Aja and her staff are absolutely amazing. Best Brazilian I've ever had. For being plus a size woman sometimes it can be uncomfortable getting someone to "get in there" and do the job properly but these girls are the best. Super professional staff. The atmosphere is relaxing. The rooms and restrooms are clean and making an appointment is very easy and stress free. I happily make the travel from Philly to Wilmington for this wax place. They're the best you won't regret going to Aja Myhe Wax & Beauty Lounge

I was a bit nervous to get a Brazilian wax because it had been a while. I was scheduled with Imoni. She was very friendly and professional. She was able to calm my nerves with how seamlessly she navigated her job. Her conversation kept my mind off of the wax and it wasn’t bad at all. Where do I begin this place is a hidden jewel! And I am so glad I found this place by accident went on Groupon to find a nice Spa to get a Brazilian wax. It’s my first time so let’s just say I was fearful. When I arrived I was stunned by the decor. The staff was super nice. Imoni was the person whom waXed me and she kept reassuring me that everything would be ok. I’d be lying if I say the wax didn’t hurt but afterwards I had ZERO pain!!! I will be a continuous customer I highly recommend this Spa they offer numerous services.

It was my first time there today, and it was amazing! It’s a cute very home like atmosphere, rooms are HUGE and adorably decorated, very clean and everyone seemed so professional and welcoming. I seen Tabitha and she made me feel at ease! They had a ring light in the room, When I say she got all the hair...she got every out of place hair! only negative or downside is it’s in the cut as far as in location (a little hard to find, my service dropped out and I missed the turn) but it’s WORTH THE PRICE. I will be back in four weeks!!

I’ve been getting my Brazilian wax done here for about a year now and I must say that my experience has been consistent from day one. The staff is always so friendly, COVID safety/cleaning procedures are in place, the appearance inside is super cute and my Esthetician (Imoni) does an amazing job. Imoni is professional and precise. Hair removal obviously is a little painful but she has technique that helps to lessen the pain. She is polite, personable and makes you feel comfortable which is super important to me. It was a good experience. I had a Brazilian wax with Kamari. She was quiet, but efficient. She did a good job and used a wax that didn't hurt for the most part, except in the more sensitive areas. The only issue was that I wished she gave a heads up when removing the wax.

She also had some comedy on TV which was so enjoyable in comparison to the classic spa music normally played in salons to get my mind off the wax. A hidden gem! Went based on reviews and found it to be clean and professional. Brianna was as precise as a surgeon, and definitely made me feel as little discomfort as possible, explaining the wax was much more gentle on the skin than what I had previously experienced. I always come here to get waxed. I’ve been coming for about 7 months. Everyone is always super sweet, and friendly! Usually I go to Imoni, she’s so nice, and funny. She always makes it a great experience for me, good conversation to keep me distracted 😭. Today I went to Kamari, she was such a pleasure to work with as well, very friendly and extremely welcoming. Both Imoni, and Kamari moved swiftly yet, effectively. Would higggghly receive getting you wax needs taken care of at Aje Myhe. It’s always so cute, clean, and girly inside. Also they do follow procedures for covid, so mask, checking your temperature, and having you wash you hands. Such a peaceful atmosphere!

Let me start by saying my Micro blading experience was the best! The artist Cynthia walked me through every step she did from beginning to end. She made me comfortable and at home! She is super sweet and makes you feel confident to get your eyebrows done. I didn’t use no numbing cream but she made sure to ask me through the whole process if I was okay! Very pleasant experience with Thalia for a Brazilian. I was also given a discount because it was my first time there. I'd encourage anyone to visit the website and book an appointment. FYI, the location is not close to the street like other buildings in the area - it's black and white and looks like a house. If using Google maps, make the right turn before you reach the karate spot or you'll have to go back around.

I have been going to Aja since she was on Kirkwood Hwy, always a clean environment and pleasant staff surprisingly below avg pricing compared to others in DE and she does a better job then other salons I have been to in the past
