I first learned about Empire when I came across their TikTok account in 2020 and immediately fell in love with them. I love that the shop is locally owned by women and always looking for ways to improve the community whether it’s supporting a local charity or another locally owned business. I see Courtney monthly and have always had the best and most professional experience ever. She makes the environment and myself feel extremely comfortable and confident before, during, and after my wax. I get a Brazilian and legs done when I go in. The results are always top tier! I never feel rushed, she takes her time, but the service is also quick so I’m not in any pain. Courtney has always been helpful and educational whenever I have questions about something and never makes me feel silly for asking. Not only do I recommend her as your waxed but I recommend Empire as a whole!

I have been waxed by both Jenna and Linzi and they are both top notch! Their technique is unmatched - services are super quick, but I never feel rushed and they are very thorough. The space is clean and relaxing. I bought a brow wax and tint package for the year and I have been looking forward to going in each month to get my eyebrows done! I haven’t needed to take advantage of it yet, but they offer a one week complimentary clean up so I leave feeling confident that I will look my best for the length of the wax!

Many would think I’m strange for looking forward to my wax appointment every month but Jenna & Linzi are so amazing at their craft that the pain is absolutely a minimum! I don’t have time to shave nearly every day but I definitely have time to get my legs, tummy, underarms, brows & Brazilian done once a month! (Twice a month for my underarms.) They are so easy to talk to but also understand if you aren’t feeling social. The waiting room is welcoming and cozy and the service rooms are clean and comfortable. 10 out of 10!

I over estimated my ability to shape my brows myself and she's been able to work her magic on them and I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only was this miraculously pain free and yes PAIN FREE not just minimally pain free but I did not break out at all! Everyone is so friendly and the free snacks are a plus. First of all, if you need anything waxed you need to go to Empire. I drive from provo to see Jenna and let me tell you, it’s the best wax experience I’ve ever had. Jenna (the owner) is the nicest, most detailed, and professional person ever. She’s remembered who I am at each appointment, which sadly is a thing you don’t get often enough in this industry..she keeps you comfortable and is just the absolute best.
