This is my review after using this place for over six months now. I love this place because of the monthly memberships they offer for their different services, making maintenance less annoying. Although I did have some confusion when I initially signed up, they have an unlimited and monthly version of each service, so make sure to clarify what you want. I believe with the unlimited membership, you can come in whenever and however many times you want. However, with the monthly subscription, you have a reoccurring payment that only allows you to come in once during your payment period. Also, a heads up, show up to your scheduled appointments; otherwise, they will charge a service fee of $15 for no-shows or to reschedule (unless 24-hr notice). As for my waxing experience, I've had maybe one encounter with a wax lady that I didn't enjoy. She went too fast and had the wax too hot, which wasn't a great experience. However, I will say there is a wax lady I love whenever I come to do my services. Her name is Hayley, and I recommend her if you come to do your services. She is thorough and takes time to ensure you are comfortable and happy.

Absolutely loved the experience and atmosphere. Friday was the day to go cause they have great music playing so you're jaming and relaxing all at once. DEAJA was very well versed with the services provided. I used the numbing cream and it was well worth it if you're sensitive to pain. My appointment alone lasted 15/20 minutes for a brazillian and underarm wax. So time is everything and I was shocked how quick she got everything done. I feel smooth, confident and pleased. I already made my next appointment. Thanks ladies!

I got a Brazilian wax by Yaya at the south tampa location, Let me just start by saying she’s absolutely amazing and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole process, she was easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the service she was providing. I was greeted by my waxer at the desk when I checked in at my exact appt time but she didn’t say she was my waxer at that time. They had me sit in reception for 20 min before putting me in a room with no direction. Eventually she came and got me from that room and had me go in the next one, still with no explanation or apology for lateness. I opted for numbing so she put that on and said it took about 2 minutes to kick in. She came back 5 minutes later to finally start. I didn’t start getting waxed until 40 minutes after my appointment time without any apology or explanation or even acknowledgement. Really disappointing customer service.

I’m new to the area and needed a new place to get a sugaring, so I decided to try this location. I like how there were readily available appointments. The front desk receptionist was professional and nice. My esthetician was friendly. However, I thought I was getting a sugaring and not a combination of sugaring and hard wax. The esthetician did both. The sugaring was cold and kept getting stuck to my skin. I ended up with red bumps in my bikini area and ingrown hairs. I like the staff members but not the service. Hence the reason for 3 stars. I guess my hunt for a new esthetician is still underway.

I have been going to 2 different wax places for 2 years now (one brows, one bikini). When I saw advertising for this salon I saw their cute branding, great reviews and claim of a "5 minute Brazilian" so I decided to try them out. The results were amazing! Jessica was so nice and explained HER process throughout the appointment. Not only was it quicker (resulting in less pain for me), the after result is much cleaner & smoother than before. With my brows, I am super picky and don't let just anyone touch them - but she truly spent her time on them and I LOVE the outcome more than I could have imagined! I knew I had good brows but was never over the moon pleased with my old salon. Jessica is truly amazing at what she does! Not to mention the pricing was much better at her salon, and I was out in half the time - even WITH brows. I will continue to come here as long as I wax!

Best and most quick Brazilian in Tampa! Jessica is very nice, professional and quick! It was as painless as a Brazilian can be. I had a 10:15 appointment, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The first time I was late and she accommodated me even though she didn’t have to. The salon is clean and cozy. They also have a monthly membership for unlimited waxes, which is a plus for someone like me that can sometimes need a wax every 2 weeks or so.

Very detailed and precise. A’mani does not rush and attempts to get every hair even if it requires a little tweezing. She gives advice to make the pain less ie: breath in, deep breath. The easiest Brazilian wax I’ve ever had! She let me time the process and from start to finish it was 4:35! I’m still in shock at how clean, precise, and fast the session was. As rapid as the session was, i did not feel like she was rushing or she was rushing me to power through the pain. I had used a Groupon about 2 years ago to go to this location of pampered peach and had a great experience. So much so that I bought my older sister the same Groupon in december for Christmas this year. When I got hers I went ahead and purchased myself one too. I was very excited to go and when I spoke with representatives over the phone they were very kind and professional. When I arrived at the south Tampa location I told the woman/waxer Kelly at the front desk About my Groupon. She immediately had at attitude and started talking about how she can’t run a business on Groupon. I understand how Groupon works and can respect that it can be frustrating but as an employee or an owner you have the option to either speak up to your boss about your frustration or as the boss to not opt in to using things like Groupon. She then gave me a very hard time about redeeming of my Groupon insisting that I log in a certain way or she couldn’t take it even though I had the barcode both a screenshot and pulled up in my confirmation email. She ended up finding me on the records at another location and admitted that she could have looked it up that way but wanted me to pull it up a certain way so she could do it the easier way. I explained that when calling to make my appointment I had selected “1” and that it routed me to the south Tampa location so I wasn’t sure I why it had gone to the USF location. She shrugged me off. Once we went into the back to start the wax she began trying to upsell me which I understand and respect. When I asked a question about the process she seemed to get really upset and condescendingly said something along the lines of “seriously did you not listen to anything I just said”. It made me feel very stupid and uncomfortable. I’m not sure what made her think I would know details about her profession or to be listening very well while she was ripping hair off my down stairs area. ***Very abruptly*** with no warning before each strip*** no patting or pressure after each strip*** it was an over all bad experience. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am also disappointed with the outcome. There are several spots that were missed and I have extreme irritation and bleeding on one side. (I know this is normal at times but was not something I had the first time a couple years ago at all) I do not recommend this location or this waxer Kelly. Very upsetting. Groupon should really take down the offer or the owner should make sure the employees treat all customers with respect. It is not my problem that your job participated in Groupon and I shouldn’t be belittled and not given your best work because you are upset about cost. Talk to your employer leave my lady bits out of it. Thanks.

EDIT: I appreciate the response to my review in such a quick manner! I’ve read so many great reviews that I was looking forward to visiting the Pampered Peach. Hopefully I’ll be able to make an appointment in the future. I made an appointment online (probably my first mistake) for April 10 around lunchtime. I went to the location included in my confirmation email and was shocked to arrive to a completely empty and locked building. I tried the phone number from my email, and it said the voicemail was full. I went back online (another client had shown up at this point) and looked at the address Google listed, which was different and had a different phone number. I drove to this new address and found a similar situation: locked door and no one around. I called the new phone number which prompted me to hit 0 for a representative - and when I did so, it said that was invalid. I had received numerous confirmation emails and texts and was extremely disappointed to have wasted my lunch break driving around trying to be on time for an appointment that seemingly no one even knew about.

I had my first bikini wax EVER this past Monday and I couldn’t have had a more satisfying experience. I decided to go big and went Brazilian. So first of all, it really does only take 5 minutes. My mind was blown at how quickly, efficiently and beautifully my esthetician finished. Jessica was amazing! Totally professionally and soothing, she talked/encouraged me through the entire process. The atmosphere was very chill so it was easy for me to relax. And afterward she was very forthcoming in answering all of my neurotic questions. I had a Groupon for three Brazilians but now that I’ve found a place I feel safe and taken care of, I’ll be getting a membership so that I don’t have to shave anywhere else anymore. 10/10 would recommend, will be back.
