I am so happy I came across Milans services in hair removal because I am absolutely tired of waxing and shaving. They were a great help and very informative. I especially enjoyed getting my treatment done by Andrea. She's lovely to converse with as well as good at her job. It was virtually painless too and not to mention fast (only 20 minutes give or take, probably also depends on the areas treated though). Shows she knows what she's doing and is experienced. Happy to come back again however many times it takes to permanently eliminate my body hair

I wish I did this before! I've been waxing my whole life. Shaving was not an option for me, since I am -I was ;)- super hairy. All the ladies working there are super friendly and they do a wonderful job. I look forward to every appointment. I am barely growing any hair, it is absolutely amazing! I am so pleased with the results. The only downside, in my opinion, is that is kinda costy, but its absolutely worthit. Monthly payments are available and you can schedule appointments for touch ups (if needed) for the rest of your life! Thank You Milan Laser and all your dedicated team.

Really nice, brook really was nice in the consultation really easy to understand and answer all my question. The reception girls helps me with every step of the process. The nurse respect me and have high standards on privacy. The process of laser hair removal leave a littke skin irritation that would leave in a few hours, that is normal on the process and they hand sunscreen and aloe vera for the irritation. I've been really impressed with the results after only 2 treatments. After the first one I was a bit nervous this wasn't going to work very well, though there was some change. I was almost worried all of these great reviews were fake. After the second treatment though the difference has been drastic and I'm confident the final results will be great. Update: My hair is a dark brown and quite coarse and it's already made it so much softer and I have to shave much less frequently. Update: about 8 months later After a while they slow down how often they want you to come in for treatments. The good news is it's for life and while having treatments I can definitely see a difference and have to shave way less often. I'm sure if I was determined they'd let me schedule more frequently. Unfortunately I can't say that the hair has really stopped growing at all at this point. It is softer and less coarse, but the longer in between appointments the faster it seems to grow and the more it seems like it was never treated. They say they need to catch the different growth cycles of the hair for it to be permanent. I'll keep up with it and let you guys know if the hair ever really does stop growing permanently.

And very personable to keep you talking and distracted during the appointment. I do agree with a few reviews that the initial appointment was gimmicky. They wanted me to fill out my info to do financing before I got a cost. But I was wanting to move forward and pay in full anyway. I’m glad I did. The hair removal had great results right away. And the receptionist and the tech are the only ones you deal with after that, and they are great! I’ll definitely be back for more treatments and have referred friends to check them out.

I just finished having my legs, underarms and Brazilian areas done at Milan, Sandy. The team is very helpful answering questions, and they care about your treatments. I have fair skin with freckles. At first, I noticed some scabbing and red hives after my treatments. They were able to adjust the laser so it didn’t cause that reaction. I was amazed that not only did the hair disappear, but my skin looks so much better after the treatments! This treatment replaced the waxing that I have been doing for years. No more in grown hairs, old lady chin strays or having to worry about underarm regrowth before I throw on a tank top to hit the gym. I also, started my treatment as I was recovering from ankle surgery. Knowing that a licensed nurse was the one treating me made me more comfortable and I love how knowledgeable they are. I love this place! Beth is top notch and I feel very comfortable with her. I am having 3 areas done, one of which is a Brazilian, so feeling comfortable is VERY important to me. I love that everything is done by someone with a medical degree. you have actual medical staff if you need anything, have some kind of a reaction or have questions. The ladies up front are always welcoming and accommodating. They are a little bit more pricy, but you get what you pay for!!

I visited the Sandy Milan for a consultation. 3 stars as they were friendly, I was able to schedule quickly and reschedule when I had a conflict arise. The whole consult felt fake and salsey. I expressed wanting the Brazilian area treated and she kept pushing for me to try my underarm area and offered to treat that area (one underarm that is) one time for free if I signed up for their “lifetime” Brazilian treatment at the 50% “discounted” price that was just over 3k. Sorry but your prices are inflated... 50% off of 3k would have been an actual discount but that’s not what was presented. As someone who has never had laser hair removal, why would I drop $3000 to be locked into something I haven’t even tried?! They need to offer one time treatments. Their whole lifetime package and “discount” is a gimmick. I can’t speak to the laser treatment, it might be a good experience but seems like it’s geared towards someone wanting to pay $129 a month for 2 years to have treatment they may or may not need “for life”...if you are gullible enough to think that is getting a good deal then Milan might be a good fit for you.
