I've had brow wax/tint and bikini wax services from a few different providers here over the past year and they have all been absolutely perfect! Everyone is so friendly and puts you at ease even when they're all up in your bits business :D I love that they keep good records so if I go to a different person the next time, they have record of my brow tint color. They have some great retail products as well - I bought a sugar scrub that smells so good I wanted to eat it (**I'm kidding - don't eat the scrub, kids**).

I have never had a bad experience there, and I always feel 100% at ease and comfortable there. Esther M is my go-to, and the location on division is in such a great spot if you want to go shop at other lovely businesses in the area. Go here if you’re considering a wax appointment, you won’t regret it!

I’m extremely particular on who does my eye brows being they are long and grow fast. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been burned in the past. After finding Wren here, I’m never going to anyone else. She’s extremely detailed and very sweet which always makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave. I have been going here for sometime and even when I lived in Sandy I refused to go anywhere else but here because it's almost like they know me! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Urban Waxx has the most amazing staff who truly care about you. They go out of their way to make your appointment as comfortable as can be. The building is beautiful, immaculate and inviting. I don't go anywhere else for hair removal. This is not the lady in the spa or the nail salon doubling as an esthetician. The staff are there to do one thing; remove hair. And they are excellent at it. I would recommend my favorite staff member, but her schedule is full for weeks as it is, and they are all amazing. I honestly can't say enough about Urban Waxx.

These ladies knock it out of the park: every--single--time. I'm a lifelong customer. Excellent products, attitudes, and a staff of total sweethearts, who know how to put their clients at ease. One small suggestion for improvement and the reason for four stars, instead of five: it's always quite cold in the rooms, and I would *love* to see UWD get either heated pads for their waxing tables, or perhaps a small space heater if someone asks. The rooms are uncomfortably cool (my feet and legs are always freezing 15 minutes in and by the time I'm done!) and too cold to be lying on the table for up to an hour. The cool air on exposed skin constricts surface blood vessels and tightens pores, and I can feel a difference between being waxed in a cold room or a warm room. We want nice, warm, open pores when we're getting waxed! :-)
