At this hair salon they have Excellent customer service and are the Best at what they do. Whether you need braids, weaves, perms, color, hair style or hair cut, call Josephine and set your appointment & they also accept walk-ins.

Miss Josephine did a spectacular job on my sister and I hair. We got a silk press. I was extremely nervous due to being natural with no heat on my hair for 3+ years. We were in love with our hair & it lasted 3+ weeks. I did not mind the price bc my hair is thick and long. I will be returning again. The atmosphere was welcoming and accommodating.

The owner of the shop Shawn completely revamped my lace closure ! She is amazing ! Everyone in the shop is really nice it was my first time in Vegas and being there for the first time it was like I knew these ladies my whole life! Warm welcoming and so talented. Been to this establishment three times. First time I had gone I wanted my hair cut explained how I wanted it. Was charged for the cut the color and a treatment that I did not ask for.the style was ok lSecond time asked for rods and wrapping foam to be put in. Was charged 75 My hair took 2 hrs counting getting my nails done. Bo did an excellent job Third time was Friday I was 10 Mins late explained why I was late was told I had to wait when I wanted to reschedule was told I could be seen I also decided to wash and condition my hair before my appointment something I sometimes do. was told since I washed my hair it could not be touched if it was not shampooed in the shop never in my life have I heard of that. could not wait my husband had an appointment. Went to Great clips got what I wanted for way less of what I was being charged. This establishment has no price list Wait until you’re done to tell you the price which should be on the wall for all to see when entering.. this was my very first hair appointment since moving here. I will go back to get my nails done as far as my hair no. Over priced.

I like that they take really good care of you, my only issue was that when I called I specifically stated that I needed my hair trimmed and that I didn't want it straightened because I didn't want my curls to get ruined. When I got there everyone was nice everything was going fine by the time I got ready to leave I asked her how much did she trim off "she said oh you wanted a trim?" Yes please! (In my head) I'm like "that's what I came in for I specifically stated when I calledI needed a trim and I didn't want my hair straightened." The stylist next to me asked me if I liked it and I was honest and said no she got offended. How can you be offended when my request was ignored, I don't put heat to my hair and I wear it mostly natural. The lady straightened my hair and forgot to trim it the main reason for me coming to the shop.

I went here before. Honestly I felt a little uncomfortable being over there because the place seems a bit ghetto. But they did a hot oil treatment on my hair that made my hair soft and manageable for several weeks, it was great so I'm coming back for another hot oil treatment.
