I started going to Satori almost a year ago and I honestly just have been forgetting to do a review! Let me tell you I cannot believe I waited this long to do laser hair remover! I have super corse hair specifically underarms and Brazilian, and with my wedding being in may 2022 in the Dominican I knew I didn’t want to worry about shaving every single day. I was told that I really wouldn’t see results the first time and happy to say everyone was wrong because even after the first time my shaving time definitely went from every day to every 3 weeks! This is after the first time!!! Like what?! Each time the hair was thinner to the point that even if it grew in you could barely see it! I will say that it is painful however I found a cheap numbing spray on Amazon and that made it so much easier and well beauty is pain am I right?! No but seriously if you get yourself numbing cream it’s super comfortable and each session is super fast and the staff make you feel so comfortable! Honestly 10/10!

I’ve been getting laser here for a couple years now and always have a good experience. The facility is very clean and the staff is professional. This time I had Dominique and she did not disappoint. She was very kind, respectful and encouraging to help get me through the tough times at the more delicate areas. Every time I think I’m done, I end up adding another body part because skin feels so soft and smooth without hair. Try it; after a few sessions you will be hooked.

Staff is professional and friendly, office is clean and pretty, I never have to wait (even when I came in 30 min early for my appointment), and each visit takes literally 2 minutes (for underarms), so I can’t really ask for more. Sadly they don’t accept American Express but I like that they accept tips via Venmo bc I never carry cash. Also they have a great deal for new customers so make sure you ask about that!

This place is amazing from the customer service in the front to the workers in the back. I have been going here for about 4 months now. They are clean and professional. The service I received was the upper neck. The pain tolerance is a three. It barely hurts which I love. The technician I had Angelee was the best. I seem to get her every time. She is is so nice snd kind. She makes sure I’m comfortable. She targets all the service area to make sure gets all the hair follicles that need to die. I appreciate her asking about my process and how is the hair doing. She can notice that the treatments have been affective. I am soo please with the service and pleased that the hair is barely there now. The hair is thin and 50% gone. I can’t wait to finish the rest of my treatments so it can be gone forever. I want a couple more areas.that I want hairless. This is by far way better then shaving and waxing. I know by doing this process I will save a lot of money in the end without having to shave or wax doe the rest of my life lol. This is the best place to get laser hair removal for any part of the body. Anywho, is there anyone out there that wants to goodies my next area I want to start laser hair process lol. Don’t all jump at once. It’s the results that makes me come to finish it to the end and that why I know this is the best place to get serviced. I have been coming here for my hair lazer removal for a few months now and i have seen drastic changes. I used to have to shave every two days before beginning this journey but now i shave 1 every two weeks. I highly recommend Lillia, as she is very caring and patient with her customers. Since it can be a painful procedure at times she is very understanding and gives you anything you need and breaks as well. This process is much better then waxing or shaving as it has drastically decreased my ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation. The packages are very reasonable compared to other lazer salons and the location bin prime and easy access.

Everyone at Satori laser is great! I went there to do my underarms. After only one session I already have almost no hair growth. My technician, Hajeong, was great! She explained me everything and was very thorough, making sure not to miss any spots. I highly recommend her. The receptionist, Yanellie, was very nice and helped me with the check in. They where also very flexible and moved my appointment for the next week when I called and told them that I had almost no hair growing at the moment. I'm very happy and looking forward to see the final results after my 6 sessions.

Jessica was very friendly and went above and beyond to answer questions I had. I found them through Groupon and didn’t realize laser hair removal was more affordable than I thought. I was hesitant to try Satori because of my past negative experiences. However, I am SO happy with my decision to go to them! They are professional, friendly, thorough, and I actually see results immediately. The laser is not painful since they use cooling technology, so it's a comfortable process which I appreciate! I found them after having a so-so experience with a different laser hair removal medspa in Philly where the consultant tried to pressure me into buying services I was very clear I did not want. No such thing at Satori! The consultation was professional and thoughtful, the techs I've seen have all been super kind and the facility has always been incredibly clean and well kept, even during the pandemic. The front desk folks have been courteous if I had to call and reschedule. I'll be back at Satori if I need any more laser services!

I originally started going to Satori Laser because there was a really good deal for 6 armpit laser sessions. I had a couple different technicians until I got Laura, who I then stuck with and am still with. Laura is so gentle and makes it quick and as painless as possible. She really is the best. The location is fantastic and the facility is super clean and crisp. Definitely a boujee laser place, but the prices are actually very good. The ladies at the front are incredibly nice and I always chat with them at the end of my session to catch up a bit. If I could give a place 10 stars it would be this business. The entire staff is highly educated, professional, thorough, honest, genuine, and accommodating. I could go on and on, I had a million questions and nerves about doing this because I do not do well with any type of pain. Once I had gone in for my initial consult with Laura (who is absolutely lovely) I had all of my worries go away. She explained every little detail about what I was potentially signing myself up for and assured me how not painful their laser is. During our consult she discovered a medication that I was on needed to get out of my system longer. So I went back two weeks later because she didn’t feel comfortable servicing me that day (highly ethical decision and I can’t admire enough for). I went back and was super excited but nervous, and I had my sideburns done. I closed my eyes because I was so scared of the pain, she does it and hands to god I DIDNT FEEL A THING besides something grazing my face. I ended up laughing the rest of the service because I was just so happy and felt so dumb that I had waited 15 years to do this. My results after two sessions have been so amazing, I couldn’t be more pleased. I have added on new parts of my body because I can’t imagine spending another penny on waxing or razors ever again in my life. Love this place, do yourself a long term favor and go!!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

