I’ve been coming to the South Chandler location for the past 3 years. I’ve always booked with Rae and I actually really look forward to every appointment because not only does she make you feel comfortable, she does a flawless job whether it’s an eyebrow wax or a Brazilian. They never make you feel rushed to get your wax done like other places I’ve been and they really take their time to do a thorough job. They use soft wax and I feel like it makes time between waxes actually longer which is a big plus! It can be a little pricey but it’s well worth the money (:

They take great care to make you comfortable and ensure you are happy with the results. They ask good questions on the front end so they understand what it is you want. It was basically as painless as it gets and she was really good about explaining exactly what she was doing and talked about aftercare for best results. So I've been going here for a little while now and haven't had any problems until yesterday. My usual waxologist Raeanne wasn't available and I went with the next available appointment. Justine did my eye brows and ripped little pieces of skin off as well. Never have I heard of this happening during an eyebrow wax! I'm so upset and yes, that's nice I got a sorry from the manager is refunding my boyfriend. However, this is still painful and I just wanted to let people know. 😔

Normally I go here for Brazilians from Aliyah T. She does amazing everytime. Recently I was in a crunch for time and was desperate for a wax Aliyah wasn’t available so I took a chance on someone new a regret it there is so many hairs left behind I have to go back and have there manager touch it up. this was the best brazilian waxing experience i have EVER had. and i’ve tried it all: soft wax, hard wax, sugaring… my waxer was peyton and she was amazing. she was very quick and efficient. usually i’m in so much pain but she i guess had the magic touch. the office itself was very clean and i loved the aesthetic. i am locked in now and will be visiting her every month! highly recommend.

Loved! Very pleased with my decision to step outside my comfort zone and give Lunchbox a try. My aesthetician, Juanita, was fantastic. I tend towards a nervous, incessant chatter during this service and she was able to keep up the entire time. While Lunchbox works in smaller sections than the last salon I frequented, the process was somehow less painful! Juanita attributed it to the type of wax used; I don’t care how/what makes it less painful... a painless Brazilian is worth its weight in gold!

I have a bad habit of being out already in town and thinking, “Hey, I should really stop by LunchboxWax and see if they can see me today.” I would suggest making an appointment to secure yourself an appointment but they have always been so welcoming and happy to see me even if I don’t have an appointment. I’ve only been to the South Chandler location (located right besides Sprouts off of Gilbert Rd.) and I adore all of the Waxogists there! We always end up having a fun chat and I leave very happy. Today I was seen by a professional Waxologist named Kelseigh during a somewhat busy time of the day and she happily worked me in. I waited less than 5 minutes while she finished up with a previous client and cleaned up her work area. She did amazing work on my eyebrows and face. She was kind and extremely gentle unlike many of places I’ve been before I found this gem of a business. I’m so happy I found Lunchbox Wax. They are the only ones I would recommend for any of your waxing needs. The building and rooms are pristine clean. I highly recommend them and all their services. You will not be disappointed! :)

Rebecca is the absolute best. I was so nervous the first time I came in to get a Brazilian but now we’re celebrating 9 months together because she is so good at her job that I keep coming back! Between her bubbly personality, attention to details, and ability to make the whole situation completely comfortable, as opposed to humiliatingly awkward like I thought it would be before my first time, she’s the only person I’ll ever trust with my Brazilians. Also, it gets easier every time, so if you’re on the fence about waxing because of pain then I say just go in! The store is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. All the ladies that work there are sweethearts. The entire experience is always great for me. Waxing is so much better than shaving and waxing with Lunchbox is the ultimate experience. I’ll never shave the areas I wax ever again.

I showed up early, as I usually do, but I was left waiting about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The woman in front of me had been waiting as well and she was given a discount off of her wax. Once I got in, my wax went well, but a chunk of the skin under my eyebrow was ripped off and now I am left with a scab. I am disappointed, as this was my favorite brow place by far.

I went to get my first wax (other than eyebrows) here and I'm really happy with the results! The lotion they use takes the sting out right away, which is seriously such a relief. I was afraid I was going to cry like a baby, but it definitely was not as bad as I expected. The initial removal stings, but they immediately use the lotion and it stops hurting. Because it takes the sting out, you don't have pain building upon pain. I got a Brazilian and lower leg. I was afraid I'd get ingrown hairs or breakout, but I just followed their advice and I was fine. If you've been wanting to try it out, you totally should!

This was my first experience getting professionally waxed. Mariah was very professional and put me at ease even though I'm usually pretty modest and embarrassed of anyone seeing me above mid thigh. She waxed my legs from thigh to toe even though the texture of the hair ranges from very fine to extremely coarse. I will say that some of the coarser hair seems to have snapped off at skin level rather than come out from the root but also happens when I home wax. She checked each area to make sure all hairs were clear and tweezed the couple that remained. Having tried waxing my own legs, this was a much better, less painful experience.
