Loretta and Tressie are so kind, communicate well throughout the process for the best level of comfort, and provide such great service. At the moment, the front door is locked so one has to ring to be let in and shouldn't come too early before their appointment. The COVID protocols are all very clear and reassuring.

I got my brows laminated and a bikini wax from Tressie at the Belltown location and she is an artist! It was my first time getting a brow lamination and I’m hooked, they have never looked better. She did an amazing job on my bikini wax and she was so sweet and friendly, I’ll definitely be back!

THIS PLACE IS SO WONDERFULL!!!!! I had a FANTASTIC wax by this super sweet women Milly. she was super careful with my very sensitive skin, she made sure she checked in with me during my service, yet she was quick! she recommended a a shea what I got the lavender. it smells so good. The safe member working there was also super friendly. good customer service and providing an awesome service is hard to find! I highly recommend to anyone who's looking for quality waxing services while supporting small business. that feels good 10 of 10! thank you WAXON for making me feel like person again!

I go mainly for brazilian waxes. Sarah R is awesome! She is kind, meticulous, professional, and does a great job overall! The My-Skin roll on keeps those pesky bumps away ( I use it every day) and the Shea What shea butter is divine. I have Gardenia, Jasmine, and Cedar scents. It goes a long way and helps maintain smooth and supple skin...highly recommend!

can't recommend it enough!! I have been a regular customer and really it is hard to pick a favorite esthetician, they are all pretty fantastic. The way they pull out the wax is excellent, I believe their technique is unique because I have almost no ingrown hairs since they do my waxing. I have talk a few of my friends into making the switch from the razor to a new smoother way of living!!

It took me a while to book my first appointment to get a Brazilian wax. I am not one of those people who is comfortable showing my private area to just anyone. After talking to a lot of friends who get waxed and hearing about the positive aspects I decided to try it. I was referred to Wax On Spa by multiple friends and I figured since they are a spa that specializes in the Brazilian, than I can't go wrong. The booking process was very user friendly and I had my first appointment with Krista. She was so warm, kind, and put me at ease. The conversation was very natural and she was able to distract me when she was waxing the more sensitive areas. I have been getting waxed at Wax On Spa for a few years now and have tried many other estheticians. All the gals have been professional and easy going. I will continue to support this business and entrust my "bush" to no other.

Went in and had back, arms, chest and brow done for a photo shoot. The girl was kind, gentle and had a great sense of humor. I have tried other spas and they don't seem to have the technique for removing hair without extreme pain. Honestly wasnt a huge wax fan because of the pain till I fould wax on. They sold me their own brand of face scrub and it eliminated my black heads the girl said it was cause from sweat in yoga. All around good experience!
