I don't live in the area anymore but we had been in South Burlington for the weekend. I was sick of my hair and everywhere else was booked or had a lower star rating. After going to Ashley I see why she has such an awesome rating. She is super sweet and easy to converse with. The haircut she did after the mohawk I had is amazing. Normally I regret cutting my hair so short but Ashley made it look amazing and it's really easy to manage. If I'm ever back in South Burlington and she is available for a haircut 10 of 10 will book another appointment with her. Thank you Ashley, you made that weekend super special.

We love Ashley! She does both my hair and my daughter's. I always love how she cuts and colors my hair, but more important to me is that my daughter has sensory issues, and at her first appointment, Ashley and the team at Salon Vermont went out of their way to accommodate her and make her feel comfortable. She was extremely nervous at first, but Ashley let my daughter take the lead and at the end of her appointment, she was all smiles. When we left, she asked when we could return because she "loved the hair place". I cannot thank Ashley and the Salon Vermont team enough. It is the first time my daughter has enjoyed a haircut experience, and I look forward to working with Ashley for a long time!

I went to see Ashley yesterday for a consultation that turned into a cut. I've had the same long, thick, curly haircut for over a decade. It was always way too much to manage so it spent its whole life in a bun, basically. I was strongly considering cutting the majority of my hair off but had no idea what would work as I'd never done it before. Ashley listened wonderfully, pulled up many photos, and was great about helping me find exactly what I wanted during a thorough consultation. She was able to give me the option to roll into the cut right then, which was great. My hair is now the shortest it's ever been and I love how it came out! Ashley was warm and welcoming, and also had a lot of wonderful curly hair advice to pass on during the course of my visit. I also loved the Salon Vermont space- it's very calming and well decorated. I suspect I'll be keeping this cut for awhile and will definitely be going back to see Ashley for future upkeep- I highly recommend her!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ashley!! Every time she does my hair, I get amazing feedback from friends, colleagues and complete strangers. She has an excellent eye for color, tones and highlights. I have curly hair that she has manges to cut so that I can easily wear it curly or straight and it always works up or down. Great Personality, relaxing atmosphere, friendly enjoy conversations, All around enjoyable experience! Would highly recommend to anyone! My daughters first time at the salon, and having something major done to her hair other then getting it cut.. Today’s adventures was bleaching and purple coloring. We arrived a few mins early and Ashely was ready and waiting for us.. My daughter explains to Ashely what she wanted done and within a few moments the fun began. It was a great experience with me snapping photos to remember this moment. We can’t wait for our next trip in.
