Listen, does laser hair removal feel good? No. At least not for me. But the girls who work here are the kindest, most patient you’ll find. They keep my appointments fun and we end up having a good laugh throughout. They are all professional and I feel extremely comfortable there. I’ve been going to Milan for a long time. If anyone is considering Milan vs another laser place, it’s the place to go. Every Milan location is going to be different. Every experience will change according to your technician, as well. I compare it to the barber shop. Everyone is unique and it takes time for others to get to know the image that you want for yourself. The unlimited for life opportunity of Milan appropriately captures this process. Some people are in training and some people are at the highest standard of professionalism you’d desire. The biggest thing is that the process takes an investment of time and that you’re able to develop your goals here, steadily and safely. You won’t regret getting laser hair removal, but it is difficult on the days that you get lasered. Keep in mind, I would do this all over again, and I recommend it. You’ll learn to make it a good experience with some time, an ibuprofen, and the excuse to take a day off to give to yourself. These are my top tips: 1. Don’t shave within 2 hours of your appointment. You’re skin will be too irritated. 2. Take an ibuprofen at that time to help your skin recover. 3. You can’t have moisturizer on your skin before a laser treatment, so to help avoid any dry skin that is prone to irritation, put on some layers after a shower to help keep your skin moisturized so that your skin will remain supple for a treatment. 4. It’s okay to leave a layer on in the treatment room until right before your laser. It’s appropriate cooled in the room for a reason. 5. If you think a power level is too high for your skin, please say something. If you don’t, they will assume you are ready for the next power level and you may not be. 6. Apply 100% aloe vera immediately after every treatment. Target brand Up&Up has a good one I recommend, if your Milan happens to run out. 7. Take another ibuprofen after the treatment and you will reduce a day off your recovery time. 8. Cool weather is your best friend for exposed areas. If you’re going to the lake on the hottest week of the year right after a treatment, they need to know. They are professionals and are taking your health seriously.

I'm 51 and have suffered with back hair my entire adult life. I've shaved and used all kinds of products to get rid of it, temporarily at best. I found Milan Laser Hair Removal this year thru Google and decided to take a shot. The price was reasonable and about what I expected, but the results were absolutely amazing! I had been told I'd lose about 10% of my hair with each session, but after the first session, and 6 weeks later I had lost 90%+. I attribute this to the hair follicles being very mature after so many years of temporary removal and I couldn't be happier with the results. For any of you guys out there that have unwanted body hair, I very strongly recommend Milan. I'll only need a couple more sessions to be completely rid of my back hair and the feeling is great. The team here is excellent, very welcoming and highly professional. To address the Andi Rau 1⭐ review below: You have the option to pay as much up front as you wish and lower any financing costs. The Rep was very upfront with me, explained the process and I found this a very easy way to cover the cost. I paid 40% and financed the rest, with low monthly payments. I have not experienced any number of texts or emails from Milan other than to let me know of upcoming special deals. I guess you can't please everyone 😂

This place is amazing. I had my first session done before the outbreak and had a great experience. My first time was scary. I found out that the legs and underarms hurt the worst, but would compare it to getting waxed. My second appointment was during the pandemic and we rescheduled to when they opened up again. All precautions were taking and I felt very safe coming in and having the procedures done. If you have no pain tolerance like me take ibuprofen and Tylenol an hour before you go. They give discounts throughout the year and also offer a generous military discount too.

I still really wanted to get it done and checked out several different places since then but nobody could convince me my experience was going to be different. When I went to Milan, they explained to me what would be different about this treatment than my last one and how it worked, and after only one treatment I have about a 75% reduction in hair!!

I have been extremely happy with the underarm laser hair removal treatments. The front office staff is super friendly. I was extremely nervous about having laser treatments, but they answered every question and even let me have a “test shot” for me to ascertain the level of pain and if I would have an adverse reaction. The pain is very tolerable especially since the treatment is quick. And, I have not had an adverse reaction. After the first session, I had immediate hair free results. After 4 sessions, I am about 90% hair free. I wish I would have tried laser treatments years ago. If you’re thinking about it, go for it! You will be happy you did.
