Amazing service, products, and the BEST injector! I can’t say enough about this place. Jill is a true talent, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for impeccable work that doesn’t look overdone for injections. They also offer a great selection of skin care products as well as other services. I was so happy to see they carried Upneeq! It’s like an eye lift in an eye drop…a must have. Management and staff is attentive and welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit!

I saw Jill for filler in my jaw and chin to create a more defined jawline and it was such a fantastic experience. I have never gotten filler/Botox before and Jill was so kind, patient and caring. I felt as though Jill genuinely cared about my pain tolerance, made sure I was comfortable with each step she did in the process, and let me know what she was doing/discussed openly, which I greatly appreciated especially since this was my first time. We had a great experience at Skin NV. I’m not from the area but my boyfriend is- and I was looking for a place to bring him for his first time for filler. I actually heard about them on Reddit and called for a consult. We got in same day- there was a bit of a delay to our appointment time and the owner came out to talk with us about the different procedures offered and what would be best for what we were looking for. He was very educated on all the latest procedure/tech which was great to hear about. Our injector Kasey was terrific, knowledgeable and gentle- but most importantly delivered stellar results for his cheek/tear trough area. The staff were all very attentive with great customer service. Definitely highly recommend!

I have been going to Mary for about a year and a half ever since I moved to the Tampa area. I have lived in many different states/cities where I have got work done. Nothing comes close to her touch and work. She has the most gentle hand, you wouldn’t even know you’re getting the injections bc she has perfected the touch! I love this place! The facility is super clean, always smells amazing, and is so welcoming. It's a medical spa, but you don't feel like you're in some fluorescent-lit, institutional environment. They have a full suite of services and also really great products. You'll basically feel like a kid in a candy store--but it's worth it. :) The staff is so fun and nice. Haylee at the front desk is such a doll--really, what a sweet and helpful person she is! Tatiana makes your service relaxing and enjoyable with her upbeat personality and ability to make you feel comfortable being yourself around her. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job and just wants her clients to be happy. This place is totally worth the hour drive from Lakeland. Already planning my next service. :)

This is my 2nd review for SKinNV because I just have to say again how much I love this place. This review goes out to Jill and Vanessa along with the ladies at the front desk this morning. Jill and Vanessa were so patient with me - they answered all of my questions, gave me a numbing ice ball for my lip along with this vibration tool so that my lip flip wouldn’t be painful. They were kind and they cared. I can tell you from experience that not all injectors are this way. The ladies at the front desk were full of energy, got my coffee/water and anything I needed. Thrilled to have found a top notch Med spa with skilled and knowledgeable skin professionals. I drive an hour to Tampa happily knowing I’m in good hands. I’ve been seen by both Denise and Jill for Botox/dysport/juvaderm injections and have had wonderful results, each take their time, and share great nuggets of info about skincare, new treatments, and post care follow up if needed. With that said, the only other service I have had done which I would rate 3 stars..was w/one of the aestheticians, who was very friendly, but very fast with our treatment time. I purchased a clear and brilliant combo with hydro facial. It was all complete in less than 30 minutes:/. I have had the the Clear & Brilliant Tx in Dallas at a plastic surgeon Medspa and that alone was 30 min. I also feel like I had better results prior office and my skin exhibited post Tx sand paper feel as it turned over. My experience here with those two skin treatments was the opposite unfortunately. Have to give a “shout out” to the front office receptionist, they are an awesome team with scheduling, and confirming with text reminders:) whenever I have a question about a fee or follow up appt they are on it:)!! Will be scheduling my Spring skin glam soon.

