I primarily order Erica's products online. Before using her products, I had very bad acne and Erica was the only person who actually knew how to fix it. She is a true healer and her skin care has quality ingredients that actually work. I've tried bigger name companies and besides their name, they didn't do much for me besides tap inside my wallet. Erica took the time to discuss my concerns with my skin, medical history, beauty routine, etc. in order to select the best skin car options for me and my skin issues. The office was clean and very relaxing, Erica explained each step in the treatment process, from what the product was made of to what the product was going to do for my skin. Erica recommended products to purchase, but I was not never made to feel pressured to buy them. She gave step by step instructions on how to use the products and the amount to use. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Fresh Faced Skin Care and am looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks.

This is an update to my original review. I would say it all again, and after over 1 1/2 years of seeing Erica, I would never consider going to anyone again! She is the BEST! She is always adding wonderful and highly effective product offerings, developing her own line of skin care and cosmetics, as well as scented soaps and candles! I'm so glad I found Fresh Faced Skin Care! Erica Suppa is so gifted, knowledgeable, personable and wonderful! I came to her with the hope to clear my adult acne, fade my sun spots and help with my oily skin. I have been to the dermatologist many times and had many facials. This has been a chronic problem since age 13, I'm 51 now. No one helped me like Erica did! I am enjoying a HUGE difference in my skin. Erica's monthly Custom Peel is what did it for me. My acne is gone and my sun spots are barely noticeable.. She provided me with wonderful products that are perfect for my skin. I never, ever, ever go anywhere (not even to the mailbox) without makeup on. I went to run a quick errand the other day without makeup on! I haven't done that since I was 13 years old (really!!) Erika and Fresh Faced Skin Care have changed my life! My mother, sister, and I have been seeing her for about a two years now and to say the least she has worked miracles. (Side note: My sister has extremely troubled skin- everything from larger cystic acne to discolorations and Erika has cured her...no joke!!) My skin on the other hand has not been acne prone for years (other than the occasional breakout). Unfortunately I do I have left over damage, scarring, and discolorations from picking and repeat breakouts. She has diminished my scarring and discoloration to the point where I can go out with little to no makeup on. Aside from all the facials, peels, and skin care she provides she just came out with her own makeup line. I am a makeup artist, so I have tried just about every product out there. Her makeup is the best I have ever tried, and I will never stray from it. Not only is it good and nourishing for your skin, but it has a natural coverage that can be built up to meet anyone's needs. It doesn't change color in natural light, and it stays picture perfect in all conditions (even 95 degrees). It enhances your skin and gives it a natural glow so you feel very natural. Erika is a godsend and I cannot imagine what my skin would look like without her. She is worth every penny, and I recommend her to any person looking for the best skin of their life!
