A good place to get waxed. I took a star away because the girl waxing me wasted a lot of material. I mean, I love that they don’t double dip but the girl used one stick and a whole strip to wax one finger!! So wasteful! Instead, use one stick with enough wax to do all fingers on one hand and one strip. We have to do better for the planet :)

I’ve been coming to this location since 2017 when I was on vacation. I ended up moving here, and I only ever come here for body waxing. The entire staff is absolutely incredible. You can’t go wrong with any of them. It’s also in a great location. Since the exit I usually take off loop 101 is right near two different strip malls. I’m able to get a lot done in one day in terms of errands. It’s not too far from fashion square either. I absolutely love this place, and I will continue to go here as long as I live here.

The only possible con I can think of is limited parking at this location. The place itself was very clean, super welcoming and modern. When I filled out the paperwork, it asked what pronoun I preferred, which I thought was really cool. My waxologist was Lexi, who was amazing and made me feel super comfortable because it was my first time getting waxed. She was honest and walked me through everything. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Don't get this salon confused with European Waxing Salon because they are not even comparable. I drove by the Lunchbox frequently and decided to give it a try because of the convenient location and how adorable it looked. I booked an appointment with Julie for a full leg, brazilian, and under arm. She was very professional and kept a good conversation the whole appointment to get my mind off the pain which I very much appreciated. It was VERY clean and organized. While I was paying she mentioned some products that I might enjoy getting. I walked out of the salon with some shower scrub and feeling like a new woman!

I tried to make an appointment on the website, but it hadn't transmitted to their schedule. They dove into the registration and paperwork and saw me right away anyway. The salon was clean, quiet and inviting. It was the first time I'd had my eyebrows waxed professionally--If I want hair removed, I generally do it myself, but I decided I wanted an update. Julie asked me a few questions, looked at my face for a minute, and somehow I ended up with *exactly* what I wanted. Julie was professional, friendly and considerate. The expected upsell offer for the package sounded more like a friend recommending a deal than a hard sell. If I decide I want anything else waxed, I'll definitely go back.

The actual service was incredible - my waxer did an amazing job and had a great personality. The front desk girl was garbage. She let me and additional guest wait outside in over 100 degree Phoenix Summer weather without addressing us for over 5 minutes (she was sitting at the desk and saw us.) she then opens the door at noon which is when the appointment should of been starting to say they are finishing a meeting and goes to shut / lock the door when I ask if we can sit inside (at this point I’m drenched in sweat which is not exactly what you want pre wax) she says “ no you will hear the interview going on. “When she finally lets us in the interview is finishing up- first it was a group interview so nothing confidential was being discussed , second the door to the room they were interviewing in was wide open. A simple solution would of been to shut the door they were meeting at to allow your guest to come in and avoid heat stroke. When she finally checks me in she asks “would you like a glass of water” I say “yes that would be great” as I was extremely thirsty from being outside so long -she then sits down and does not actually go get water. Once I went into the room to get my service everything was great and my waxers bubbly personality instantly subsided my previous irritation. If you can get through the horrendous service of the front desk the service is worth it.

Descent wax. Clean place. I’m currently a client of another “European” waxing place and went in to try them. Other than having “soft wax” and “we’re all nice who work here” they couldn’t tell me anything that made them different from every other waxing place in town. Neither girl at the desk knew any benefits of soft wax or their company. And I was asking, I lead the conversation of promotions, specials, where they are from, how long the location has been there, etc. For a $22 plus tip eyebrow wax I would have like to have been shown more value in what I’m purchasing.
