Crystal is the absolute best in town when it comes to customer service. She makes sure her clients are always happy, and if they’re not, she makes it right without making you feel terrible. I went in without a clear understanding of the color I requested and was sad when I saw it, so the next day she made it right and made my hair the most beautiful it’s been in years! I can’t wait to go back and see her time and time again. I’ve even booked her for my wedding. Do yourself a favor and go see her next time you need a hair color or a cut.

I have not gone to a salon in over 8 years but Tiffanie from enchanted hair was beyond amazing. I have very long hair which definitely needed a bit of sprucing up but was afraid of losing my length and ending up with horrible highlights. I am so so so happy with my hair (the first time ever). Tiffanie not only cut my hair in layers but kept my length and the highlights came out beautiful! It was exactly what I wanted and more!!

We love it!! My husband and I are traveling the west in our RV and I needed it to have my hair done. I did the research in the area and I went with Enchanted because of the excellent reviews I read. I was so happy that I chose it. Kerri Ann did an excellent job with my color, cut and style, but not only that, she was such a kind host making us feel welcomed and gave us also a couple of suggestions for places where to eat and a park called Vedauwoo, which we will be visiting before we leave. We are certainly going back for a couples massage too!! May 21, 2021: We came back to Cheyenne in our way to Glacier National Park this year, and we enjoyed having Kerri Ann do our hair s and I had also a tissue massage. My boyfriend recently visited this salon and both of us are very very pleased! We’ve always had issues getting his hair cut, as he always asks for the exact same style of hair he has now, just shorter. But he always came out looking like some skater boy, and saying the hair dresser wasn’t very professional. But here at the Enchanted Hair salon, he was thrilled with Kerri, who he said was very professional. He said she definitely knew what she was doing, was quick and I think he looks like a gosh darn prince! These quarantine times have not been a good look for him, and all I can say is, THANK YOU, Kerri. Excellent business!

I’ve been in Cheyenne for 7 years and just now heard of these guys. I was nervous because I’m always slightly disappointed when I leave the hair salon due to not getting exactly what I want. But Kerri Ann was amazing! She did long layers in about 20 mins and I wasn’t there for longer than half an hour. She was so fast and did such a fantastic job. In addition I recently got married and Kerri Ann did my hair and my flower girl's hair. I described what I wanted on the day of my wedding and Kerri Ann gave me the hair of my dreams! My flower girl brought in a picture and Kerri Ann was able to replicate it perfectly. My bridesmaids all got their hair done by Vivian and she was able to give them ideas on what would look good, took their suggestions throughout the process and gave them all unique styles that coordinated. The wedding hair overall was absolutely gorgeous and I got so many compliments about it! Also before the wedding I got a massage from Kathy and my eyebrows waxed by Rachel. Both of these ladies were extremely accommodating, kind and professional. They made me feel relaxed (and beautiful) before my big day. Keri Ann was an absolute professional recommending color and cut that would enhance the hair I do have and mask the thinning / scalp visibility. I went to Jerrica this morning for color, highlights and a cut. I'm new to Cheyenne and was nervous about finding a new hairdresser. I had spent weeks going back and forth through reviews on Google maps. This salon has great reviews and so I finally booked an appointment. I have never been so happy with my hair. 5 stars is not enough. I am new to town, had a horrible haircut at another salon, and literally called them crying from the parking lot in need of a major fix. I have naturally curly, super frizzy hair so I am always nervous to get my hair done so I do not go very often. Recently I had an appointment with Emily L. and I was not sure what I really wanted to try with my hair. but found a few ideas. I discussed my thoughts with her and expressed what I wanted and why and she showed me some color examples and we settled on a color. When I got to Enchanted Hair, I wasn't prepared for what I saw and felt. From the exterior, it looks a little run down and the parking is tight. I was met by the receptionist whom was very helpful and polite. Everyone who walked into the door was smiling and appeared happy to be there. Enchanted Hair has such a hopping and positive energy that I couldn't help but be happy to be there as well. The staff is friendly. I felt welcomed right away. The reason I came to the salon was to see Jacqueline the massage therapist. I actually followed her from IBMC to Enchanted Hair, (that is how good she is). Jacqueline is a strong therapist. She looks tiny but I am continuously blown away by her strength. Whether you want a deep tissue or a soft relaxing massage, she is your gal. Her rates are unbeatable as well, $70 for 90 minutes of stress free heavenly relaxation. All in all, I've enjoyed my experience there and I anticipate more good things to come out of this Salon.

