Wait time was dreadful, however the service, cleanliness and ambiance was immaculate. Mary really left an impression with braiding my hair. Pleased to visit and will be coming back indefinitely.

Joy is the best. She professional and funny to be around. She does excellent styling of locs. I was very pleased with the way my hair looked when I left the shop. I definitely plan on going back.

I was referred by a friend and I called to get a same day appointment, spoke with Mary who said I could come in right away and she would take me. Once I got there I had to wait forever. After several hours, I will say that my hair came out really nice and was really neat but unfortunately I had to take my style out a few days afterwards because it was painfully tight. I had multiple sore spots and a couple scabs in my head. Nevertheless, I was willing to give her another chance because my hair is really short so maybe it was just the style I chose. I recently contacted Mary to see if she could install my loc extensions and she just stopped replying. I’m sure she’s a nice person but her overall demeanor has just been kinda unprofessional from the beginning, considering the long wait time and an extended wait because she “was on the phone” and how she just left me under the dryer and left the salon. I was willing to overlook it at first but I’m good now.

Salon was very clean and all the stylist were so passionate about their work. Me, my son, and daughter got serviced as walk ins which was very accommodating! Thanks!

It's a wonderful place beauticians are really nice courtesy, the shop is very clean, and a hair stylist make you feel very comfortable and like family. In my book I give him 5 and 1/2 Stars