SO worth it. I had laser hair removal done in the past with mixed results but I am thrilled to report by either the advancements in technology or Satori’s methods it is VASTLY different. I decided to do a Brazilian and went with the six session package (which essentially gets you one session for free). After the first session I noticed a dramatic decrease in quantity and well as quality of hair growth. But by the third session I noticed less impressive results. That’s when I met Hajeong, one of the aestheticians, I let her know my concerns and she modified the settings — since then with each session I’ve noticed substantial differences after each session. I consistently book with Hajeong she’s professional, thorough, and my results have been insanely good. I would highly recommend Satori to anyone!

I'm pretty much at 85% hair reduction for all of my treatment areas and think I'll have my desired results by the end of this year! They are booked more than a month out and she went day by day to see if anything had opened up in the schedule and put me on a waitlist, they contacted me in a couple of days when something became available. I've been here several times and every time was treated by Jayne, and probably once by Mia, if I'm not mistaken. They were very professional, nice, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and always checked while treating the area if I'm feeling ok. They always ask if it burns to let them know so they can slow down. Well, today I went for my last treatment and I saw a new person Stephanie. Stephanie mispronounced my name and didn't even try to check if she said it correctly. Instead, she just turned around and walked to the room without saying hi. I brushed it off and just followed. She asked one question if I had deodorant on my skin and started treating it right away. She didn't double check as others do if there is some hair left and shave it before starting. There is hair left on both underarms which I never had before with Jayne. I didn't feel welcomed. The whole treatment takes only 5 minutes, and maybe a minute on each underarm but I felt she did each side in 10 seconds. She burnt my left underarm. It was freaking painful and all she said was are you ok? Not even I'm sorry, let me take it slowly. Just wiped it with gel and moved to her computer. I saw her at 6 pm and probably she was tired but so am I. How can the 5-minute treatment go so terrible? I spoke to Lisa on the phone and after looking at the picture I sent she said there were no burns but irritation. She tried to help and offered me to stop by today or tomorrow to pick up hydrocortisone. She also followed up by email. I was told the manager will talk to the technician. Overall it’s a good place with nice people but this last treatment left me feeling very bad.

This place delivers. Have had 6 sessions on underarms and a couple of other areas and the results are undeniable. It is clean, the front desk is courteous (always take calls/can move appointments/never ever rude) and they often have sales and offers. The only thing I have issue with is some technicians really are better than others. I love the girl I usually have, Brienne, who takes care to give breaks, put towels under goggles, make sure you're comfortable and informed. However, I recently had a tech that seemed to mix up what I had remaining on my package and tried to sell me three more sessions even after I was told by my previous technician that with my results from 6 that I might only need one or max two more. The other technician took no breaks even though I expressed I was in pain, tried to up-sell me again on another package for another area and was very quick, clipped and seemed openly unhappy I didn't purchase more. Always keep an eye on your balance for services, tell the tech if you're hurting, and definitely contact the front desk to see who may be around. Otherwise, this place is great, the service is phenomenal and the results are fast and final. I recommend LHR and Satori to anyone considering it, and especially recommend Brienne.

I’m quite hesitant to do laser hair removal because of all the various reviews I’ve watched and read about it online, and tried tons of hair removal process like electrolysis, depilatory process, tweezing, shave, etc. so I’m out of choices and option but to try laser hair removal, so I search online clinic close to me and I came across Satori Laser. First impression, the place is so classy and very comfy, staff is so friendly and I talked to Akiko (laser expert) and you’ll know that she knew what she’s doing and talking about,all my inquiries and worries been answered properly and correctly, since i want my upper lip and chin area done and I have a very thick hair on those areas like I’m a bearded lady. So let’s go to the laser hair removal process, they used the most modern , up to date type of laser machine in the market. The pain is tolerable, it’s quite painful at first because it kills the hair for the first session but for the succeeding sessions, the pain is lesser and very tolerable sometimes no pain at all, The result.... superb!!! I purchased the 6 session but after 1 session i saw huge result, my hair grew back soooooo thin and fine after the first session, and as for the succeeding sessions, the result of the hair on my corner upper lip areas( which is considered stubborn areas) grew back soooooo fine and very very thin and unnoticeable like there’s no hair at all and amazingly smooth, I’m so amazed and on my chin area, no hair grew back,(as long as you follow their instructions they will tell after each sessions RELIGIOUSLY) So for all you Philly girls out there that are very hesitated to try laser hair removal, Go to Satori Laser, the most reliable, fast acting result for laser hair clinic. You’ll see what you pay for the treatment and it’s worth it!

Today was my first store laser removal experience. You can easily find the store through it's clear windows. The place is so neat and clean; mostly due to the fact that the walls are white. The place is paper-free so you check in with an iPad and get a copy of the confirmation of what you signed in the store. No wait because this place knows how to schedule enough time for their customers. Laser is for the lazy person that doesn't like to shave daily or wants to avoid ingrown spots from waxing. I've done both and prefer lasering after today's session. I met with Akiko who gave me a quick detailed consultation and did the laser procedure for me. She was quick with the laser device so it made the process as painless as possible. I immediately booked my second sessions with her.