From booking the appointment, which I needed late in the day due to my work schedule, to the finished style, everything was above and beyond what I expected. I love this business! I did not know that there was such a place in Cheyenne that did not break the bank to utilize until I accidentally came across this place. Kerri Ann Rowland, the owner got me in, a brand new client, the next day I called and took me on a tour afterward. I had had company last year and the gals wanted to do a "spa day", but we ended up in Fort Collins in order to do so because of the cost. I was really excited when I found out that Enchanted Hair can do the same thing without all of the "voodoo" and high prices that usually happen in some spas. I chose this place due to all the positive reviews it had, expecting good results. My appointment was with Jessica who was new to the salon but had experience. She was very nice and friendly, the overall service/experience wasn't bad. After she had cut and colored my hair I wasn't sure if I liked it or not so I decided to give it a few days to grow on me. I ended up liking it a lot and got compliments.I went from a very light brown to a dark warm chocolate brown. It wasn't striking but it was noticeable, however its been a little over 2 weeks and the color has pretty much all washed out and my hair is pretty much back to its original color. Was very disappointed in the lack of quality for the amount paid and it didn't last long at all. If the color had lasted longer I'd have given more stars but the only thing decent was the friendly staff.

Enchanted Hair really is a FULL SERVICE salon and spa. A very professional place with a relaxing feel. For facials and microdermabrasion and waxing I go to Rachel Leger who does a fantastic job! Very gentle and takes her time. She uses DoTerra and Dermalogica which are both amazing products. I did the 6 week microdermabrasion package even though I was skeptical because I thought it was only beneficial for older skin and I am only 30. But I was surprised how much it improved the evenness in my skin tone, made my face much softer and even reduced the appearance of my larger pores. Definitely recommend her! For massage I go to Kassondra Elliott. She listens to your request on pressure and is very consistent end even which I always feel is important in a massage. If you really want to relax then try her 90 minute massage! I have gone to KeriAnn, the owner of the salon, a few times for a haircut and always loved it. She is pretty quick. Have taken my nephew to Rico for a haircut and it was great and he even gave him some style!

I called at about 2 p.m. on a Friday afternoon -- last minute, especially considering my folks wanted to have an early supper before going to the play -- to see if anyone would take a walk-in (my nails! Yikes!) and was told that usually everyone is booked pretty heavily; however, the receptionist cordially offered to check and "just see" what might be squeezed in that afternoon. I was encouraged by such a positive attitude, and after a couple of seconds on hold, was given a prompt and professional appointment. (So, I wasn't technically a "walk-in.") My experience was delightful -- was given a quick tour of the facilities while Mary got my manicure set up for me. There is so much going on here -- beyond hair -- and Mary did a great job. I was so blessed to be a part of her Friday afternoon; though on the surface it may have seemed like "good luck" this was not a chance encounter. It will be lovely when Mary can do my nails again. One day, I'll live in Cheyenne... and she'll see me regularly! Thank you, Mary V! Maybe next time I'll treat myself to a mani-pedi! :)

Nail Tech: Dannis Nyberg I don't know where to start! What an awesome experience. This was the first time I went to see Dannis but it certainly won't be the last! I have worn artificial nails forever (at least 15 years). Typically they end up being very thick, they start to lift and are overall not that attractive. Dannis suggested I try a shellac manicure with my natural nails. Now, my natural nails are very thin with a flat bed but I thought what the heck. They are amazing. She found the perfect color of red and they are gorgeous. I will never go to anyone else, she has a customer for life! In addition to all of this, she actually explained what she was doing and wasn't trying to rush me out the door. She is absolutely charming and I could have sat and chatted with her all day.
