I will never go to a nail salon to get waxed every again!! I’m SO glad this place opened for the sake of my eyebrows! When I come to waxing the city for my appointments I come and see Tiffany. Every time that I come to this location, I always feel leaving satisfied. Booking is easy online and they always have appointments available. They also accept walk ins. It doesn't matter who you get, they will make sure that you feel at comfy. Last time I went, I had Courtney. She was very personable and made great conversation while on the table. No matter how many times I get a wax, I always get nervous & she helped me! This location is very clean & they are very strategic. They always have great energy even right when you walk in. Highly recommend.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the establishment was as soon as I walked in. The services are a little more on the expensive side, but you get quality work done here. Today was my first time visiting and I had Katerina as my esthetician. She was INCREDIBLE! She made the experience quick and painless, while also educating me on esthetics, and various things I can do to maintain good skin-related health and wellness. Highly recommend Katerina for any future services!

Went in nervous & feeling a bit awkward. I was getting a Brazilian done, which I have had done one other time about a year ago at a different business and had a horrible and very painful experience. Katerina was who I was booked with and she put me right at ease with fun conversation and helped me to not feel awkward at all. The pain was also SO minimal, especially compared to my previous experience. She also listened to my wishes to leave a little hair up top but in a nice shape. I am very happy with it come out and how great my time there was. I plan to schedule with Katerina monthly for now on.

We talk and connect each wax. I love her big beautiful hair and she so nice and relatable. But mostly, she’s really good at waxing and does it fast. I wanted to find a place where waxing was their exclusive service so I knew they were trained in their craft after experiencing bad services elsewhere. Who else totally being pushed product the entire time they're ripping hair from your body? That didn't happen at Waxing The City. Kristen was amazing and shaped my brows to perfection. The wax was unique and didn't tug on the skin as traditional waxes have done. I made mention of the small pimples I get around the waxed area and she immediately came in with the zapper machine (the name is lost on me, sorry!). After we joked about smudging and running eyebrows (for those who fill in) during summertime, she introduced me to brow gel. The check in process was painless, Kristen's service and expertise was wonderful, and all at a valuable price. I'll be checking out happy hour on Thursday 😉

Going into my appointment for my first Brazilian wax, i was extremely nervous ( which is totally normal ). After giving myself a pep talk in the car, reassuring myself i can do this, i walked through the doors and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and was almost immediately assisted by Courtney ( who is AMAZING). She not only understood how nervous i was but she did everything she could to comfort me and make my experience tolerable. I highly recommend this going to waxing the city and ESPECIALLY scheduling with Courtney.

I have never posted and have been coming to this location for almost 2 years. Started with with Renee, then Allegra and Kristin. Back to Allegra., After Kristin left a few months ago. Now Allegra is gone. All these ladies were really really good, knowledgeable and very thorough. When I came and left my appointments I knew I got the best Brazilian Wax. I had someone new today, which was ok. I have one more service on my black book. My next appointment is with someone different then today. So I will see how it goes. It is just disappointing that I have had some of the best cerologist. And now, I just don’t know. A few months ago I would have rated this place with 5 stars. But something has definitely changed.