Throughout my life I wondered about Botox but was told that’s not something Black women did. I ignorantly thought only white folk did Botox. After several facial appointments with the “fantabulous” Christina she dispelled all those ignorant myths and reassured me skin care had nothing to do with race. She explained the process and let me just say, I did a very small amount in my 11’s, I hope I’m saying it right 😂 I absolutely love the results. My husband said “baby, you are glowing, something is different” I was tickled at how such a little, made such a difference. Im new to the tampa area and had gone to another injector and was disappointed that I didn’t feel welcome at all and the whole experience was stressful and not enjoyable. I decided to go online and do my research and look for another injector who I would feel comfortable with and I’m the type if person who likes to talk about what I want and get feedback from my injector on what is best, recommendations, and even tips on how to get the best result for me. I saw on Denises Instagram she had the same philosophy I did where she likes to talk to her patients and not do too much without talking through it first. I booked a consultation and the front desk has been very kind and accommodating to me as well as the nurse helping Denise was very kind. I felt very welcome at Skin NV and as someone with anxiety just those little things make suuuuuuch a huge difference. We deal with Cheri Morales who is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and she has that perfect blend of professionalism and personal warmth. I started going to Skin NV at the beginning of the year and it changed my life. I had just turned 36 and my usual beauty routine wasn’t cutting it anymore. The quality of my skin was going downhill fast and there wasn’t enough concealer to mask the problems anymore. I didn’t know where to start but I had a friend who highly recommended SkinNV and assured me that Kaisa Marshall would lead me down a successful path. My overall first impression of the place was very positive. They are taking every precaution to keep you safe during this pandemic, and even have a video on their website explaining how you can check-in safely for your appointment. The interior is well decorated and kept very clean. I was intimidated at first because many med spas are staffed with snobby employees who only see you as a dollar sign. These fears quickly melted away as I met the staff. Literally everyone went out of their way to be nice to me and one another. They all seem to really enjoy their job and working at SkinNV, not to mention their high level of professionalism. My consultation with Kaisa was eye opening. She customized my treatment and skincare plan after completing an in depth analysis of my facial structure and skin condition. My first treatment was a chemical peel and I was so nervous but Kaisa assured me that my face wouldn’t burn off, like I suspected. Chemical peels are much milder these days and allow for people to go back to their normal routine almost right away. She made sure all of my questions were answered and even checked on me the day after to make sure I was doing okay. You can feel how much they really care about the people they treat and their results. The peel made a world of difference to the overall appearance of my skin and the texture of my skin improved leaps and bounds. A couple weeks after my successful peel, Kaisa introduced me to Jill, who would be doing my fillers. Previously, I tried fillers at another med spa but never felt like the result was natural. They injected it into my lips and around my mouth at the nasolabial folds. Jill was able to explain to me that adding fillers around the mouth can create a heavy, even saggy look to your face. She suggested that we instead place the filler in my cheeks for an overall better look. It lifted the skin around my mouth, correcting those lines and at the same time it gave me back the fullness I had lost in my cheeks due to my age. I didn’t even know this was possible, but she added filler under my eyes and it looks so natural. I now feel more confident without makeup since my skin is in much better condition and the fillers eliminated the dark circles under my eye. It’s like having the “pretty filter” on all the time now when I look in the mirror. My friends have started to notice my improved appearance but they can’t put their finger on what it is I’ve done differently. I even had a sorority sister from college tell me that she thought I was pretty in college but now I look like I should be on TV. Jill is so talented when it comes to fillers. She has a very steady and delicate hand so when she is working on you, you can hardly feel anything. I didn’t bleed or have any bruising which is amazing since I once had to take a week off of work due to massive bruising caused by an injector at another med spa. If you want to improve your look but don’t know where to start then you need to call SkinNV. They do not use high pressure sales tactics so you can feel comfortable choosing the treatments that fit in your budget. This has been a tough year with the pandemic and I just want to thank the team at SkinNV for bringing some joy back to my life. I have more confidence now and I look good and feel good!

