This place is amazing. I just moved down here and been looking for a place to do my eyebrows. I'm very picky and was scared on where to go. I did some research and always read the reviews. After looking for days i came across this place. And it was the best choice and experience ever! Very nice and welcoming ladies. Angie was very sweet and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She did an amazing job and I love the results she gave me. I found my place to go! 😊 5 stars all around! Thanks again ladies.

I got my first Brazilian today in preparation for labor and I had a great experience. Brinley was so sweet and encouraged me the entire time. Being waxed at 39 weeks was in no way a fun time, but she helped me laugh through the pain and made me feel well taken care of. The location and rooms are very well taken care of and incredibly clean. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I received a bikini wax and it was quick and easy! I’ve been to other waxing places, and I swear the process at this location makes it less painful somehow. Normally I like to drink a glass of wine to prepare for the hurt, but nope! Sober as a judge and it’s very tolerable.

It was my very first Brazilian wax, I was super nervous and a little scared but Brinley was amazing!! She made me feel comfortable, I was in and out in no time and the discomfort level was very minimum. I walked in mentally prepared to suffer for 45 minutes but her technique is so good that you barely feel it. This place is great. Me and my spouse go monthly to get a Brazilian/Manzillian and I do my eyebrows. Both services have always been done with care and consideration and any alterations I needed based on preference were done great(IE tweeking my eyebrow shape). The waxologists are great. Very professional and don't make things awkward. If you haven't waxed and are worried this is a great place to try out for a first time. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. If your a regular looking for a new place they are efficient and flexible with schedules. I have worked with Jordan, Savannah, and my spouse has worked with Mindy. All of these ladies are amazing!

I’ve gone to both the south jordan location and the American fork location multiple times and every time I have had a good experience. Today was the best experience though. The girl waxing my eyebrows was Savanna and she was awesome. So, this is my first review. I don't write reviews, but figured this was worth it. My experience was great. I've never waxed before, but I have a special event coming up and wanted to look my best for it. After researching various places and styles, I figured this place would fit my needs. And it did. I reserved a day and time online, and basically did a full body. It was estimated that I would start in morning and be finished afternoon and that there would be two separate waxologists to do different parts. I got there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and got started right away. Right off the bat, my waxologist went over the locations to be waxed and mentioned that I wrote in my notes that this was for a special event and that I wanted to be "silky smooth". I said yes, and she explained that with the Brazilian wax only cover the inner thighs, and that I hadn't ordered an upper leg treatment. It could be added on for an additional fee. I ask that could we hold off until she could determine if I really needed it. The waxing itself went well I think, for having no previous experience. I took some Tylenol before I left, so that help a lot with the pain, I believe. There's no way it could ever be painless, but my waxologist was efficient and got Everything. When it came to the thighs, she believed that since it was fine, light hair it might be troublesome to wax it, and it was up to me if I wanted it waxed. I declined and that was the end of that. Point to her. When doing the full Brazilian, she was very helpful and explained some breathing techniques to help distract from the pain. Yes, it hurt, but not as bad as it might. Tbh, I feel like the legs/ ankles were worse because they stung for longer. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was great! (Said that she normally works near Ogden if that helps.) She was very personable, funny, and got me comfortable. I'm far from chatty, but she was able to carry on a conversation with stoic me and when drawing near the end we didn't need conversation. She just continued quietly with her work, focusing on doing her best to work around some knee bruising I have. I know for some people they need something to constantly distract them, but I'm happy my waxologist was able to both talk and be comfortable with silence. At the end, when paying, she mentioned an upsell. I politely declined, saying that this was a one-time thing. Again, a potential upsell was dropped, and I didn't have to feel horrible for doing so. The total was less than I expected for all the work done and I really think she went above and beyond. I had a great experience, all my expectations were met. The place was very clean. My session, though long, ended earlier than I thought it would. It was a very comfortable and professional experience overall. And for that I was happy to give a big fat tip. (Again, this is a one-off thing for me.) I'd recommend this place, and that waxologist in particular, for thier amazing work. Thank you for helping me get ready! I'm loving the results of my fantastic silky-smooth skin. :)

Absolutely LOVE this place! Every other salon has efffectively ripped my skin off my face when I get waxed. These wonderful ladies know what they are doing and I can walk out of there and continue on with my day looking normal and and with all my skin in tact! The only thing I have is the price. 12$ is quite a bit for just a lip wax in my opinion. If the price was closer to $8-10 I would be a completely hooked customer! I love the work, but the price keeps me away. Other than that, great!

Made me feel relaxed, by keeping a steady conversation going, while getting my first Brazilian wax done, $58 (not including tip/tax), and I got an exfoliating kit for an additional $28. $103 total, including $15 tip. A lot less painful than I thought, but I did look up some helpful tips before I went in: don’t shave a week or two before going in, exfoliate 2-3 days in a row, shower right before, take an ibuprofen 30 mins before, and stay away from caffeine the day of. Definitely will be going back!

She went above and beyond to perfect my Brazilian and made sure I was happy. Clearly this location cares about their customers and I’m so grateful Bri took the time out of her day to help. I will definitely be a returning customer! ... Sadly not what it used to be. I haven’t been to Lunchbox in a while but I don’t know that I’ll be back. The esthetician was a very nice girl and held good conversation but her skills could use some improvement. I went home with SO much breakage and missed spots. I know, breakage happens with every visit but I’ve never experienced this much in all my Brazilian waxes over the years. I feel like she didn’t take the time to ensure the leftover hairs were taken care of and I just spent over an hour with a flashlight, mirror, and tweezers cleaning up my lady parts. Definitely not happy about spending $58 (before tip) just to have to remove what was left behind. Probably my own fault for not checking the work before I left, but I assumed I was dealing with professional waxers and didn’t think about it. Maybe a different esthetician would be better? Either way, I’m now very wary about giving them my business.

I did the Groupon circuit of wax salons trying 5 or 6 places before I went to Lunchbox, and let me tell you, this place blows everyone else out of the water! I love all the staff who are talented, well trained, caring, and hilarious - basically you want in a wax. My go to girl is Angie - she rocks. I willingly drive the 40 minutes from Provo (although I hope they open a closer location soon!) Plus their Friends with Benefits program is perfect if you are a frequent waxer like me. 10/10 would recommend.
