This shop is definitely a vibe. Great energy, comfortable clean environment, and I’ve never had to wait over my appointment time due to stylist over booking. The stylist are great at what they do, and very professional. All of the hair styling products that they use are made naturally in-house by the owner Bobbie, and they are also available for purchase. EL does my locs, and Jannine does my sons Locs.

The welcoming energy was felt at the door! I've never been to a shop that has you fill out a questionnaire that helps them kind of get a better understanding of who you are before you even sit in a chair, that was pretty dope to me! The staff was polite & the services performed were great, when I say the lady that washed my hair washed my hair so good 🔥 & the finished product (my hair) turned out fantastic! Their products smell really good and they have different options for you to choose from as far as the scents go. Also whatever you do don't forget about the ALL BLACK bookstore next door it'll blow you away and you may not want to leave for a little while... Lol now go book with them before they're all booked up!!!

This place is a staple in Las Vegas for the black community. It's not too many places like this in Vegas that gives you the diverse natural African-American vibes. These women are very professional from the time you contact them until the end of your appointment. If you schedule an appointment they are ready for you at that time. Fairly priced considering all of their product is completely natural. They also host great music and poetry events at this location in the Art District of downtown Las Vegas. If you come to visit Las Vegas or if you're a local I recommend you go here if you want your hair naturally twisted or if you're looking for natural products. Shout out to Bobby the owner she's such a great spirit!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I waited about 15 minutes before anybody noticed I was here. However Bobbie did a great job on my wash and deep conditioning! She scratched and massaged my scalp to make sure it was clean. She knows how to handle natural hair!

If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would! Bobby worked a miracle and 4 days later I already have new growth. Her hair oil and hair moisturizer smells amazing. The salon was very clean and had a relaxed friendly vibe. I can't wait for my next appointment because the shampoo and conditioner left my scalp feeling cool and tingly it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep under the dryer. I'll definitely be back again and again. Making an appointment was easy to do via text, and I felt very welcome when I arrived. All of the advice about keeping up with my hair was extremely valuable (and I'll definitely follow it), and the homemade hair products that they use and sell are amazing and natural. It's very busy in there, but to me, busy salon = good stylists within. Everyone was very calm and friendly and no one left looking anything other than amazing. J'amelah was my stylist and she was awesome, she informed me that all the products that were used on my hair was all natural and handmade, which made me sink deeper into relaxation while she washed my hair; She was very sweet and professional and her music choices were dope! The gentlemen came over and asked to take our orders at the salon! that was sooo convenient . He was very pleasant as well, the order came back fairly quickly and hot. I'm not too sure about this place just yet. A friend of mind referred me here following our discussion regarding the need for natural hair care products for African people along with a desire to support local Black-owned businesses. The setup is unique but can be a little confusing. There appears to be multiple salons in this one location, but it also appears to be a venue where live events are hosted. When I get there, I'm not sure which "house" to go to because there's 3 of them, and since it appears to be a "house" I don't want to disturb a family's natural order of things while on a search for natural hair care products. So I decided not to go in initially. I returned about an hour later, walked into one of the salons/"houses" as a new customer. I didn't feel welcomed as a new customer. When my family owned a business, we made sure every customer who walked through the door felt appreciated for taking time out of their day to see what we had to offer. We were aware the customer could take their business elsewhere. We understood their hard earned money helped to support our family through our products and service. We never lost sight of that. Some people respond in a way as if they are doing the consumer a favor by starting a business for them to be able to walk into. After informing the beautician of the reason for my visit, she advised me to go to the house in the front, and to walk past the side door (which was wide open and where conversation could be heard) and go around to the front door. I walked past the side door and kept on walking. I may or may not return. If I do, I'll update my rating (or not) based on the experience. Positives: I love the use of Pan-Afrikan colors in the architecture. I love the innovative use of the property. It has a great location in the up&coming Arts District.

Not knowing of too many places in the city I went because my friends hair, from the time she started them to now, has always been gorgeous and well maintained. It didn't disappoint; from the minute you walk in it's a very welcoming and down to earth environment. I love that there is also a store of all natural products and the ladies who do work here are very skilled at what they do, their work is gorgeous.