I was referred to Skin NV by a friend a couple of months ago and met with Alicia for a consultation, mainly to see what could be done with my aging skin. I had done Botox for years, but it was becoming obvious that I needed to add to that now that I was pushing 50. My free consultation with her was not only very informative but really interesting. Everyone here is so nice and professional!! My skin came a long way: the pic of me in a white shirt was from July of 2018 and the pics of me in the pink shirt are from today, August 9th, 2019. I used to have a lot of acne scarring, uneven skin tone, general acne and relatively large masseters; Skin NV helped me with all of these. The first lady I met with was Kaisa for a consultation; she made a great first impression on me so I decided to keep coming here for my skin and botox*(I only have experience with botox but now only dysport for masseter reduction). I felt really insecure about my masseters and even when I asked for Cheri to add some more units of dysport she insisted to use the amount in only what she knew was safe. The same with Jessica. I really feel like people are are looking out for your best interest at Skin NV. I noticed that the ladies who worked at Skin NV had fantastic skin; I learned that they use the same treatments that Skin NV offers! So I had several treatments from Alicia: a chemical peel, microneedling and a hydrofacial. Every single one of these treatments are worth it- the final results left my skin glowing! If your skin needs a pick-me-up after a few months of neglect because of a heavy workload, life- whatever is going on to stress out your skin, the chemical peel and the microneedling definitely, absolutely does the trick. The ladies provide aftercare instructions and if you follow those to the T your results will be SO GOOD. Also, there are other ladies who work the front desk and in the office; I haven’t had treatments from you guys but you all are all so nice and professional. (Forgive my spelling, and I’m recalling as many names as I can remember who I’ve talked with recently) shout-out to: Haylee, Caroline, Adrienne, Sam, Emily, and everyone else. This is a great place for skin and beauty treatments, the people who work here are awesome. 10/10, five stars, would recommend.

I have had filler put in my lips twice in the past somewhere else n though I loved the results the pain was so bad I really would wait until I had to go. But Skin NV gave me a dental block (at no additional charge) n I had absolutely no pain at all!! It was the most amazing experience. They recommend a different “design” for my lip as I have a very predominant underbite n from the side I was very self conscious Because it was noticeable. However after Skin NV was done my lip design now makes it impossible to tell I even have one! The nurses were so helpful n comforting. N I had not bruising or even odd swelling do to application at the site within just a few hours after words. Do yourself a favor n don’t settle for painful procedures (cause lips r so sensitive when people start sticking needles n moving them around) n go to Skin NV where they will make it pain free at no additional cost n really take the time to go over your desired effect n offer alternatives that might even make it better than u hoped! After trying every over the counter remedy possible to fight my late onset of adult acne at 30 (including seeing an actual dermatologist - which sent me off in tears by telling me I needed to get used to aging), I finally decided to call the skin professionals at Skin NV and they got me in on the same day, a Saturday, at that! They were a godsend! Kaisa explained everything very thoroughly and worked diligently with me for the first year and got my skin clear and under control through a prescribed skin regimen and series of custom peels. After a year and a half, I moved to Dallas and was on my own again. Foolishly, I thought the acne was gone for good since my skin had cleared up, but it eventually crept back after I was off of the products that Kaisa initially recommended and no longer getting her custom peels. I thought since Dallas is a major city, I wouldn't have a difficult time finding a similar skin care center. Five estheticians later, I began to truly recognize the QUALITY of service and level of EXPERIENCE I was getting at Skin NV. Through visiting so many other skin care "specialists", I began to really appreciate the breadth of knowledge, tools and professionalism I received with Kaisa at Skin NV. Navigating those who claimed to be experts here in TX through trial and error was such a waste of time and money. I've been back to Skin NV 3 times since last November and I am elated to report my skin is finally back to normal again! I now book an appointment with Kaisa every time I return to Florida and won't consider wasting my money elsewhere again. If I need specialized face treatments, it means I'm booking a flight.

I first came to Skin NV Clinic to discuss the Fraxel Laser and general enhancements. My first visit was with Kaisa. Wow what a pleasant experience. I think I bonded with her on the spot. We discussed the best options for me. Being a fair skinned male, a native Floridian and a maturing baby boomer I fit right in to the program! Not only is everyone super supportive and nice they know their craft. I had a light facial peel, then a fraxel laser treatment with Cheri Morales. After the treatment Cheri, Kaisa and Alicia set me up with the perfect products and follow up regimen. I have to say that Cheri goes beyond any practioner I have dealt with including my dermatologist. The fraxel laser results were awesome. All my friends were amazed at the results. A few months after the laser I developed an unrelated bit of perioral dermatitis around my mouth. The treatment my dermatologist prescribed wasn’t working. I asked if I could see Cheri. She examined me and put me on an antibiotic and anti-bacterial gel and sent me home with renewed confidence and at no charge. Talk about extended follow up! It totally cleared up as Cheri said it would. I think holistic would be a good way also to describe Skin NV. I am looking forward to a long relationship with them.

