I have been going here for about a year or so and it has been amazing! I have gone to other waxing places and nothing compares to Always Smooth Waxing. Milly, the owner, is such a wonderful woman. The space is always clean and comfortable. Milly and her staff truly know their clients and take great care of us. The wax they use is hands down less painful than waxes used at other places! They also have great aftercare products and are very educational about what will help your skin after a service. I will always recommend people here❤️

Super Fast. Pain free. The owner is personable. I will not go anywhere else now that I have found a place that uses quality products. The type of hair removing products she uses during her service has coconut in it. My skin is soft, conditioned and NO more issues with ingrown hairs. I have been to 4 previous waxing businesses for Brazilians. STEER CLEAR from SALT WAX SOCIETY. (Unless you want your skin ripped off by the manager Felicia, no apology, no refund) Although I’m reluctant to write this review for ALWAYS SMOOTH because it’s already difficult to secure an appointment less than a month out with Milly… I have decided to go forward and give them 5 stars Because this business owner deserves to expand and grow! Prices are typical. Not overpriced but also not cheap if you know what I mean. Well worth the money if you care about your goods.

This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk into their building you immediately feel welcomed. You can definitely tell they take making their customers feel comfortable very seriously. As for my experience with their service it was above and beyond my expectations. Moni, has been seeing me for about 3 months now and she was incredibly welcoming and very patient each time. My first time she was very supportive and explained the process clearly. She is incredibly sweet and very great at her job. I’d highly recommend anyone to come here for all their waxing needs!!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and was really nervous. The availability is great I was able to schedule something for the next day. Ashleigh was my aesthetician and she is amazing. She text me the day before my appointment and asked me if I had any questions and even sent me a tip sheet! I've been coming here for a few months now. Let me tell you that I've never done any waxing in my life and decided to because I was going to Florida, and wanted to wear a bikini. I started looking at waxing places around the area and decided to try my luck here. I've been very satisfied with the services I have received so far! Hence why I keep coming!. I always feel somewhat anxious visiting new places because of possibly being with someone who isn't very kind, but I always feel that everyone here is super helpful and kind. Milli waxed my arms and brow shaped and waxed my eyebrows. I love the way she precisely knows how to wax and shape my eyebrows and it turns out the way I like it. Milli waxed my daughters upper lip and chin and they get nervous, she made sure they were comfortable and just talking to them and next thing you know she was done. I’ve been going to Ashleigh and Stephanie for brazilians and they make it such a quick and painless experience! Ashleigh introduced me to their aftercare products, which I highly recommend. I’ve been using the cleanser and finipil, and I’ve only had to restock once (aka they last a long time and they’re worth the money!) Stephanie makes my eyebrows look amazing every time I go, she never takes off too much brow hair (which has happened to me at other places) so I trust her with my brows forever! I would recommend this place to anybody looking to get waxed. Also, they are super clean and conscientious of covid protocols, which is something that’s very important to me.

This review is long overdue!! I got a Brazilian Wax with Milly and it was a great experience :) I love the wax that she uses as it is infused with essential oils and keeps your skin super smooth!! On top of that, Milly is great to talk to and she is so friendly!! A couple of days after my appointment, Milly texted me to make sure all was well with my wax. When she opened Always Smooth, I was so ecstatic and we began using a soy-based hair removal treatment. It is SO MUCH BETTER than hard OR soft wax! It hurts much less, there is no stickiness, and my hair growth has decreased by half, which never happened when using regular wax. Milly is also an incredible woman and makes everything so easy. She is very professional and understands the value of her clients’ time, and it is apparent very quickly that she cares and genuinely wants to help with any concerns you might have. With the coronavirus turning everyone’s lives around, it’s noticeable how she has increased her cleaning and sanitizing protocols, which she was very strict about before anyway. An additional plus that always impressed me was how much care and thought she puts into the quality of products she uses on clients. As someone who suffers from pretty severe eczema, I am very careful about what touches my skin, and since Milly chooses and sells such high quality products that do not have the artificial preservatives and things that causes my skin to break out , it’s been such a reprieve to be able to freely use her products! Hello I’m writing my review based on the experience I had this morning. I got waxed about a month ago with Millie. It was splendid, went by and left me feeling beautiful. That day Millie set another appointment for the next month. As time goes on being a first time waxer, I forget. I received a phone call from Millie this morning asking where I was. I apologized and I informed her I did shave and if there was any way for me to reach out her and create the appointment when I’m ready. Millie told me that I would have to make it then because she is busy. Suggesting I can’t reach out in the future and make one when I’m ready. The phone call I received was not professional. Made me feel harassed because I was not able to make it and when trying to reschedule Millie said it would be on her time .Made me feel like Millie is more interested in getting business then caring for her customers . Overall rating 3 stars solely on the wax itself. Customer service non professional.

Milly is very easy to schedule with and extremely responsive - she will text or email you if it helps to make sure you get a time that works for you. I've had to reschedule appointments a few times and she has been great about it. Every time I've been to see her I have had a excellent experience! I've done brow tinting twice in addition to monthly brow waxes. I never get red, she is always very careful to use oils afterwards to keep skin irritation down. She pays attention to your skin and really knows her client's different needs. I also love that her little studio is very close to my house and has lots of parking. I was a little confused the first time I went because you have to go in the hair salon to get to her, but after you go inside there is great signage to find her studio. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, she knows her stuff!

So I haven't been yet, and probably won't be going unless I can get a good reason for why they charge extra for brazilian for plus size women? No explanation of what plus size means to them, or why they are charging more for the same work, I'm getting this info from their website. I'm a cosmetologist, I know how pricing works, I know what product cost is like, and I know how much additional product is used on a straight size v.s. plus size person, and I would never charge more. It's not a lot, its ten bucks more, but what that says to me is that I, as a plus size person, am not really welcome there. This isn't like coloring hair that is longer, we're talking about human bodies. What exactly constitutes plus size to you guys, and how do you think it makes your clients feel when you don't even specify that? I now have to either call you guys, and ask what weight and height counts as plus size, and then take the chance of going in and having you then say I'm too fat for the price that was quoted? Honestly I'm just sad about this, it seems like they are really knowledgeable, and good at what they do, and I wanted to go here, but now I'm not sure I'd be welcome. Please consider changing how you word your services, even if you feel the need to keep the prices the same, you might be losing a lot of customers. (for the record, my Brazilian area has been the same size weather I was a size 6, or a size 14, so like, genuinely, what are you charing more for?)

I've been very busy lately. I'm not sure why I would even think that in a half hour's time I could even get my back waxed, but I just couldn't stand having any hair on it anymore. That's when I gave Always Smooth a try. I had heard good things, so I thought, "I'll give it a try". I was in the area so I stopped in. That's where Mildred came in. She was not only very courteous, professional, and friendly, but she made me feel at ease. Believe it or not, she even told me that she didn't need a whole half hour. I put her to the test. She set a timer for 15 minutes and jokingly said, "let's see if it makes it".
