I wanted a head to toe scan done since I hadn’t been to a dermatologist in a few years. Very smooth check-in experience since I was able to fill out the paperwork online prior to my appointment. I also received several text reminders about my appointment in the days prior. Haley Meyer is a thorough and kind provider. She took time to educate me about my skin, even asking another physician in the office his opinion about something for me. It was a satisfying and pleasant experience. I highly recommend north valley dermatology.

Lisa is great! She did a very thorough job of checking my skin and determined right away what needed biopsied. She then sent me to Dr Sorensen for surgical removal of positive cells. I have not experienced any pain from the surgery and was treated well and respectively during all of my visits. I recommend them 100%.

I went for my first annual check up and saw Dr. Cetta. She was wonderful! In the past whenever I’ve gone to a dermatologist they just freeze or cut me no less than 15 times a visit with no history of any of them being cancerous, I have many moles, but Dr Cetta did a very thorough check, found only on area of concern, not even a mole, and only biopsied that one area. Also, I’d like to point out that everything happened very timely AND the front office staff was also very welcoming!

The day of my appointment I received a link to fill out documentation online, which I did about an hour before my appointment. When I arrived the desk clerk explained to me that the online forms do not get to them for 48 hours. When I asked why they didn't send me the link until that morning, she shrugged and said that's how it is. The practice was very busy and people didn't appear to be waiting very long. Dr Julie Jacobs was personable and very professional. The exam was quick but seemed to be thorough. Most of the things that she pointed out, she explained I could read about in the paperwork. The assistant who called me from the waiting area failed to introduce herself or provide any sort of greeting- just called my name and walked me to the room. At the end of the exam when I asked her name (hoping she would recognize that the doctor introduced herself) she stated her name turned and walked out the exam room door. The experience had the feeling of a dermatology mill.

As a newly referred customer, I arrived early to ensure any paperwork was completed and to observe the staff, patients, and the condition of the facility. The reception desk was well staffed with friendly attendants, all busy helping a steady stream of people filling thier clean, spacious waiting room. The medical assistants and the doctor were each caring, warm, and helpful. The doctor and nurse were skilled, reassuring and gentle in thier treatment while performing testing on me. Finally, I was seen early and yet the amount of time spent with me was just right. Thank you!

A resident of WI. in AZ. to escape the snow. Noticed a growth on my wrist & was told to see a dermatologist asap by CVS Minute Clinic while there for my B-12 shot. Walked into the clinic & given an appt. the next day. Dr. Cetta & assistant Jamie did a shave biopsy. Both were wonderful & procedure was painless. Only disadvantage is having to wait approx. a wk to find if it is cancerous due to being a 2 time cancer survivor (esophageal & breast) for the results. I was very impressed with the consultation with Dr Cetta. She did a thorough exam, offered to do a biopsy and mole removals at this appointment, leaving it up to me if I wanted to do these now or make another appointment. I was surprised that she could do it now! That's unusual in my experience, and this is a very busy practice. I had everything I needed taken care of in one visit! There were no suggestions of cosmetic procedures (although they are available with their aesthetician). Dr Cetta also informed me that insurance may or may not cover the mole removals, so I was aware I may need to fully pay for those if insurance denies the claim. I also like how the practice gave information about how billing for biopsy and lab procedures takes place, part of the paperwork you complete when you arrive. I plan to continue seeing this doctor. She came highly recommended from several patients and a physician where I work, and I can see why. It was a great experience.

I showed up for an 8:00am appointment and told Julie I was not feeling well. She took my blood pressure and told me I had to go to the emergency room but I had to either call 911 or get someone to take me as she would not let me drive. I was given a ride to the ER and learned I was having an attack of A Fib in which the valves of the heart do not work in time with each other. This is serious as it could lead to a blood clot causing a stroke. I received medication and was sent home feeling much better. Many thanks to Julie and staff who recognized I had a problem and saw that I was taken care of. I kept my appointment a few days later and received my usual good care there.