I've had one consult with Kaisa and Cheri (NP) and truly believe that Skin NV will address my deepest concerns with my skin. I am Asian and have very sensitive skin that turns red and scars easily. I'm very familiar with dermatology because I've seen several doctors with many having cosmetic practices on the side. What I realized, is that although my dermatologist of 8 years was great at "controlling" my skin condition, I never saw him after he diagnosed me (always a NP) and his office was not up-to-date with the latest skin rejuvenation techniques or procedures. Kaisa walked me through my facial analysis results and even engaged Cheri to ensure what I was interested in (PRP Biofacial) would work for me. Kaisa was so thorough and honest that I felt completely at ease. Here's when I fell in love with Cheri - she noticed hypopigmentation on my forehead from an old punch biopsy. I didn't even ask about this because I was told only surgery could fix it. Well, Cheri is brilliant and mentioned two options, including permanent makeup. Here's where I am, I went in on Tuesday for a consult (free - you put a deposit of $50 which is refunded after the consult or applied to any service you get) and will be back on Saturday for the PRP Biofacial. I'll update my review after my treatment because I know these reviews can either make or break that first phone call.

If you’re looking into Microblading for your brows please pay close attention to this review. It’s a little lengthy but I think it’s worth the read since it involves your face. A few years ago I had my eyebrows done by someone, and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the results. Poor attention to detail, listening skills were clearly an issue and the overall results were less than desirable. I decided to make an appointment with Carly McClure for Microblading in hopes she would be able to at least help camouflage the mistakes that were made. Upon walking in the room Carly was not only warm and friendly, but it was clear she had a passion for her craft. I was initially hesitant to have my brows done again because of my first experience but the questions Carly posed to me immediately put me at ease in my decision. She never pointed out anything that was done wrong, she simply asked me what things were important to me. After we discussed my brow goals, Carly reiterated what I shared with her to ensure there was no confusion or miscommunication. After we were both in agreement on the plan she proceeded to do a “rough sketch” on my brows so I could get an idea of what it would look like as well as to give me the opportunity to input my likes and/or dislikes. We discussed the brow shape, color, & blade size TOGETHER. Then she went to work (after numbing me). The results???? WOW!!!!!!!!!! After literally hating my brows for years I am now in love with them❤️. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and feel luckier that Carly was the one to do them. I would imagine my brows were a challenge for Carly since she wasn’t working with a clean slate but I never got that impression from her. She did not camouflage the errors that were initially made to my brows a few years ago....she completely fixed them. Carly is truly a talented, passionate professional who cares about her clients and their results. If you want beautiful, natural looking brows it would be a mistake not to have them done by Carly. Three months ago my face was really showing its age (49) plus a lot more. Not for the better - I mean, the sins of my youth (excessive sunbathing) were evident, I was suffering from rosacea, and new wrinkles had formed on my forehead. My skin had developed dry patches, also, so things were going from bad to worse...quickly. I'd had enough. I decided it was time for me to give my face the care it deserved and badly needed. I found out about Skin NV through a Google search and made an appointment for Xeomin, while also accepting the offer for a skincare consultation. Kathleen administered the Xeomin and I have been pleased with the results. The wrinkles smoothed out, with the result of making me look refreshed and relaxed. Kaisa completed the consulation on my skin. After finding out what my biggest concerns were (brown spots from the sun, redness/broken capillaries), she recommended a treatment plan consisting of a series of peels and IPL. Kaisa explained everything to me and educated me about the products (facial cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, etc.) that were suited for my skin. So far, I've had two peels with Kaisa and one IPL treatment with Cheri. Both Kaisa and Cheri made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions about the treatments. I noticed an improvement in my skin after the first peel. I had the IPL treatment a couple of weeks later and that made one big brown spot on my nose go away while also removing some of the redness present on my cheeks. In recent weeks I have received five compliments from people about how great my skin looks! That is a record for me - actually, this is the first time in my life I've received compliments about the condition of my skin, so I'm really thrilled that people are noticing. Without a doubt, my skin has never looked better. I will definitely schedule further treatments at Skin NV.
