Unfortunately I am very disappointed. :( After Many years of receiving services) I call to make an appointment and am told I have been dropped due to not being seen since 12/2018. However my appointment in 12/2019 was cancelled and then COVID hit us in January 2020. :( Thumbs down RID on your policy.) Actually have been a patient there for over 20 years back to when it was Skin Medicine. Feeling dropped like a hot potato : I would like to RETRACT my post! I received a call this afternoon from the office manager Stephane. She was extremely apologetic and wanted to rectify what had been told to me on the phone earlier today. I now have an appointment scheduled and look forward to receiving the same great care by their team. Awesome job RID!!

I’ve been here multiple times and Shane has always been highly competent and quick to work. This time I went to have some lesions on my head removed and there was a new dermatologist. Evelyn had only been there for a week but was very pleasant and friendly. She was able to locate the lesions and between her and Shane were able to get me in to remove them the next day. She did an amazing job with local anesthetic - I didn’t even feel the incisions that Shane made. Highly recommended and I’ll be back next time I need any dermatology work done!

Absolutely the place you need for any, and all of your dermatology needs. I was recommended to finally make an appointment with them and was glad i did. Between the friendly, and over helpful staff, i felt more than comfortable to be there and talk to them without any problems.

I adore this place. I've seen Stephanie for lots of skin issues (tags, acne, moles, temporary skin ailments like dermatitis, etc.) and Linda for more "spa" like services such as facials, and both are some of the best professionals I've worked with in years. Stephanie is very easy to talk to. She actually listens to your concerns and gives you straight answers. I really like that she takes the time to check out your symptoms, forms a plan with you and lets you know the next steps. She even cleared my facial acne which was mild but ever present for decades--my skin is clear for the first time since I was a teenager! Linda is also amazing. While she is on the more cosmetic side and provides facials and laser treatments, she gets results! It may take a few facials for her to get to know your skin and tolerance for treatments, but rest assured she adjusts tactics and by the third facial, I was getting the BEST, most effective clearing facials ever. It's not a day spa, but I find the services very relaxing and extremely effective, which is what I'm personally going for. I am so grateful to have found this place. When I have had more immediate issues, I've been seen very quickly. They don't take cash payment, but I have used my FSA card for covered visits and a regular credit card (I believe you can also write a check) for non-covered services (like the medi-spa facials and laser treatments).

Recently went here to have some blood vessels lasered from my cheeks and to get a full body scan to make sure my skin was in good shape. Met with Linda & Evelyn. They were both wonderful to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to see these two in the future for any skin care needs I may have.

I have nothing but great things to say about this office. They were able to get me in within one day when I called as new patient. I filled out the forms they had available online prior to my visit and arrived 15 minutes early. They checked me in immediately and as soon as they looked over my paperwork and took my copay, they brought me to a new lobby to wait in. I waited for (maybe) five minutes before being taken into the exam room by the medical assistant who obtained a brief history of my issue. I saw one of the Nurse Practitioners (Jackie, I believe) who was able to immediately diagnose my issue and explain it thoroughly. She was friendly and reassuring. My PCP had misdiagnosed the issue which had caused a lot of stress over the past week and Jackie was able to assuage that stress within minutes. I feel a lot of people who have good experiences forget to write reviews! I'd absolutely recommend this office to friends and family and will be returning for a general check up once my medical issue has resolved.

I am very pleased to have been introduced to Linda the Esthetician located at Rhode Island dermatology. she specializes in all skin types as well as African-American skin which is very difficult to come across From my experience.I drive about 45 minutes to my appointments to receive skin services. It is immensely worth it. It is very important to go to someone that has experience with African skin because permanent damage can be done if the Individual is not educated in melanin skin. So I would like to mainly Recommend Linda due to her experience and knowledge of all skin types.

THIS IS THE PLACE! Clean, fast, friendly, & most importantly they HEALED ME QUICKLY!Evelyn, & Linda are Great! Evelyn saw my issue, and acted fast, let's just say I went from a pain scale of 10 being the highest, & left at a level 1! She's amazing. I saw Shane, a PA-C, and he was great. Everyone in the office has been super accommodating and friendly. I had a somewhat urgent concern, and my PCP said she couldn't see me for 2 months. Shane actually came in early the next day so that I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to see him. It's nice to have a provider who actually cares about their patients!

I saw Dr Viders on a Friday. I called in that previous Monday to get an appointment and they were able to schedule me that week. My primary doctor saw my medical condition in September of 2018 and diagnosed it completely wrong. Within minutes of seeing Dr Viders he knew exactly what was wrong and prescribed me medication. He was professional and very polite. He answered every question I had and came back in to answer more that I had forgotten after he left. Since I had never gone to a dermatologist before he offered to look at all of my freckles and moles to make sure I was not at risk for anything else. By far the best experience I have had with a doctor before. In under a week I am back to my normal skin and feeling better than ever. I highly recommend this office. Everyone is professional and there was little to no wait time. The medical assistant Corina was professional and polite. She reassured me that Dr Viders would answer any questions I had no matter how annoying I felt I was being as a patient. Thank you so much to the staff. You guys are rock stars!

I have had good luck with my treatment here and my skin has cleared up tremendously with what they have prescribed for me. My only criticism would be is that it seems they book too many people for the same time slot so my appointments are always very rushed, in and out. My Dr nor anyone else has barely looked at or even touched my face and no extractions have been done when it's obviously needed. I have a type of acne that needs to be lanced and extracted to go away and I'm left to do it myself which can be quite challenging and cause scaring.

Dr. Viders is all that a doctor should be. I became a patient of his when I found a weird mole on back. Dr. Viders looked at the mole and stated that the mole was pink and it’s border looked good. It didn’t appear to be of concern, BUT his gut was telling him otherwise. He removed it and when the biopsy came back it was melanoma that didn’t present like a typical melanoma. Dr. Viders saved my life. Not having a clue about skin cancer, I asked him if I could die from Melanoma. He soberly responded yes, then smiled kindly and added, but not on my watch. I have loved him ever since. He takes his time with his patients and puts you completely at ease.

Amazing place I went to 3 different dermatology clinics before this and they all told me it was Male pattern baldness i came here and seen docter Daniel Viders and he was very confident that it wasnt he gave me some med and within weeks my hair started growning back
