because who wouldn't be changing your hair completely from what you're used to. I had blonde highlights and reddish lowlights) but the formula was perfect. She also cut some really cute soft side fringe/bangs and gave me some dimension to the front of my hair. I really like it and have received so many compliments. It really makes me look younger and less washed out. I am so glad I ended up in Natalie's chair. You'll love her work and she's so nice and friendly.

Bailey & Blythe are simply the best. It's hard to find good stylists in Vegas without paying huge prices ... And I've found two! Bailey & Blythe are great and talented, I always come away feeling like a new person with amazing hair. They are super friendly and the conversation is always easy, never awkward, which is a bonus to me. Oh and since they both work on you, the whole process from shampoo to blow dry took about 35 minutes which is lightning quick in my opinion. The Hair Standard itself is very clean, all the stylists are wearing masks and social distancing is in place so I feel safe when I'm there. They use bumble & bumble products which smell fantastic and there's not a huge push to upsell product which I appreciate. I highly recommend the salon, but especially Bailey & Blythe.

Just moved moved to Las Vegas from Southern California and with the COVID-19 restrictions over there getting haircuts was either illegal or on the DL with the exception of a small 3 week window months ago. Usually I'd try to find exactly the right place for me moving to a new location, but it had been almost 9 months since my last cut and I couldn't take it any longer. I happen to live really close to The Hair Standard so I made sure the reviews for them didn't suck and booked an appointment. Honestly, it was the best first-time experience at a new salon I have ever had. The receptionist was warm and kind, really patient and understanding. The pricing is what you'd expect to pay going to a place like that too. What stood out to me about the establishment itself was it's cleanliness and it was kept tidy. There was more of a business vibe than a superficial stereotypical salon vibe (maybe it's a CA thing?) where they seemed to be more focused on their clients than each other. My stylist, Bekah, was great. Usually these sorts of appointments can be off for me. I just don't feel like I fit in with the establishment or it's awkward trying to make conversation with a stranger with so much noise...but she really put me at ease and time went by quick. She was thorough and explained everything she was going to do beforehand. She did a perfect job figuring out what I was looking for, especially considering I probably didn't communicate what I wanted very well. My cut turned out better than I hoped it would and I'm really grateful to have found this salon and stylist so easily and so close to home. Looking forward to returning.

Update. I never got my money back from the first stylist. Update: I was called from the owner and told that they would be asking the stylist for my money back and would like to have me get my hair fixed by someone else there on their dime. I have had my first of 3 appointments to fix my hair and I can honestly say I am happy. The owner was very sorry all that happened and Tayler, my new stylist made sure she took care of me. I did not feel judged at all either! I went to the salon and asked for highlights and low lights and showed two pictures of what I wanted. Kristen said that she can do it for me. End result it was way too dark and wet I showed her and asked for and the highlight and lowlight pieces were skinnier than the chunky I requested. I contacted the company the next day and told them what happened and said that I wanted my hair to sit for a week before I did anything new to it so it can stay healthy. They said that was OK and that they would fix it and gave me new hairstylist numbers at the same place. I went in and talk to the new hairstylist and the manager and they said that if I wanted to not have to pay again I would need to see the original hairstylist. So I contacted the original hairstylist and you can see in the photos below of what she said to me. So I wasted my money and got hair color that I did not want and very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this place. I have PTSD and anxiety from the war that complicates me from telling people that I don’t like some thing. I don’t like conflict. And this is what I get out of it.

I showed Jade a few pictures and she gave me her honest opinion then helped me choose what hair color/style would fit me. If you want a hair stylist that’s attentive to detail, Jade is your person.
